Good Product

Good enough software, great customer service

Avantages

The ease of set up and learning curve. Easy to put the widget in my website and start taking bookings.

Inconvénients

lack of some features, or training how to use them i just now really learned about the website builder and crm feature, maybe they are newer feature since I bought.

Uncomplicated perfect solution

V professional service, uncomplicated, intuitive and functional. Customer service is educated and knowledgeable (even if based overseas- no perceptible language barriers)I've been surviving with Wix Hotels- which is a shockingly poor booking engine and does not any way compare to the superior quality of Sirvoy's.

Avantages

Love the fact that you just drop the HTML code into your website and away you go.

Inconvénients

nothing so far- I'm on the free trial so hopefully nothing will change once I'm paying for the service

Good but with a hatch

I'm happy with the software and support but be aware that they can change the pricing and change the pricing model /setup after you sign up.
I'm running cabin rental and a camp site. Prices is based on how many rental units you have and one of the selling points before signup was that 4 motorhome/caravan/tent pitches was equal to one room. This pricing model was good for me and put some of my camping pitches in to the system and planed to to use the system for the whole camping part of my business, Overnight the changed this model and everything is one-one. It resulted of a big price increase for me (they called it minor increase) I had to change my plan to use system for for booking camping pitches and only use it for room and cabin rental. I dont like changes like that after signup and are looking for an alternative system that will cover the needs for my whole business.

Avantages

Ease of use and have almost al the functionality i need
Good support.
Good integrations. (eg to most channel partners)

Inconvénients

May have not found it but seems to lack possibility to set some restrictions. e.g specific and generic cancelation policies

Much Improved

I have to say that things have improved since I started with Sirvoy. In the beginning it was fairly lackluster. Linking to the travel sites was horrible and the people in customer service seemed clueless, as though there was no stored knowledge of past problems and solutions. It was as every problem I presented was the first time they had ever heard of such a mythical beast. Most of my problems were solved be trial and error on my part and not guidance from tech support. The one incident that comes to mind is that my hostel world account was set to US dollars and Sirvoy to Pesos (or vice a versa). It took weeks for someone to stumble upon this and suggest that it may be the issue.

All of that being stated, while the depth their product knowledge could be drawn into question I will be the first to admit that their manners could not. They were always very polite while not helping me.

We found Sirvoy a wonderful experience

We got Sirvoy Booking System for our hostel when we first opened our new business. We are not very tech savvy and it was easy to use and understand. As we used the probram there were times when we wished the program could be improved. We made suggestions and they were implemented right away. It keep improving each year. The support team is very responsive and helpful. We have recommended it to several other hotels and hostels that we know of. Thank you for a great program.

Avantages

It is easy to use and they make improvements all the time with requests of users.

Inconvénients

The lines on the booking page are a bit difficult to see.
It would be nice if the payment options were customizable.

It does require some working CSS knowledge so If you don't have any technical knowledge of this I would advise that you have your web designer implement any design changes.

Regarding the payment options being customizable. Currently they are customizable but if you can provide further information about what it is you would like to achieve I can advise our development team on this further. Great booking app for wilderness lodges with several accomodations!

I did a lot of research on different platforms. I decided on Sirvoy because of it's versatility since I have many different accommodation types at my lodge.
I also loved the extras feature and the ability to make it apply or not to certain accommodation types. Especially since down the road we would like to offer experiences at our lodge like paddle board rentals etc.

The live support at Sirvoy is one of the best I've seen. Someone answers the chat almost immediately and is usually very knowledgable, or they direct me to someone who knows that particular feature best. Joseph is especially helpful.
The talkative app there however tends to delete our convo if I explore Sirvoy at the same time so that's been a little annoying.

Avantages

I like that I can have all of my different accommodations in one system - rv campground, cabins and camp rooms!
Also I love the integration with Stripe as it has an in-person terminal. Game changing.

