Ce logiciel n'a pas d'inconvénients , c'est analysé et approuvé. Utilisez le énormément.

Avantages

HiBob is both easy for administrators to use and intuitive for end users. Good data visibility and an intuitive interface characterize the reporting features. Workflows are fantastic, in my opinion as well.

Inconvénients

Invisible drawbacks. Thanks to Bob's continuous updates and addition of new features in response to consumer input, any problems I've had have been swiftly and simply fixed.

Avantages

Bob is really multifaceted and has filled a lot of gaps we have as a smaller People team. It honestly is a bit more than we need at our org size, but I can toggle off things we don't utilize, which is super helpful. Being in several countries Bob was an easy call to make because the level of detail is there for things like holidays and what information we need for folks based on their locations. The integrations to our other tech stack are also amazing compared to other systems we have utilized.

Inconvénients

Some of the processes to set things up seem to be over complicated, but support is usually able to assist and there is a very robust library to problem solve with. The reporting can take a bit to learn how to get what you want but once you do it's actually really great.

You can easily access all employee database and quickly. The software doesn't lag. The time and attendance tracking is always accurate and it also provides a report of all the gathered data.

Inconvénients

It's not available for all languages, so the selection is limited, as well as offline functionalities, which are also limited. If you are not used to HR platforms, some of its tools can be confusing to use at first.

hi Bot is trully popular solution within HR managers. So they use it on the top of finger tips. In includes onboarding, time and event tracking and connectivity to payroll system. Priced affordably for every size of business. Good is build in Microsoft AUTH module not only Google that makes sence. Very logical embedded menue logic in interface.

Inconvénients

Would be good to have build in sophisticated Aplicant Tracking System with sourcing from 3D party profiles. Not large variety of payroll providers (Xero) but could be issue for international contractors. Good to have password manager for direct user assignments and information record about user hardware received from company.

Avantages

In it's absolute definition HiBob is our backbone when it comes to employee management with it's simple yet effective Google integration! I'd definitely recommend it!

Inconvénients

It's task reminders are not consistent and sometimes it duplicates the tasks when an auto tasks is triggered manually. If a task is triggered manually the auto version should not be triggered.

It doesn’t feel too corporate, fits well with the startup/scaleup culture we have. Easy to record absences and find team information easily too.

Inconvénients

Mobile app doesn’t quite have the same features as the desktop site.

Avantages

Easy to use platform - book holiday/sick/birthday leave at the click of a button. I like the integration to google calendar. Easy to see when colleagues are scheduled to be off. We also recently started using for performance reviews.

Inconvénients

Bob's performance management leave much to be desired. Additionally, Bob's lack of support for useful competency frameworks is a major weakness. Without a strong foundation in this area, employees may struggle to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.

Avantages

As an employee, I find the interface to be very comfortable to locate information regarding my own employment, as well as submit time off notifications, etc.

As a manager, while obviously the platform is only as useful as the information and features that our HR team chooses to include/utilize, I find the platform to be intuitive and clear - something which is not the case for many other products.

Inconvénients

As noted above, I find the tool to be rather comfortable and do not have specific critiques. I believe our team could likely utilize more features, but that is obviously a calculous of time needed to set up more functionality as compared with competing demands in a rapidly scaling business.

Simple and easy to use system that centralizes everything for employees and managers.
I find myself open it many times.
I also used the API which was well documented and easy to use and created simple automations to pull out some information.

Inconvénients

Some of the screens are a bit overloaded and “old fashioned”.
E.g the employee information.
It could use a better UX and a fresh look.

HiBob is fantastic, but a feature I'd love to see is the ability to save preset report filters for different departments. Implementing this would further boost efficiency and customization within the platform.

I like that you can look up all employees in your company to learn their title, office and boss. That is very helpful at a large company. It is also helpful to have all your payroll, documents, time off etc all in one place.

Inconvénients

There are times when I have had some glitching when using Bob - i.e. I am unable to use the search bar for some reason.

Would love to see further expansion in the 1x1 tool to enable team members to make meetings with their managers, and allow other leaders book 1x1s with team members to encourage mentoring. I would also love to see further development in the e-sign templates to allow for direct uploading of editable pdfs.

The home page is a user-friendly and nice to see an overview of birthdays/anniversaries/time off when opening up Hibob.

The difficulty with adding time off policies for different countries and for people who have non-standard part-time hours.
