First Time User

I have only used it for a short time but it is easy, straightforward and I have become quite dependant on it for my work schedule.

Avantages

It is easy to navigate, my shifts are there at the click of a button and for an older user it is amazingly simple

Inconvénients

cant think of anything negative to say about it at all

product has worked very well

a great automated solution to hosting visitors

Avantages

We purchased this product over others on the market because of the ease of use to setup and administer.

Inconvénients

Although I wanted something that didn't have so many features that it would be difficult to train people on there are a few things that would be nice to see such as integrations into chat applications in order to notify hosts.

Avantages

The team at SINE have been super helpful and friendly from the initial quote requirement to setup. The before and after customer service from SINE is second to none.

Avantages

- Excellent tool for logging visitors and contractors, we can ensure that each visitors is recorded.
- Sine's UI is easy and simplify, users who are a technological challenge is able to stream through the steps with ease.

Would recommend SINE to anyone without hesitating.

Inconvénients

Can not fault SINE. It has been a perfect device/setup.

Most visitors enjoy the process which is better than signing a paper logue. I like paperless.

Avantages

It's easy, efficient; takes little time for the visitors to complete the check-in, and makes the return process quick. As well, they check out with ease. I like that if a visitor forgets to check out I can do it.

Inconvénients

The photos are TOOOOO dark on the labels, not clear. Everyone's a silhouette. It needs to perform as a mobile phone camera does; maybe needs a flash, or some type of back lighting.

Exceeded our expectations

This solution has moved us from the ice age (carbon copy sign in sheets) to something that is flexible, future proof, and simple to use. Parents of the College love it (so do we), our compliance levels have increased, we know who is on site at all times, who they are here to see, and when they leave.

The developers are always looking to ensure that the system meets our needs. Great concept, excellent application.

Excellent in all respects.

Security, health and safety reporting, professional first impression to visitors.

Avantages

Ease of use, interface is clear, logical and easy to follow - both the Web interface and Mobile versions.

Inconvénients

Not really a con but the Geofencing (when visitors can see the site on their mobile phone) seems a little erratic.

Easy to get up and running.

Fully replaced our paper guest book, and the interface was the best functionally and aesthetically from the different solutions we checked out.

Avantages

I've found the software to be very straightforward, intuitive, and easy to get my organization up and running.

Inconvénients

Nothing so far, it's been pretty smooth sailing getting it set up and incorporated. The only con I could mention is that one of my co-workers would like the app to be able to scan a visitors business card and auto insert the data.
It would be nice if we could remove records from our testing phase so that those check-ins aren't reflected in our data, but it's not really a big deal.

not being able to have a report to show one user all log ins, would help alot to be able to click on a guest and see every time they have been in and out

The company has been very helpful answering our questions and have always returned our...

Easy for people to use, good looking equipment for a corporate front of house, Ease of setup and operation generally, love the on line help chat, very adaptable

Inconvénients

Not a lot at present have only used it for a week, the only thing I would like to be able to do is keep the data on our own servers, as we have union problems with personal data

A Good SINE

Being able to identify which trades/contractors or guests are on site at any given time. Great for use in an evacuation situation where we need to identify non residents on the premises.

Avantages

The ability to run reports and identify visitors from photographs.

Nothing bad to say!

Since using Sine we haven't had any issues really, our contractors are using it and not having issues, a few contractors say its a lot of money to pay each year. The support network is great and if we have any issues never had a issue.

It helps to know whos in the building at all times.

Avantages

Ease of use - It's fairly simple for the visitors to use.

Inconvénients

No clear direction on the photos. We get notices with a partial of the visitors face. There needs to be more direction on where to look for the picture.

A huge upgrade from our old paper book! Much easier to use and track who is in our building.

Avantages

Easy to set up, user friendly, no extra charge for Contractor add-on, we could add our own branded back ground.

Inconvénients

Sign out QR Scan sometimes has troubles and can't seem to get SMS notifications to work, only app notifications and e-mail.

I am on the front desk and have found people find it very easy to navigate.

Avantages

I like the way it has freed me up at reception, I don't have to chase staff any more..they see their email or text notification and come to collect their client/appointment from reception.

Inconvénients

Can't think of anything other than girls complain about the angle they have to take the picture, they like to take it from above not from below.

Works well so far, with a few minor caveats.

So far the system has been pretty straightforward to use. Most of the issues have been my own typos when setting up an invitation. I'm relatively new in a position dealing with visitors, so really have nothing to compare Sine Pro to as far as features and ease of use.

Avantages

It is more concise that the old "paper" system. It lets me know when a visitor is here for me even if they were signed in by someone else.

Inconvénients

If a visitor hasn't been set up using a Fast Track Invitation, the manual entry is a bit cumbersome. Temporary visitor badge printing is still hot-or-miss, but I'm not sure if that's to do with the software or a networking issue on our side.

I am unable to edit the size of text, remove information from print out badge. Overall system works very well.

I like that We can tailor make it to suit our needs and therefore incorporate safety procedures and other facets for sign in

Inconvénients

The photo taking for guests, they find it awkward. There's nothing else negative that I've experienced so far

Good for sites when BSM is not always on site, software easy to use

Avantages

Easy to use and notified when contractors on site. Site induction information is attached in contractor sign-in.

Inconvénients

Contractors only put in brief description of works, doesn't include JLL forms for permits which means the contractor paper book is still required.