Inconvénients

It's a robust program with lots of neat features. However, there are several areas of improvement I would love to see as a user:
- Sync to google calendar so as to coincide with other lodge events/bookings outside of Sirvoy
- Ability to match Airbnb and other channel pricing so that my accounting is accurate (right now I can't just mark it as paid since it won't be the correct amount that I actually received from the external channel).
- Automatic email receipt as soon as the client pays at the front desk(instead of having to send manually)
- Ability to retain a % cancellation fee in the event of a cancellation (instead of having to manually adjust the refund, which is why I haven't enable the client portal. Added bonus would save time answering cancellation emails).
- Be able to set discounted rates for certain room types if they are still available past a certain time of day
- With a few more features, this could also operate as an epic CRM. For example, managing all emails through the software as well as the ability to generate custom quotes without it having to be an "extra" (would help with unique group bookings).
- On that note, also having an api to link to a newsletter service to market to the collected email database for a return trip etc. Or even just a basic "email all" button with some filters.
- Statistics should include source for leads Linking to a custom booking form input to indicate how they found us so that we can double down on the advertising that's working!
- The online booking form embed could be more user friendly. That being said, I haven't tried the webpage version yet.
- More user friendly customizations - it's a definite learning curve especially the accounting language and area
- Possibly some additional visual booking options would make for some higher conversion rates. For example, instead of a regular booking engine, would be great to be able to upload a rv park or cabin map and people can click right on the map to book their spots just like an airplane seat reservation.
I believe someone in live chat showed me how to get individual booking links to each rv park site which I will be linking on my webpage park map image eventually. Luckily I'm techy but I think people would really enjoy this feature if you could make it easy for them.
- Ability to move booking on the calendar page to a different date, not just to a different room on the same day
- Different "booking engine" for front desk. It's a little annoying to have to scroll all the way past all of the other accomodations after you intentionally select the one you want from the calendar page. On that same note, bookings made by the front desk after the online booking cut off time (10pm) automatically puts the booking for the following evening which is inaccurate and is having to be manually edited after the fact
- This one is wishful thinking but would be epic down the road: Integration with smart locks. For example, for my airbnb I can integrate with August smart lock and others which generates a unique code per guest and expires after their check out time. This would be especially ideal for us as guests are often arriving past 11:00pm and we do not have 24/7 front desk.

Sirvoy is great; more quick tweaking will make it outstanding

24/7 Tech support is the best! Improvements are rather slow.

Avantages

Affordable and it looks nice. SMS function is great; it can improve by allowing templates to send at different times, not a single time (like 10 am for SMS departure template; 1 pm for SMS check-in template). SMS fees should be included. Good booking engine functionality and channel management (notifications detail can improve, like providing room numbers, dates and names)

Inconvénients

I do not like that Average Daily Rate is used in computing a bill, so if the rates were 349, 329 & 309 (=$329 ADR) and guest wants to cxl 3rd night, it will be erroneous to refund $329. This is complicated when several adjustments have been made to Rates. The lack of multi-select on dropdown windows is Sirvoy's biggest defect, including the calendar. For Rates, I am unable to select certain rooms, like 202, 203 & 207 and change rates at once (I'm forced to select from a list and change all). I cannot block multiple rooms at the same time; I need to do it one-by-one.

Dashboard search is great, but the totals are by page and not for the total searched category.

The Woodland Lodge Gisselfeld

Satisfied. Quite easy to use. I mostly stay because of the support and price. The interface is quite outdated :-)

The support and the price. Very helpful support. Fast and friendly. Not bot. Thank you for that!

Inconvénients

The looks, the booking engine (too many clicks) and not being able to alter site to my needs. Ex - being able to add extras to every room so the customers don't have to look for it.

We just switched and we already love it!

We just switched connectivity providers and we are loving it.

Avantages

It's very use friendly and customer service is quick and friendly. We like the transparent and flat pricing, perfect for a small hotel like ours.

Inconvénients

There's not payment automatization options in Guatemala. So far we have to do everything manually, but no other service offers this in Guatemala at the moment.

Gratitude and Calm

Very good, that's the truth, when I had any problem they immediately helped me and responded in my native language.

Avantages

What I liked most about the Sirvoy system is the way it is presented. Everything is very intuitive. There are things that I have only seen in this system, such as being able to merge or separate reservations. Even though they are different days and room categories, I can merge or separate them. Very good!

Inconvénients

I still don't know some things, but that's not Sirvoy's fault. But it's a shame that I can't print a room bill choosing just the accommodation cost or just the consumption cost.

That they dont help us with a wish we have asked for in about 15 years and that is to separate hostel and hotel in statistic. we have a lot of work with that who takes a lot of time. Exept that they are very great!

A Great Product for the Hospitality Industry

I use this for our busy B&B in New York and find it fully adequate and a pleasure to use. I've had nothing but a great experience and would recommend it highly!

Avantages

An excellent product with great customer service. I've used this now for 3 years and it has exceeded my expectations.

I can't think of a thing. Sirvoy has everything I need to run my booking.

