Facile à utiliser avec un support réactif

Bonne expérience général tout fonctionne correctement pas de beug

J'ai comparer le produit avec d'autre fournisseur et celui ci m'a paru etre le plus complet avec un rapport qualité prix défiant la concurrence

Inconvénients

Il manque la possibilité de pouvoir faire une double facturation =
Afficher un prix pour le client et un autre caché pour moi

client mécontent

expérience très décevante, nous avons d'autres applications que nous utilisons au sein de l'entreprise mais vous êtes les seuls à nous avoir vendu une boite à outils vides
je pense la partie commerciale est à revoir

Avantages

aucun point positif, j'ai perdu énormément de temps

Inconvénients

nous avons passé plus d'un an à essayer de mettre en place votre produit
vendu complètement vide, et nous avons laissé abandonné
nous avons payé pour un produit que nous n'avons jamais utilisé
je pense que vous prenez vos clients pour des informaticiens

Seeking Perfection in Field Service Management

Its strengths are definitely its wide range of tools and the ability to manage many parts of the business from a single platform. I have found great value in its integration with other platforms, and the ability to access the app across multiple devices has proven to be a great help in critical situations.

Avantages

I really appreciate that this platform is quite comprehensive in terms of functionality. It offers a variety of tools, from tracking and scheduling to billing and customer relationship management (CRM), all on a single platform. Also, the fact that it is a cloud-based service with mobile apps available for both iOS and Android is definitely a plus.

Inconvénients

There are certain aspects that I think could be improved. I find its user interface somewhat complicated and unintuitive. It takes some learning time to get used to and be able to take full advantage of all its features. Also, while having a large number of features is considerably helpful, I sometimes find it overwhelming and that can make it more difficult to focus on specific tasks.

Mehall's Expereience for Synchroteam

It's really good, just is need of some more advanced features and lot of growing to do. Steps are going in the right direction. It would be nicer to if they opened it up more to Zapier and the abilities that can be controled

Avantages

The cusomability of the product. We have been using for 3 years and done 3 referrals now.

Inconvénients

The worst part of Synchroteam is you can't really manage from the field, so for our managers they have to be an Admin to really do anything meaningful as far as change people around and stuff. Also the job pool is SUPER glitchy and needs to be redone so that its easier to pull from and easier to delegate. It would be nice for example if a manager could assign a job to a tech from the job pool in the field.

Good experience. helpdesk responds as expected

Avantages

Easy to create a new user, without any costs

Inconvénients

there is no dutch helpdesk. Not all our employees are good in the English language.

Easy Field service

I work with synchroteam since a few years and the overall experience ist very good. There were nearly no outtages and the Support ist very quick and helpful.

Avantages

An easy tool for nearly all kinds of Field service Jobs or similiar Jobs like electrical Installations. Nearly fully customizable Reports.
You can create a very professional documentation of your work

Inconvénients

A few functions are Missing for me:
- read-only Text Type at Job Report Templates
- Not enough report/ export functions for parts (e.g. a summary how many parts of a specific type are used totally in a specific time)
- the designing of own report templates can be a bit difficult.
- a more complex access management would be great, e.g. to set which job types or which parts categories are visible for a specific user

One of the best scheduling platforms out there!

I like the platform a lot. I wish we utilized more of the features. and I do wish they integrated with a payroll/HR platform. I'm aware there is an open API but not many payroll platforms have heard of Synchroteam.

Avantages

Scheduling tools & Time management. All of the data for previous calls are saved. The reporting for the service work provided is a great tool we use quite often.

Inconvénients

Some app issues. The astrict symbol when searching for customers.

User Friendly with supportive

Good, it is need to modify with user aspect.
Instead of email mandatory field, Mobile Number must be the mandatory field.
After complete the booking, user must be able to view the Job Order number.

Excellent field service management and scheduling software

We are very happy with Synchroteam. We were able to do all the setup internally and as new functionalities are added the software keeps getting better.

Avantages

Synchroteam is a very customizable software that allows us to have tailor made service reports specific to our business. It also helps us keep track of our field assets.

Inconvénients

Would like to have a better solutions for recurring jobs that should not be scheduled on weekends.

