What I like most about Beefree is its intuitive drag-and-drop interface, which makes designing emails easy and efficient. It has helped me streamline my email creation process, allowing for more creativity and less time spent on formatting issues. The ability to create responsive designs that look great on any device has also significantly improved engagement with my audience.

Inconvénients

Limited Integrations: It may not integrate with as many third-party tools as some other platforms.

Avantages

Overall, it's on par with some of our favorite HTML WYSIWYG editors. Mobile and desktop emails both look nice, lots of templates, it's easy to use, UI/UX overall was pretty good.

One of the features we enjoyed, which we have not seen with others, is the Gmail plug-in (which I think you can use on mobile, if I remember correctly).

Inconvénients

We are still attempting to receive a refund for our subscription, after we were sent an email that BeePro was changing their plans, and discontinuing the one we had purchased. This included forcing us into a higher priced tier. So, we contacted customer service to cancel our subscription and receive a pro-rated refund for our unused months, as we feel it wasn't right to be forced into the higher tier and pay more. After multiple follow ups, they still have not responded after saying they "will look into it." Unacceptable to be strong-armed into a higher paid tier, then ignore us when we contact them about it.

In regards to UI, the template management is slightly confusing/clunky, but the Pros outweigh the Cons specifically for this UI consideration.

What stands out the most about Beefree is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is, even on a touchpad laptop.

While Beefree is great for creating email templates, the platform can feel a bit limited when it comes to fine-tuning advanced design elements.

Avantages

Beefree allows me to create modern email designs while also ensuring they will be formatted correctly on both desktop and mobile devices. The layout tools allow for a wide range of designs and customizations. It's been far more flexible for designs than the built-in editor with Campaign Monitor, which is what we use to send out mass emails.

Inconvénients

The only con is just a minor annoyance. When importing emails into our email platform (Campaign Monitor) the emails come in as templates. I haven't figured out how to make any changes once in campaign monitor so if something doesn't look quite right I have to make the changes in Beefree and reimport into campaign monitor before sending it. It's an extra step but that's a small price to pay for the improved design abilities.

What I liked least about BeFree is the limited customization for advanced designs. I also encountered a few bugs that interrupted my editing, and I found the free version lacks some key features.

Free, no subscription required. Very easy, intuitive design interface. Very easy to port to different sending platforms (including gmail). As a leader of a religious non-profit, this was exactly the tool I was looking for. Mailchimp or other competitors were just way too complicated, bloated, and expensive.

Inconvénients

Nothing, for what I use it for. The image upload interface is a perhaps a little clunky (it would be nice if it was direct/one-step rather than a separate upload window), but this is very minor.

Avantages

Easy to use with a variety of different templates to suit different needs. It directly connects with the CRM making implementation seamless.

Inconvénients

After sending templates to our CRM, the coding can be difficult to manipulate if you do not have basic knowledge of HTML - however this can be altered on the BeeFree site and resent.

there are somethings that can't be done because it could have more options in the builder, that's the weakest part. Other than that it's amazing

BEE Pro has been instrumental in our digital communications. The company editor does everything we need it to do and more. Our designers love the flexibility of the editor and our writers love the simplicity of the interface and the addition of AI writing assistants.

Inconvénients

Would be nice if there was a direct plug-in for our ESP, Braze but the manual export/import is still pretty easy.

Easy to use, lots of teamwork in our process and everyone is able to follow.

Cannot design in dark mode. Limits a lot of our designs.

The main advantages of BeePro, in my opinion:
1. It's easy to manage different types of templates for different types of clients.
2. Functional template editor with different content blocks, which are easy enough to adapt to customer requirements.
2.1 The editor is so flexible and visual that even a not entirely experienced user can work with it. I work mostly alone, but sometimes I pass the control of my account to a less experienced colleague, and he easily figured out the editor.
3. It is possible to save and reuse created custom blocks when creating other new templates.
3.1 You can look separately in the "Library" section of all my saved custom blocks and change any of them if necessary.
4. Flexible management of rows and sections - you can increase or decrease them directly in the editor, the function is relatively new, but it is very helpful in the work.
5. Quick preview of the template. You can see how the template will look on different devices - for me this is very critical.
6. Ability to send a test email of the created template without leaving the editor.
7. Very useful function of a quick view of the template structure

Inconvénients

There are some things in BeePro that annoy me a bit:
1. The interface sometimes lags or freezes, especially when you work with a template for a long time.
1.1. The service needs to improve its speed. Currently the speed is average, possibly due to the effects of transition between pages and fairly heavy Javascript functions.
2. Sometimes, along with new features that appear in the editor, errors occur that reflect on previous features. I have had this happen 2 times. True support service quickly corrected the errors.
3. I noticed that autosave template in Firefox is not always correct, so I often manually save any changes just in case. I would also like that autosave mode could be configured independently.

Avantages

Many options for creating good-looking content for emails, many options to make it work with your chosen email-sending platform, flexible and fully featured when it comes to control over content.

Inconvénients

Sometimes new features are released before they are ready and don't quite work the way they should. Also, some strange decision-making when it comes to removing components and replacing them with new and "improved" ones.

Avantages

Our ability to coordinate automated work via our Robotics toolset along with professional looking emails allows us to provide not only a high quality product but a high quality look, too. BEE Pro allows us to do just that. Additionally, BEE Pro is really easy to use. The guys on my team are no HTML experts by any means, and we were up and running in minutes creating our first emails.

Inconvénients

There are times where we'd like to get more complex but the "easy functionality" isn't quite enough to allow us to do what we were hoping. This rarely happens, though.

How emails render in Outlook, everything gets kind of buggy when new features are introduced.