Clear structure, easy to handle

Good overview. Offers most of the functions a small hotel will need.

Avantages

From the calendar I can get to most services I need on a daily basis. Invoices can be issued within seconds.

Inconvénients

Quite a few times my settings have not been transfered to Booking.com which ist critical as this is where most bookings come from and if I do not notice, it might translate into losses. I would very much like to have an AI based rates manangement (like "Smartpricing"). I think Sirvoy will have to offer this in the long run to stay competitive.

Outstanding Hotel Booking System

What I find especially remarkable with Sirvoy is the live chat feature, available day or night. If I have a particular question and need support, a team member responds immediately and will often follow up with additional related information.

Sirvoy's support team feels like family - patient, respectful, friendly, communicative and knowledgeable. They genuinely care.

Before going ahead with Sirvoy, I shopped to compare other companies. Overall I was stunned at the competition's lack of organization, follow through or ability to keep up with demand.

Sirvoy has provided me with essential business tools, consistent customer service and more importantly, measurable results.

I continue to be very pleased with Sirvoy's quality support and customized professional service.

Very good from beginning to end in setting up the service. Customer service is excellent.

Avantages

The quick chat customer service that I always receive when I have an issue.

Inconvénients

The invoicing could be easier. Once a invoice is closed you should be able to reopen to make adjustments if needed.

The system has a lot to offer. especially with the current OTA's that we are currently using.

Inconvénients

there aren't many OTA's that we can link to the system. eg ( trip advisor )

Sirvoy is the perfect choice for a small hotel

Very satisfied with the product. In particular, with the prompt response to support questions.

Avantages

Channel management is vital to prevent overbookings. Sirvoy handles it well at a reasonable price.

Inconvénients

Quite happy with everything. It would be handy to add multiple room types to a range of dates for restrictions.

The best reservation software out there.

Intuitive design, constantly updated to improve features year on year and above all, exceptional customer service.

Avantages

Of all the management systems we explored, Sirvoy team always responded super fast and personally to all our set up questions. And have done so consistently over the last 6 years since we migrated to them.

Inconvénients

There is simply nothing found we haven't liked yet!

Perfect allround booking system

Avantages

Sirvoy is an incredibly user-friendly booking system that is very easy to learn. Extra plus because it is easy to use on mobile phones/tablets and the support is always there for you.

Inconvénients

That the system is quite basic, not that complex and it takes a while for new features to arrive.

Using Sirvoy to manage our BnB

Avantages

"As soon as we set up our boutique bed and breakfast we chose Sirvoy for our website booking page and as the channel manager. Sirvoy was very good value and easy to set up. The channel manager is extremely efficient working in the background keeping our calendar full and up to date without any hassles. We also have found Sirvoy very helpful in driving bookings direct to our own website."

Sirvoy - der digitale Helfer für kleine Hotels, Pensionen und Co

Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich froh Sirvoy gefunden zu haben.
Preis <-> Leistung stimmt da noch, und ist mit Abstand derzeit das günstigste Cloudtool für kleine Hotels etc. am Markt. (was benutzbar ist)

Wenn Sivoy so weitermacht werden sie noch viele neue Kunden bekommen, denke ich.

kurze Wege wenn man Support benötigt

Inconvénients

Oberflächen / Templates / Exporte können verbessert werden.
z.b. wäre ein eigenes Rechnungstemplate ganz cool.

Great technical support

Its good. The only things I would ask to make it better is what a detailed above.

Avantages

Easy to use and they are alway available to help

Inconvénients

The photo display. It could be better and more atractive.
The setups to print invoices.
I dont like that it makes an average of the pricing. I would like to see the cost of every night in a multiple night.

Sirvoy is great for small hostels and hotels

good. it runs the entire business. we use it daily and would be lost without it

Sirvoy is fairly easy to use, but without a doubt their biggest advantage is live chat. they are always quick to answer and help you thru any issues

Inconvénients

managing channells can be difficult, more so with the actual channel setup than sirvoy itself. the rest of the software is fine

Great Company

Weve been using Sirvoy for over 10 years, somebody here had the bright idea to change to sitemeinder but after 2 weeks of terrible service and false capabilities and I insisted we go back to Sirvoy, we are a hostless lodge and people check in with an ipad at the front desk, sirvoy has an amazing customer service, they are always on hand to help.

I like the support even though it uses a chat system you do speak to a very knowledgeable technician and not some AI system. I always get an answer and quickly.

