Overall, it works but there are other options out there that can get the job done.

I like that it is less expensive than other job posting websites, yet offers the same all-encompassing services.
Inconvénients
I'm not a fan of how pushy their sales reps are. They'll call you multiples times although you've stressed that nothing is needed.

I have loves using ZipRecruiter in the past when searching for a job. It definitely has helped expose me to newer positions and companies.
Avantages
User-friendliness is so necessary for hiring or wanting to be hired. I believe this software makes it easy for you to be matched with an opening in another company.
Inconvénients
Maybe the amount of emails that I have received for matching jobs. It can be annoying but I believe there are settings now to reduce the email notifications

Give yourself a break, use ZipRecruiter.
We hired several people using ZipRecruiter. It definitely took a load off our shoulders being a small business with no one full-time devoted to recruiting.
Avantages
You instantly have access to 100s of job sites to post listings. They basically do all the legwork for you and you just do the interviewing.
Inconvénients
Sometimes you end up with some pretty random candidates applying, but otherwise, good!

It is user friendly. It allows me to quickly and easily find new employees.
Inconvénients
There wasn't anything that I didn't like about it. As soon as I used Zip Recruiter I was able to find new employees.

Has great promise but fell short for us
We had more calls than we could deal with. It came down to 3 people that looked promising. Two fell through - got other jobs. The last one we hired on as contract labor but did not perform what so ever.
Avantages
You have a lot of potential applicants calling within a day or two
Inconvénients
They didn’t seem to be very pre-qualified. I think this may be the applicants not thoroughly reading the job post as much as the software itself pre-screening.

Overall it was positive but they definitely send too many emails

I loved how easy it was to upload my resume and have access to thousands of jobs.
Inconvénients
I didn't like how many emails they sent me. It felt like I was getting spammed. I ended up opting out of all of their emails even though I'm sure there was some good content.

Overall there is a few flaws but I really do like this software.

I love the features that are available through ziprecruiter.

I did not like that sometimes it wouldn't load for me , I would refresh it multiple times and it still wouldn't load and it would erase everything I entered.

This is a system that can really help you fill positions with the RIGHT people.
I think that there is nothing I would want to say negatively about ziprecruiter! I am really happy with it so far.
Avantages
I love the fact that ziprecruiter is able to help find a pool of potential candidates. I think it is underestimated how many hours are spent just trying to get a group of candidates in one place to move through the funnel. Keep doing what you are doing!

I've realized some traditional job boards are not as modern except they get the job done.
Avantages
I think zip-recruiter has a lot of potential and will be excited to see once they got everything they want implemented sorted out.
Inconvénients
I didn't like how they have pretty aggressive commercials to get new users. I'm not sure how that has gone for them from a growth perspective.

Two-way matching for employer and employee quickly encourages applicants.
Inconvénients
It seems that applicants are being invited to throw their resumes at whatever job ZipRecruiter suggests (matches). While they advertise "qualified" applicant matching, you still get a lot of non-starters - though this is very typical of almost all hiring processes.

Overall my experience with this website has been good. I use it a couple days a week looking for employment and i would recommend this site to everyone looking for employment opportunities.
Avantages
It helps you apply for jobs pretty quickly. Also majority of of the jobs you would be applying for is on this website.

Sometimes the response time from jobs are pretty slow which is annoying.

Searching for Employment
Though I now am the manager of a medical office, I have not used this to POST jobs, but only to search for jobs. I am curious to try posting my next opening online with this site.
Avantages
I found that jobs were plentiful on this site and that they had very good job descriptions in each one.
Inconvénients
I made the mistake of signing up for text alerts, and it was a bit annoying until I shut it off.

This is a really great search engine for updated job post! I love how easy it is to upload your cover letter and resume/ other necessary documents.

I have found really good candidates on zip recruiter!
Avantages
I love that when you post a job, it immediately shows me some matches that I can invite to the posting.
Inconvénients
I wish I was able to see the name on the resume without using my companies credits. It has happened multiple times that I waste a credit on a resume that is already in our internal database

I love the idea and the ability to place an advert in one place. I was doing some hiring in UK and it worked well. We didn't end up getting a hire from it. But we did get a couple of good CV's. I know we would use it more consistently if it was available in Ireland.

It was great. Posted a listing and got tons of responses just like we'd hoped.
