Takes the pain away from hiring
Avantages
Hiring can be a very long and slow process. Ziprecruiter takes away the pain of posting to multiple job boards. Finding strong candidates has now been an easier process.
Inconvénients
The software works wonders, though if I had to find a fault I would say that it is a bit pricey.

Overall it has helped me target potential clients.

Marketing purposes. I find myself being able to find potential clients, by searching the write criteria.
Inconvénients
That it has a lot of spam. Sometimes I can find a lot of things that I did not want to see over and over again, and it does not even match the search criteria.

The list of interested people was very good and the ease of finding the right people was great. I think I will try it again when I am looking to recruit some more people..

The availability of people who are interested in the jobs available. And the ease of finding those people.
Inconvénients
I am a bit cautious about safety of online resources but I think this is very secure. The ability to save information in case I change my mind would have been nice.

i personally thought it was a good product and would recommend it

I found that placing the advertisement for a chiropractor and an office assistant was easy and I received many resumes.
Inconvénients
I didn't like the prices for long term use of this product. I think lowering prices would be smart and you would be used more

Quite useful shows what you need in a very specific pattern.
Avantages
The UI of the website is quite beautiful, easy to search for jobs. Quite helpful features, easy shortcuts helps to make a job search easier.
Inconvénients
The location enter, no easy suggestions. Type the full name and then search.

Great Service - Just watch out for the overcharge
OK. Customer service was a horrorshow - zero interest in making me happy.

Got our job listing out there where people would see it. Got loads of resumes (not all winners, but still..)
Inconvénients
When you stop listing an ad, they keep on charging you until you call them. This "fact" is not intuitive, nor obvious from the site.

They have established themselves as a good place for employers to turn to help find employees, so the good news is that there seem to be plenty of opportunities if you look hard enough, maybe just not in your desired location.
Inconvénients
The only con that I have about this software is that people have to sign up for the site to be able to apply for a job if interested. Some sites you can simply take the url and email them directly via your own email (like craigslist)

Avantages
For 249.00 per month, you can have up to 3 jobs posted. Not bad especially if you can fill multiple positions using one of the postings.
Inconvénients
It sends out to a lot of the big name job boards, but there are also a lot of small job boards I have never heard of. Not sure how much traffic we get from those.

We've wanted to invest more in ZipRecruiter but having learned or saw that there was not an option for us to only receive recruits with the specific certifications we require the cost was not justified for us

I don't believe this is a great software - doesn't provide you the information you're actually looking for unless you closely monitor

It’s a really good resource for temporary and part time work

This website is great for people who are looking for extra funds like a part time job or temporary work.

I wish the options had more job postings with quick apply. Some of those posting send you to additional sites and the applications are very long

I like that it groups like listings together.
Inconvénients
Each listing is so complete different; there's no consistency about how to get more information. The suggested listings are rarely relevant to me, and it's difficult or impossible to filter for better results. There are tons of ads. The whole experience is more trouble that it's worth.

I learned about ZipRecruiter from Pod Save America and used it help my family business find employees. We felt like they did a good job of sending qualified candidates. We liked being about to schedule through the site as well.

Will Consider in the Future
Avantages
East to use, and will onboard quickly. We did a trial run, but admittedly were impressed with implementation and the support we received.
Inconvénients
We did not use this long enough past a trial period to experience any true cons. At this point, will definitely consider ZipRecruiter for staffing needs.