Not easy to work with anymore

No customer service. No help. Constant changes that do not help it go easier. It's like you guys want us to hold your hand daily just to work when you can't even help in customer service

Avantages

It USED to be easy to work with up until you all had to update last year. Now it's nothing but miserable

Inconvénients

The constant need of authentication codes and the way we enter in phone numbers now. The whole phone number now is not separated into sections making it easier to read fast. Now we have to dissect the number slowly but hope we do it fast enough because the phone hangs up if you're not fast.

Great customer service!

The customer service is excellent! Everytime I have a question or an issue, they respond promptly and clearly.

Can’t do onsite guest invoicing through the software

You can easily create an invoice for an on-site guest directly from their booking by following these steps:

1️⃣ Go to Settings → Financials → Invoicing Module and activate invoicing.
2️⃣ Open the booking details page and select "Create invoice" under the Payment section.
3️⃣ Review and confirm the invoice details, then click “Create invoice” or “Create invoice & open PDF.”

Efficient, reliable, easy to use and to set up.

The team is always there to help with the Chat support. They even work in French when I can't find the word in english.

Avantages

After many search on the net and after truing many other solution, Sirvoy is just perfect. Not to complicated, very manageable, and cost effective.

Inconvénients

Can't say, everything works pefect for me and when it doesn't, the tech support finds solution with me.

So happy with Sirvoy

I have worked with Sirvoy before. I had to change platforms at one point, I can't remember why, and I change to Little Hotelier. Sirvoy beats Little Hotelier by far with their amazing customer support. Any questions I have gets answered immediately, where as with Little Hotelier you wait for weeks. Sirvoy is easy to use, easy to set up. Definitely recommend.

Avantages

Customer service is best to none. It's user friendly, easy for non computer geeks.

Inconvénients

Nothing so far. I don't find it easy to work online, but Sirvoy is constantly there to support and help me wherever I need.

Hard for Business Analyst

Avantages

It is easy to learn, great customer support and workable.

Inconvénients

I worked as a revenue consultant and found it difficult to do basic data analysis with Sirvoy. It has a statistic page, but that is all there to it. It lacks the fundamental report like history and forecast reports which every other PMS system can provide. So I checked with the support team whether they can provide us a history and forecast report function that can generate the data to CSV or excel file. And I was told that other customers before me have requested a similar function and they will add my name and email to the requesters’ list. But they cannot give an exact time frame for when it will be implemented. Clearly, I am not alone, and I wonder why Sirvoy can't implement this. If a hotel uses Sirvoy, it is for recording/keeping all important data. But with limited data retrieval and a lack of reports, then it is worth for?

Great system for us!

Changed the lives of everyone involved in the business. Also love the long trial, which makes it an easy sale to everyone else, when you can showcase how it works without having to pay for anything upfront. I can see how some people find it confusing in the beginning - but I used YouTube, and got a hang of it in a couple of hours.

Avantages

Calendar, ease of use, easy integration to website, good price, no "risk".... I am sure I could go on and on about it.

Inconvénients

Wish I could customize more, but for a standardized solution - I think it is a 10/10.

Excellent product. Quick setup. Outstanding customer service

Avantages

Service is always available when I need it. It’s fast and they usually answer my query first time.

Setup is simple and intuitive and has all the features I need. Guests find item easy and there are no major issues to report.

Inconvénients

It would be nice to have some basic things included in the basic plan (such as more than 1 user account). But most of what you need is included.

It’s really a very good product overall.

Fantastic customer support.

Overall, Sirvoy has allowed me to control all facets of my hospitality business. From my computer chair I can handle all administrative and pricing-related tasks. Whenever I run into an issue, I am able to get an almost-immediate reply from customer support who will walk me through any challenges I have faced.

Avantages

I feel that Sirvoy's standout feature for me has been its customer service. Responses are immediate, and the people I am talking to are clear and concise and understanding of my needs and challenges. I never feel like I am causing an annoyance. Rather, I am always dealing with a very polite person who wants me to succeed with their platform.

Inconvénients

At the moment, it is difficult for me to find any major flaws with Sirvoy that I feel the need to list.

Simply outstanding

The hotel is open all year but we are seasonal which means that I sometimes have young and not too experienced staff during the summers. However, the software is so user-friendly, that they quickly learn how to use Sirvoy. And if the staff make an error, it is an easy fix for me to adjust or for the staff to click on the support-chat button and ask. The Statistics page is a life saver. When Corona hit us and some of the possible reliefs we could get, were based on proof of how much our hotel was at loss exactly during March and April comparing to the year before, it took me 2 seconds to get the info. And the support makes me feel safe as it's a big responsibility that everything works.

