Good Candidates
Avantages
Overall, I think this is a really good service. It lets you connect to candidates quickly and easily. It is also easy to filter candidates so you only see the ones who match what you are looking for.
Inconvénients
There are a lot of recruiting sites out there and while this is one of my favorites I do not think it is completely different or unique to the competitors.

Avantages
There were tons of job opportunities out there that I wasn't getting access to until I went to the ZipRecruiter website. It was easy to use, easy to filter options, and I found a job quickly!
Inconvénients
I wish i would have known about it earlier. I had a few issues with listings being expired but nothing too bad.

Easy to Use Recruitment Site
My fiancé owns a small business and we used ZipRecruiter to search for employees. Two of his four current employees were found because of ZipRecruiter. We are overall happy with our experience.
Avantages
It is reliable and does a great job at finding candidates that fit the needs for specific positions.
Inconvénients
The cost is high but our small business is running smoother now that we have two qualified candidates.

Avantages
You can get job postings up quick. It is pretty basic and anyone can learn how to use the software quickly.
Inconvénients
The software is not sophisticated looking at all. It is a valued and trusted software but it's needs to update it's design to keep up with platforms like LinkedIn jobs.

The best app I came across in a long time for finding jobs.
Avantages
During my off seasons, I would sign on to app and instantly find a list of compatible jobs at my fingertips.
Inconvénients
There wasn't much I could dislike about this software. Only the actual fill out of the initial form.

My company used ZipRecruiter to post a job listing and from there we found one of our best employees thus far. The actual steps of posting a listing is very easy to navigate

This is a good software, it's easy to use but maybe other customers will find that having options in just a click will be more beneficial

ZipRecruiter works well and can provide many businesses with necessary personnel.
Avantages
We use a lot of seasonal help, so we have to have options for future employees. ZipRecruiter allows us to sort through many candidates to get the personnel we need.
Inconvénients
Some of the search results contain non relevant candidates. That may be a result of people using keywords to get into a certain subject area.

Avantages
Lots of job listing, all the necessary filter options (miles away, experience, salary, etc.), clean and easy to navigate, job alerts. I was able to find jobs not listed on Indeed and other websites.

Very similar to other job listing sites like Indeed. Nothing special IMO.

The promises are great. The execution in my experiences are meh
Avantages
Searching for jobs is pretty easy. And the one-click apply must get more applicants that other methods.
Inconvénients
The job alerts are usually barely related to the job category. For Quality Assurance (business management) the job alerts always go to Software Quality people. Totally different job categories

Does the busy work for you
Avantages
Ziprecruiter is awesome in the fact that it brings applicants straight to you. I posted a job and within an hour I had a ton of qualified applicants. Customer service was great, even when I decided to no longer use the software.
Inconvénients
My biggest concern is the cost of Ziprecruiter. It would be awesome for a more corporate office looking to fill multiple positions but I did find that for a small business looking for just a few new employees, the cost was just too high to keep for more than a month or so.

Avantages
Ziprecruiter really makes it easy to apply for jobs, it not only notifies you of jobs open around your area but notifies you of jobs that you're qualified for. It gives you the option to upload a resume and if you do it takes information from your resume to automatically fill your ziprecruiter profile. Such as skills and previous employment to better find something that fits you. Applying for jobs is easy it gives you an option to apply at the click of a button and your done.
Inconvénients
One of the minor problems I had was every employer was able to chose the way they contacted you at their discretion. I would have preferred a communication option via email.

The way it presents itself ad a "one click apply" tool that makes applying for jobs super easy

I don't think it's thorough enough and I beleive recruiters or comapnies using it will still rather go for candidates coming from Linkedin or directly apply with the company.

Unqualified Candidates Only
Avantages
ZipRecruiter was fairly easy to setup. Putting together the job listing, and reviewing candidates was a simple process.
Inconvénients
All candidates that ZipRecruiter recommended as excellent candidates were unqualified. We posed the basic question asking for 1 year experience, ZipRecruiter said they were great candidates even if they had no experience.

I loved ZipRecruiter's ease of use when it came to finding new employees for our small company. We used ZipRecruiter in conjunction with ADP and it made the process pretty painless.