Avantages

template option is a big help, you can choose which template to use for a variety of jobs.
Customer reports can be sent the same day.

Inconvénients

Sometimes syncing the reports can take some time but this is usually down to poor signals.

I am not the most computer literate of people, but found that synchroteam is easy to use

I would like to see "coloured" flags as denoting stages of works ie xxxxx for job created, xxxx for job raised , xxxx for job in progress ..

Syncroteam for Field service

The overall experience is very good. The system is quite easy to configure and to use. Local partner in Sweden that introduced the system to our company.

Avantages

It was very easy to set up and configure. Both for the service coordinator in the office and for the service technicians on the field.

Inconvénients

The reports are directly created in pdf-format. Possibility to create a word-document is missing.

Disappointing Cost-to-Value Ratio

Avantages

I found it to have some interesting and useful features. The software is highly customizable, allowing to tailor it to specific business' needs.

Inconvénients

I found Synchroteam to be quite expensive. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations and I don't see myself using it in the long run.

Great custom field reporting capability

We have 3 techs in the field doing different job services, this allows me to track customers, log call information, schedule and track all services provided and organize service reports & pictures.

Avantages

The custom field reporting is the best feature, it allows me to build reports specific to certain types of jobs and make it pretty easy for my service techs to log the actions and services they completed on each job.

Inconvénients

The mobile app is great for field techs, but there is no mobile admin capability. We are a small service company and i am the admin, but i also am a tech on occasion, and i have to schedule jobs for my tech user and login to the mobile app as the same, but it is pretty difficult to complete admin tasks from the mobile app. I can schedule calls for myself, but i am usually needing to schedule calls for one of our techs.

It's a young product and so there are still a few things that could be refined, and we haven't really felt able to use the inventory module yet, but this doesn't detract from the great benefits gained from using Synchroteam

Really easy to use - intuitive design. Missing some functionality that would help.

Much better scheduling, ease of use. Really easy for all levels within our organization to see and arrange jobs. Doesn't have to take a lot of thought.

Avantages

Ease of Use, design, GUI - mobility features.
We really enjoy having the mapping function available, and having technicians with the ability to see what roles & jobs they can perform. Very easy to get the job into the right hands.

Inconvénients

Still designing some functions for it - can't have in-field techs make some of the necessary changes to orders, have to have a dispatcher type role to fulfill it.

Excellent Program

The customer service was excellent. Anytime we had a question the answer was given within a more than reasonable timeframe.

Avantages

We loved the compact feel of it. Not as bulky and bloated as a CRM.

Inconvénients

There was nothing we disliked. The only reason we switched is because we found some new software that is specifically designed for piano tuners/technicians.

Great Software and app for contractors

Avantages

The easy way to schedule all the work for the different employees.

Inconvénients

We haven't use the quotes and invoce part yet, maybe because it could be a little bit easyer, but we'll get to that.

Finally found what I was looking for

I start using Synchroteam in my appliance service and repair business. First I created a trial and I got an unbelievably quick response for a demo. In the demo I was shown how to get the maximum of Synchroteam. It was fantastic and I was ready to go after an hour from scheduling engineers to billing. The solution is super easy and they have responded very quickly to every question I have asked yet. The best feature I admire is my engineers can use the mobile app in offline mode means no need to worry about internet. Before I was stuck with pen and paper and my business was down and unsatisfied customers. By using Synchroteam my business went from 13 jobs per day to 21. Highly recommend.

Mobile app can be used in offline mode, schedule engineers according to Skills, earliest arrival or shortest distance, numerous free connectors, customer portal, import jobs, customer, site etc, more efficient to use, job report are super easy

The basics are easy. But finding an answer online...not so much.

Avantages

It's basic, out of the box ease of use. It really is what you see is what you get on the schedule. Up and running in about an hour.

Inconvénients

No user manual
No online video support
Difficulty in finding an answer online.
Forms are not easy to customize.
You don't have the ability to see what you have set up, from the technician's point of view, unless you purchase another user license. So, if your sitting on your computer, trying to confirm what the technician will see and the steps they need to take, you can't unless you spend more money.
