Avantages
Brought people to the table quickly but what I quickly found was people aren't reliable. Its not about day 1 its about year 1 and they don't have that problem solved.
Inconvénients
The fact that the outcome wasn't good. The user interface is nice - however the fact the people that ended up being brought the the table were not good.

Avantages
Very easy to use and a great way to get your resume out in the world. I love this site because you can browse jobs and post your resume out there to be seen by potential employers. Always my go to when looking for a new job!
Inconvénients
Some postings do not offer enough information about the Jobs that are available. They should require employers to list more detailed info.

Avantages
It's pretty intuitive and there are a lot of good resources around the website to help you create a good profile. I also loved that we can research market salaries and the source seems pretty solid as ZipRecruiter is partnering with ADP which is a payroll services provider.
Inconvénients
I do feel I didn't get as much visibility as a candidate when compared to other websites of the same nature such as Indeed.

I liked that ZipRecruiter was frequently updated and showed job openings that differed from other job searching websites. I think ZipRecruiter is good for healthcare professionals because I know a few friends (who are healthcare professionals) who obtained their current job through ZipRecruiter.

Links need to be more frequently updated because some links route to jobs that are no longer available.

Challenging for a small town like ours.
Meh. Underwhelming I guess. It isnt my preferred platform.

The platform is friendly in appearance and easy enough to navigate. Pricing seems on par with other options on the market.
Inconvénients
Our company is in a small town and I found our postings were reaching too far outside of a reasonable commute area. So we didn't find the candidates we needed.

I was able to find jobs by reading basic information provided and then visiting those companies websites directly.
Avantages
That it's intuitive on how to complete the forms. The questions are easy to navigate, however having to complete information in order to even see the job posting is annoying.

That after getting a job I was still being contacted and that my job searches brought up strange results (that didn't seem appropriate.)

Find the candidate you want in half the time
Over the last year we have struggled with staff turnover once we started using ZipRecruiter 6 months ago the candidates we have hired from their site are more than qualified and loyal to our clinic. ZipRecruiter took all the stress out of hiring the right person for the right position.
Avantages
Zip Recruiter is so easy to use. Posting a job takes less than five minutes and they send only qualified candidates your way.

I don't have complaints about the services we received while using this product.

Eases your hiring process
We have tried it a couple of times. We've probably had a total of 50 applicants overall and we hired one qualified candidate. It's pretty easy and a good choice to view a large number of apps all over.
Avantages
We found candidates extremely fast and we actually hired one person from ziprecruiter.com.
Inconvénients
There are fees to post on certain job boards. As you know, there are tons of services similar to it, and we use a different service more frequently.

It got my company a lot more candidates for our open position that we had ever had. We're a small company and so it is hard to find people to fill the positions as we grow.

Like I said, we had a lot more candidates for our new position. But these candidates weren't the best. The only two that we really thought seriously about took other positions before we could officially make them an offer.

Great software for recruiting - in high population areas
I would not use this software again in a small/rural area, it was not worth the cost, but I could see the advantages in a more dense population area.

It was easy to upload our job description, pay information and such and get the ad posted for our position.

It was not always intuitive to use and in a small, more rural area the candidates did not come in for our position.

More applicants with appropriate qualifications compared to most sites. Screening questions seems to fairly useful, assuming they are answered honestly.

ZR Helped me Find a Good Job
I liked that I found a job that wasn't in the field of study I was used to. I was looking outside of my comfort zone and was able to find something in the end.

I think it was pretty easy to use. I typed in my qualifications, and ZipRecruiter did the rest. They even emailed me with jobs similar to what I was looking for.

I wasn't all that fond of having to dig through loads of job entries to find something that stood out to me.

Avantages
I have used Ziprecruiter for more than a year and they really have a nice UI/UX. You could choose recruiter and job seeker. They are integrated with salesforce cloud. They have their own ATS where you can track candidates and update the next step. Also, you can post jobs for multiple websites.
Inconvénients
As such they do not have any major cons but they should upgrade with good calendar scheduling.

The way of posting the jobs and way of recruitment. Very useful to the freshers and experienced candidates.

Need to be careful because some false recruitment will take place by asking bribe. Never trust those calls. But luckily we don't see that much fraud in this software.

Fabulous service, but at a hefty price
A representative I spoke to on the phone was also flexible and courteous.
Avantages
ZipRecruiter allowed me to post 1 job ad in several different cities. They help you reach people with your exact criteria. And the software will help you narrow down your candidates. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to use, and how many applicants applied.
Inconvénients
The software is expensive. For a start-up company, like myself, there is a bit of sticker shock. But you truly get what you pay for.

Works well for searching jobs in a large area.

Ease of use. Makes it easy to search through jobs.
Inconvénients
Doesn’t give you the closest jobs to you first. Way to many emails, that’s the main reason I looked elsewhere.
