Avantages

We've been live with WorkTango for just a couple of months. We launched at a weird time- we were planning to go with a full engagement survey in several months, but due to COVID19 we were forced to launch a pulse survey much sooner. That means our strategy was shifting from the very beginning. The customer success team has gone above and beyond to help with this work.

The implementation of the software was smooth, and the platform seems flexible enough to support anything we could ask for right now. Really excited to see the newest upgrades to the system!

Inconvénients

The biggest areas of opportunity are in areas that WorkTango is already solving for with their new updates, and will no longer be an issue by the time we launch. Specifically I am most looking forward to having the ability to combine demographics for reporting, more intuitive hierarchy building and editing, and an even better user experience on the platform.

Avantages

I was recommended WorkTango by a colleague in the same industry but different organization. The difference between our previous vendor and WorkTango was amazing. Having such flexibility in the setup, the platform, and accessing the data in various ways was a complete game changer for us. The platform is easy to use and the data options seem endless. I really appreciated the support we received from WorkTango in the set up and also the overview and analysis they gave afterwards was so thorough.

Inconvénients

I actually can't think of anything other than the contract signing took a little bit of back and forth.

Avantages

I love that WorkTango provides a place for employees to go to recognize the hard work other colleagues do on a day to day basis. This program offers a place to give "points" which can eventually translate into money or rewards! Each quarter every employee gets a certain amount of points to send out to their colleagues to shout out their hard work! This program does a great job at boosting morale within the organization.

Inconvénients

I love mostly everything about this program, but one con of WorkTango is that the site is down for maintenance quite often. This makes it hard to submit shout outs in a timely fashion sometimes.

Avantages

It's very easy to use. You can self learn and get it down within a few minutes.

Inconvénients

The catalog is so expensive. I don't see many employees talk about what they redeem points for and it might be because everything costs so many points.

Supports to ensure that you create a friendly employee environment where they can engage. Its good in recognition, and performance management. Lets your employee feel motivated and feel recognized. Comes with a number of features and capabilities.

Nothing as such, but to see notifications you have to visit the page there is no option to see it as expand and read, although there is dropdown option available but it only provides an option to mark the notification as read even without reading it.

Avantages

The voice that I feel is given to our team through WorkTango is what I like most about the platform. This helps be in the "know" too seeing as out locations are all across Texas.

Inconvénients

The overall buy-in has been slow. I wish our team had the same Culture training as others so they would understand the importance of WorkTango!

Avantages

I love this tool - easy to use, helps me manage & track my team's progress, very easy to set up company and personal goals in it and I love that the reward system is integrated in it as well. Our company is moving away from WorkTango but having used it for the past 5+ years I can say I will miss it.

Inconvénients

The quarterly check-in reviews could be briefer and better presented

Avantages

Able to give employees shout outs even if its mutliple of them. Also can give the points so they can get something for themselves once they have accumulated enough.

Inconvénients

Where it tells you when and employee has been here 60 or 90 days. A work anniversary I like but not days.

A great platform to congratulate your colleagues on internal/external achievements. Where the points can be turned into treats for yourself or others.

I love the positive spin it puts on the work place. We use WorkTango to help inspire colleagues to continue to do great work. It also is fun to see what people get recognized for, whether it be bringing in a snack or cleaning up the kitchen or even helping each other out on a project.

Inconvénients

I wish that the rewards were automatic. I know it is fun to have individualized rewards, but I wish I didn't have to buy all the gift cards every time!

I like the timely response feed back with this software.

It was a change from what I had used prior and I am not much in to change but after a couple times using this software I was glad for the change.

The software is a great tool to build team bonding and morale. It is a great forum to recognize one another.

I honestly have no cons to report. It is a great software for any business, whether big or small.

This was definitely a first of it's kind. I love how YouEarnedIt provided a platform to motivate and reward team members. The prizes were awesome, but I'd say the best part is the recognition that is actually announced to the entire company. It made me feel really good when someone gave me a shoutout over the YouEarnedIt platform! Kudos to this company for creating something like this!

Inconvénients

The only downside to YouEarnedIt would be an internal one. I noticed some of my colleagues would give each other points just for the hell of it, or because the points were about to expire by the end of the month.

Avantages

It allows for recognition to be more than just mere words and follows that up with action and value gain. I appreciate our company making use of this software.

Inconvénients

The only thing I can think of is perhaps more ways to show recognition (whether that be more options than just points to send or more gift cards/rewards to choose from).

I really like that the individual is notified that they have been recognized. It is important that the employee knows how much their extra commitment was important to others and important to supporting the business.

It would be nice to be able to edit the amount of points given since it defaults to 200. I have clicked submit too quickly and forgot to change it.

Avantages

The recognition our employees get to see and feel in real time. The ability to have a place to express gratitude for hard work and daily dedication. The website is easy to use, similar to facebook but allows a much more professional look & utilization.

We aren't allowed to see too much in the past, much of the recognition after a while become archived.

Avantages

We mainly use it to recognize employees and reward them. The tie-up with all the brands to reward is just awesome

Not that I can think of any. Sometimes the points get updated a bit late

Keeping track of hours and pay . I am an employee at Goodwill Of Central and Northern Arizona . this helps me keep track of my time and to recognize other employees for their hard work and dedication

Nothing it seems to be a great software . I can access from my job or my home .

My company loves this program as it is an easy and great way to send recognition to coworkers for all of the great work they do each day. I like how people can like and comment on other's recognition. We have been trying to get more managers involved which so far has been working! Overall, this is a great program!

Inconvénients

I would really enjoy being able to customize the appearance more than is possible. Aside from the logo and background image, there isn't much else that is able to be changed. This is not too big of an issue though, just something small that I hope will be improved in the future!
