Avantages
The simplicity of zip recruiter has to be my favorite.
Inconvénients
It's not as user friendly when you first start using it. But I was able to get the hang of it fairly quickly.

Easily Sort Applicants
Avantages
The ability to easily sort through a large number of applicants in a very short amount of time and the tools to pull specific guidelines we're searching for.
Inconvénients
With the powerful tools, sometimes the tendency is that applicants get treated more like numbers and it's a little more difficult to get a total person view of an applicant.

Easy to list a job on it to post out to other platforms
Inconvénients
Cannot think of a lot of differentiating features on this versus monster or other job listing sites. Seems like they all post to the same sites. Did not have a good response to the listing we posted either, we had very few applicants.

Only as good as the applicants
It's fine. We ended up hiring someone we knew, but ZipRecruiter gave us options.
Avantages
The software is relatively easy to use and figure out. We got a fair number of applicants on zip recruiter.
Inconvénients
The quality of applicants wasn't great, and the cost can be a bit of a turn off if you aren't getting great candidates.

This website is layed out nicely compared to it's competitors. Each listing or post is detailed as far as what's required and/or what's preferred.
Inconvénients
I had forgotten the password I used on this software and clicked forgot password multiple times but nothing happened. Fortunately I remembered the people later on.

Overall it was a positive experience for setup and use.
Avantages
I helped a user setup their account for job search and it was really easy to do. Quick simple to upload a resume and other items.
Inconvénients
Some of the filters are not quite as fine tuned as they should be. Kept getting search results not related to what they were looking for.

We like that you can rate your applicants and Zip will modify the applications to what your specifications are. It's nice not to be overwhelmed with a million applications that don't even come close to your job description. This, in itself, saves a ton of time!

What I like most of ZipRecruiter is the hands off approach. You fill out a profile, what jobs you're interested in, and wait for someone else to send applications your way!
Inconvénients
Although it was easy, ZipRecruiter would send the same two or three jobs to me. I didn't find any use in it.

Overall, Zip Recruiter has helped a ton with my business and I have found the perfect co-workers within hours instead of days or months!!

I love how easy it was to find people that I need with a passion for doing the job too! I found an amazing worker within a couple of hours.
Inconvénients
I don't like how you can't do very deep background checks on the person that you want to hire and can make you sometimes think twice.

Avantages
What I liked most about this software was the features. The software allowed me to put my resume on my profile, and apply to multiple jobs in one sitting.
Inconvénients
What I liked least about this software was that not all jobs in my area were posted. Some jobs that were not on ZipRecruiter, were on other job-seeking softwares.