Avantages

I am an owner of a hotel that I suddenly inherited a few years ago. I took over when the booking system was very dated and I needed the best, the simplest and the most user-friendly booking system on the market with the absolute best and quickest support. I spent several hours in meetings on the computer with the salesmen of different booking systems as they went over their software through screen sharing. What I found was that Sirvoy was the simplest way to get the best overview about what is going on at the hotel. It also has the best option with the mobile view and it´s user-friendly. It became a total relief for our bookkeeper as everything you want goes through Sirvoy, even renting out staff for weddings or renting out our gift shop itself. The customer support is totally outstanding and I can say that with confidence, needing a lot of help with a lot of things in the beginning. Nothing is too big or too small and they always see it to the end with a smile and lightning fast. Sirvoy support listens to us customers when we come with ideas of "how to make the software even better". Everything comes with an easy and competitive price model.

Inconvénients

I only have detailed things on my wish list for the software. For example, the system doesn’t support one reservation if a company wants to book a couple of nights, several weeks in a row. Instead, they need to make each stay an individual reservation. In my case, the travel agent got 10 different emails and booking numbers for the same person. However, I can create an invoice with all reservations on the same page, it just can’t be done when making a reservation, just yet. Also, I understand the complexity about channeling different OTA’s such as Booking.com. And if one OTA decides to update/make a change, we sometimes get caught in between (as happened to me), but Sirvoy is right there on the phone, on chat or email to help figure everything out. Oh. And I love how easy it is to close the hotel for weddings etc and how the guests with a code make their own reservations. However, I’d really prefer if the code was above the date-calendar and not below as some guests get stuck with not being able to retrieve the dates…because the code comes after… And. I’d love it if I could just use the “add-ons” without having to make a hotel reservation. Sometimes the guests want to invite friends to join them at breakfast. It would be great to have the system being able to create a receipt for “just breakfast” without looking like they stayed in a room. But these are all just minor details.

Best Tech Support Ever!

Overall, we're happy with the Sirvoy system and look forward to working with their wonderful team for many years to come!

Avantages

We have just completed a 2 week free trial during which they uploaded our data and worked with us to get it running smoothly. They have been great!

The biggest "pro" is amazing tech support! Sirvoy tech support is always available to chat 24/7 and we've never had to wait more than five minutes for assistance. And they've always solved our problems very quickly & patiently! So far, we've only used the system for the free trial period, uploaded our data, and taken one new reservation, but it seems to be working well and we're happy with it.

Inconvénients

Our data didn't upload correctly, particularly taxes, and required many corrections, but they helped a lot with the process.

We both have accounting backgrounds and have been using a reservation system for 10 years, yet initially still found this one confusing (partially due to terminology but also some aspects, such as their payments & reporting, are very different). Better online tutorials would be appreciated (or get a tech person to walk you step x step through the whole booking & invoicing process. Someone did that for us and it was really helpful - they're always willing to assist!).

One thing that doesn't work well for Canadian businesses is the only tax option is for tax to be included in pricing. In order to be "in additional to" pricing, as is standard in Canada, we had to add tax using their only 3 available "surcharge" fields. Now we don't have surcharge fields available for other optional purchases that need to be applied to every night of the stay (eg extra bed charge - when added as an "extra", our guests have to click on the selection once for every night of their stay - very awkward).

So far the Sirvoy reporting system doesn't appear to provide the data we are used to, but we're hopeful that it's partly a learning curve and perhaps there's more available than we've found at this time. To be continued in a few weeks after using the system.....

Almost Perfect, But Not Quite

All in all, this is perhaps the best and most functional booking system/channel manager we could hope for at our hostel. However, there are a few small changes that would benefit us greatly.

Firstly, it would helps us out a lot if pricing didn't average out over multiple nights at different rates. If totalscould be calculated using the individual night rates in stead of an average, that would allow us to round out all of our totals and not end up with odd amounts (I would love to explain this further to someone if you were interested and it was unclear as described.)

Furthermore, in switching bookings from one unit to another, it would be great if we could simply swap one unit for another instead of having to move one out of the way then move the other into the first unit before dragging the first booking back into the new unit. The lack of this function has required us to create internal-only dummy units in order to move guests between different units on nights when we have a full house. Again, if you would like me to elaborate on this, I would be happy to.

