Avantages

We selected the product because it allowed us to upload a guest list, limit registrations to the guest list, and had an e-checkin/ticket capability using QR codes. We used the software for 11 events, ranging from 20-380 attendees, and it worked just as well for all of them.

Inconvénients

Having a dedicated app that could be used for scanning the QR codes and checking people in would be a much better solution than a combination of mobile device camera/QR reader and web browser. The delivered solution requires using two pieces of software and on an iPad open a browser tab for each checkin. After a while tabs need to be manually closed. Additionally, the option to automatically check in people when the code is scanned would have sped things up. In the current implementation you scan the code and then have to manually check the person in.

Avantages

This software was very easy to use. It was easy to setup and had minimal confusion when it came time for people to use the link

The cost is a lot and the CSV download is overwhelming, but it wasn't a big deal to manually filter out data.

After I made myself familiar with this software I used this program for some of my less complex meetings. The features covered my needs for those programs. In the beginning the product was not that easy for me and I would love to have been able to speak with someone briefly to ask a few questions to get myself to the next step. I never got to the step where I was able to integrate with my existing business processes.

Inconvénients

There are some features that are difficult especially when you are in a crunch to get a site up and running. And, that is not to say that all are difficult just some features. I never got to the point where I could integrate. I would have loved to create my own design and not just rely on the templates but was not able to do so. .

Avantages

Being able to build an event website and customizing it to fit the theme of the event. I also love how easy it is for guests to RSVP for the event and that I receive notifications for the RSVPs.

Inconvénients

I do not like that guests could do duplicate RSVPs. Some guests did not realize they already RSVP'd, therefore they would do it again and I would have to manually delete the duplicates.

RSVPify was so easy to work with. Super easy for people to RSVP not too complex.

Nothing. The platform was exactly what we needed.

I loved the landing page aspect and that registration was easy and customizable.

When exporting attendees, their RSVP information didn't carry over in the export.

Avantages

It is our first time to use this kind of software, with this, we don't need to manually input the employees' details who would like to attend our event. It is easy to use especially on the registration since we just need to scan the unique generated code of our attendees.

Inconvénients

It has a limitation on the number of registrations that we can scan and only 2 scanners can be used in the plus account.

The customization process was very easy to import photos, edit text, and create the email invite and Webpage to meet our goals.

Inconvénients

When we exported the invite list, we only wanted the "Attending" list, but we only figured out how to export both "Attending" and "Not Attending" at the same time. We had to edit the Excel sheet afterwards to delete the extra people.

Being able to manage the RSVP system for a 500+ event.

Needs an easier way of creating secondary event within one event.

It was so easy to use and keep track of all our RSVPs for the party. I liked how i was able to do a seating chart with the list.

i did not like that when i went to seat people, it did not automatically seat their guest. this was hard to figure out.

This is so easy to use and I love the customability. Great for event planning and management. I love how thorough you can make your event.

The cost was the biggest roadblock for us. We don't currently run enough events to justify the spend on anything above the starter package and there are limited capabilities I wish we had access to.

RSVP was very easy and simple to use. Clear instructions when building the events and no confusion when my guests attempted to RSVP

i do wish there was a slightly cheaper option, I think the price was set fairly for what was offered I just personally didn't need all the features for my particular event

I enjoyed using the RSVPify but it was a little challenging when it came to adding and deleting food options. Once I figured it out, it was easy peazy.