Inconvénients

I have not gotte get checked out messages on my mobile phone. I can't have two emails set up in the system, only one email can be notified.

GREAT system for sign in

Avantages

That it is easy to use and keep me updating in who enter in and out the office. We are a small company and we are growing. all located have this set up. And I can also see who entering in the office with my Iphone.

Inconvénients

This is a great software. We love the system here at GOSO due to we don't have to be at work and we can still see who sign in and out. AWESOME

A new registration device for our visitors

Avantages

User friendly and the administrator is able to see the visitors' record via SINE website

The quality of the sticker printed from SINE can be improved. Maybe it is due to the printer quality and not related to the software itself

Sine Pro Satisfaction

I am happy for the opportunity to say how much we love the Sine Pro software. We had struggled for a while in coming up with a way to be aware of visitors and vendors on campus. Sine Pro is the perfect solution! I get a lot of positive feedback from visitors; they are very impressed!
We have three main buildings, and each has a machine at the front desk, as we have visitors almost every day at all three buildings. If I have a complaint, it would be that they are not in sync with each other. It would be nice if a visitor has registered for the first time in Building A, they wouldn't have to do the same thing in Building B.

Easy to use, works very well

the ease of checking in for returning visitors, visitors are not waiting to be checked in, we also like the fact that it prints the badges

Inconvénients

The only issue we have found is that the scanner does not always work upon check out, so they have to then type their emails in again.

A great tool to know who is on site at anytime and assists in controlling contractors in a...

The product is simple to use from the contractors perspective and saves time as they can sign on remotely. The Admin side is very handy as you can send messages out immediately regarding status of their induction - eg the insurance may need to be updated etc. Screen power down may be beneficial as the unit runs hot. It has died a few times with a cold boot required.

Central West Shopping Centre

Printer & stickers a bit expensive. The system can not allocate keys which is a big drawback given we have industrial parks etc,still have to keep a hard copy log

The system has been quite good so far, following some changes there has been a few teething...

Avantages

Receiving notifications of all contractors is good, the ability to know who is on site and when is very beneficial

Inconvénients

App does not appear to be very user friendly. Notification of contractors leaving often doesn't come through for some time.

Very easy to use and the support is excellent

Easy to see who is onsite and to also have their details is a big advantage over other systems

Avantages

Ease of use and the fact we can set and forget the software. Users have found it very easy to use.

Inconvénients

The reliance on wireless for the printer seems to be our biggest issue. We have had to keep the screen on at all times to keep the system responsive

User experience

Early use of this product was met with some sceptisism and negativity from both internal and external parties, but after exposure to use of this product now all I receive is positive feedback, ease of use thanks to NFC sign in capability means we can be made aware of contractors onsite wherever we are and at any time.
The adabtability of the product and the ability to mould the product to what we want and align with our company needs.

First week on SinePro - minimal change over effect on Staff.

Avantages

I like the auto checkout feature and also the notification when you are close to site so you can check it. Also good that the software runs of a smart phone.

Inconvénients

We need a simple way to check off onsite persons in the event of an evacuation.
Also the Auto signout system doesn't always work.
Lastly, if I sign into a site on my smartphone, I would like to be able to sign out on the kiosk iPad, or visa versa.

Has been easily adopted by contractors and visitors

Streamlined log-in process and easy to get reports.

There is nothing about the software that causes us concern. Recommend it for any business with regular contractor and visitor traffic.

Avantages

Photo label ID, QR code sign-out and daily reporting are all excellent features, as is understanding who is on site through log in to software.

Works well for our organisation

Avantages

Easy to use / navigate, as we do not have the team is not situated in the reception area; it works well in that manner.

Inconvénients

I do not have any as I do not use the system on a daily basis. My review is based on the occasions I have had to help out in the area.

Easy to implement and our customers love it!

Avantages

This system has replaced a 'sign-in' book. It looks much more professional and frees up the time of our front desk staff.

Inconvénients

It could use some more colors on the front pages - this is probably user configurable!

Avantages

Fairly simple for customers, accept often have issues with cellphone numbers not being accepted when overseas numbers

Inconvénients

Needs more features for administrators, would like to add photos for staff myself rather than them having to do it themselves

Efficient and professional solution

We used to have to remember to let all the proper personnel, like security, know when a visitor was expected. This software eliminates the need to to send out notices. Register the visitor one time and all the necessary individuals are automatically notified.

Avantages

The software is easy to use and I love the option for the visitor to post comments on their visit as they are checking out.

Inconvénients

The most efficient way to use the software is to pre-register your visitors. When they need to add their contact details, email and telephone, at the time of checking in it becomes a little time consuming for the visitor.

This is the best software I found to meet our needs. Support is amazing.

Avantages

Ease of use. It is very customizable therefore it means our needed. Ability to keep track of all visitors.

Inconvénients

I love everything about this software. There is only one thing I had difficulty with which is printing from a regular printer when the label printer is not working. It doesn't allow me to resize the label so the label is too big.

Has made my life much easier

ease of logging and tracking visitors, vendors and contractors

Avantages

Notifications, ease of use, compact design. The ability to send invites. Able to track all visitors, contractors and vendors, reporting

Inconvénients

Nothing yet. The system is working perfectly. Slight problem in setting up printer but this was due to local wifi