There are a few other things that it would be nice to change on the channel manager side of things, but a lot of that is down to the other websites getting their acts together to better accommodate hostels than it is anything you guys could do about (for example, Expedia is not very useful for hosts who charge by the occupant and put multiple reservations in the same room when linked to Sirvoy, as they consider each of our individual units to be one reservation and not one person. We use units in Sirvoy as individual beds/individual guests, one bed per guest, so when Expedia reservations with multiple guests come through the channel manager it places them in one bed together at the rate of only one bed, something we do not allow.)

If anyone at Sirvoy would like any further info about any of this, I would be happy to oblige. Again, all in all, we love Sirvoy here at the Burlington Hostel, it has made our jobs so much easier, but we would still love to see it get better if we could!

I have noted the problem you are having regarding the price averaging and switching out the bookings. This is something that has come up before with other hotels. They have overcome this issue by creating a dummy room to swap bookings. The only potential issue here is that it will affect the stats. Simple, yet powerful in its effect on our business

We have been using Sirvoy for over 2 years now. Initially to get off using paper to track bookings, since it is more efficient. But we kept finding ways on making it work even better for us. At first I thought it was a bit expensive, but I do not think so anymore. In fact, one member of staff left us to go overseas, and we have still not found the need to replace her.

Avantages

I am a mid-level computer user, and in due time I think I have managed to get the most (at least for now) out of it. At first we only used it to track our bookings. That was really all we needed. But then we found a way to add our Agoda Channel onto it, and after that AirBnB (which still requires a bit more oversight, where as Agoda is just automatic). Then we found the SMS functionality. Then we built our own online booking system, and linked it to our website (I thought I was pretty smart by then)!... I do not know what I will find out next but we are a small business, but Sirvoy makes us seem like we have our own IT department.

Inconvénients

At one point, the booking system was not working on mobile phones (that was fixed). AirBnB bookings have to be manually added and deleted (that might be fixed by now but we have not used that in a while, because of the covid-19 pandemic).

Customer Support is Great

Avantages

I'm new and learning but it is quick to get support and I like that they have lots of articles to help guide me through the task I'm trying to complete.

Inconvénients

It isn't as pretty to look at or find answers to things without contacting support but it's great for the price and the high level of service I get when I ask.

Great for a guesthouse, easy to use. But no payment option for Indonesia

They do provide paypal as a payment option, but i would need to change my currency to USD. This doesn't make sense as we are an Indonesian company.

How is it that Sirvoy doesn't have a payment option for one of the most populated countries in the world?!

I can of course understand your frustration at not having more payment providers options aimed at your location. Unfortunately, it is a very large job for our developers to connect to and maintain connections to these providers. We have a minimum number of Sirvoy users required for each area in order for us to add these providers and Indonesia has not yet reached the minimum numbers required there to allow for these further developments. We are expanding our reach there on a daily basis however, so hopefully it won't be long before we can offer you additional payment solutions. I do believe that we were one of the very first to use this software. Our property code is only four digits. It gives us away every time. At some point, we as a company trusted the advice of a very enthusiastic, new, property manager. It was apparent almost right away that we had made a mistake. Unfortunately we had invested a ton of time and money in switching gears. Ultimately we had to go back to SIRVOY. Not only did they accept us back, they made it seamless for us to migrate once again without a glitch. We know now that others may come along, but the adage 'if it isn't broken, don't fix it' should be your motto here!

Avantages

It is refreshing to know that no matter when you pick up the phone, someone WILL answer your call. Even during Covid, they were there for us.

Inconvénients

In our opinion, there are no cons. WE have nothing but good to say about Sirvoy.

Be careful in signing up for Sirvoy

We found the web site had a very limited functionality and decided not to proceed

Inconvénients

We started with Sirvoy but found the web site to support our farm stay very limited. We found an alternative software and went to cancel our subscription. We found it is impossible to cancel the subscription and obtain the deposit . The minimum deposit is $500.00. We now have over 20 months to continue to run as Sirvoy do not provide refunds. I would be very careful in signing up on the above conditions. Very unhappy in finding out we can obtain a refund.

As I mentioned in my response to your Facebook review, Sirvoy is a subscription based software, payable monthly or annually and there is no minimum deposit required. It seems that you chose to sign up for an annual subscription for which we don't usually provide refunds as stated in our T&C's. We do provide a trial of our software to ensure that clients are fully aware of the features we offer prior to sign up. However, from the moment you contacted Sirvoy to voice your concerns, we have been working towards resolving your issue.
