Avantages

Team Up is an amazing piece of software which has given me more free time to spend with family and friends which I can enjoy, knowing that the day to day management of my business is in safe hands :) It’s easy to use and one thing that really stands out for me is that the customer support is outstanding!

Inconvénients

To be honest, the team are so open to listening and learning from their customers that any minor issue which may crop is sorted very quickly. Equally, any suggestions I have had on how the system could be improved has be addressed and actioned so at present, everything is great :)

I like being able to open my dashboard and everything I need (and more) is there. I can use it from my phone whilst standing on the gym floor

Inconvénients

I would like push alerts weekly for those slipping away and also able to identify those who cancel out and don’t attend. This would allow me more easily for focus on member retention

Customer facing element is a little slow and at times confusing for customers. Limited in how it can be displayed on our own website.

Teamup has been an amazing shared calendar tool to utilize for my team. It allows us to keep track of our marketing schedules across different business units -- all with amazing tagging and color-coding features.

There are truly no cons. It is so easy to use, it's free, it helps you stay organized, allows you to collaborate with others. There is not a bad thing I can say about it!

I love how user friendly it is and how helpful and supportive the customer service is. I have had to ask questions about class set ups and memberships before and they have always been super helpful in helping me with my query within 24 hours. A* service.

Needs more work on the OD. Not being able to sell workouts or apply credits to recorded workouts is a major drawback. If I want to monetise my OD, which I will eventually, I will have to put it on a separate platform which sort of defeats the purpose of otherwise having everything on one service.

For membership payments and class bookings though it is great.

I like that this software has tons of features and doesn't cost much. I also like that they continually add features and the price doesn't go up. Its clear that the Team up team are passionate about creating the best software program available. I've been using this software now for about 8-9 years and I wouldn't look anywhere else.

I would like to see more options for getting/offering referrals. Currently the only option is to give a free thing away. I don't do free and don't think its the best option. I'd like the ability to give a discounted membership at least.

Our business would like the ability to notify pack users a few weeks prior of their expiry, at the moment it is based on usage. The labelling of TU assistance, a date and title , to enable us to track our assistance with TU staff, we often have the same problems but have forgotten the answer!

Once a client is set up the app is so easy to use, assign package, manage memberships and finances. Clients can manage their own bookings/cancellations within my set perimetres. The amount of time saved on admin by having this app is invaluable!

Inconvénients

It would be great if the clients version of the app was as clear and user friendly as the admin side. Often clients will ask how many sessions they have left in their package and its easy to see why they might struggle to find it on their app.

I love how everything integrates so smoothly- whether it's making payment, booking classes or our mailchimp marketing, it's all there in teamup.

Inconvénients

There's very little that I dislike about this software. If there's anything I'd love to see though, it would be the possibility of integrating with other yoga franchises - ie: ways students could have memberships across multiple studios.
