Avantages
It seem to be easy to set up and we would be able to run reports.
Inconvénients
The rep assigned to my account did not handle all the areas of the listing and I was bombarded with 100's of emails and even from some that weren't interested.

Inconvénients
The candidate tracking component and other functionality falls short. This site is great for a small business but doesn't work for us.

Very useful for high-level hiring
Excellent tool.
Avantages
I think this is a superior hiring management platform. I think the interface that allows you to view candidates is extremely helpful. Simple tools and buttons such as the "new application" just help you streamline the entire process.
Inconvénients
While there is definitely a higher quality of candidates in this database than in some more generic platforms, the selection not as specialized as we would like it to be at times.

Did not find the Candidates delivered were the best fit
For the price I personally wouldnt use it again but if they were able to deliver more accurate results in the future I'd try it again.
Avantages
ZipRecruiter is as easy as it gets to set up and get the process started, from there you let the software do all the work.
Inconvénients
I did not find the Candidates delivered to be of high quality or great fits for the positions I posted.

Shotgun approach to find candidates to fill needs
It is a cheap solution to cast a wide net in finding general candidates for positions that need filled but if you need more specific needs, I would recommend a more niche specific industry based service.
Avantages
Easy to use. Variety of parameters to search and blast email to possible candidates for the task/job that needs to fullfilled.
Inconvénients
Shotgun approach. Not very targeted. Simply uses publicly available data to find targets as applicants.

Avantages
Having this as a phone app makes applying easier. The job board looks great, has company logos, i love being able to fill in the details on the position we are interested in finding.
Inconvénients
I would have to say when reviewing a prospects original resume the format is very thrown off, not sure if its the uploading process or user error.

I found Zip Recruiter to be a really great site to get a job through.
Avantages
I really enjoy how easy it is to use this site. I found my job through this software. It was extremely easy to navigate and send in my application through Zip Recuriter.
Inconvénients
There were some job titles that I was interested in looking into that I could not find in Zip Recruiter.

We used it few time to post new job positions and we found one employee with their help. Great service for startups.
Inconvénients
Pricing isn't good. They charged us few times, but they should not have done this. Also their sales persons is so pushy.

Loved the service and am still using it!

I love how it loads my resume and sorts jobs based on the info held in my resume. It made getting started alot easier.
Inconvénients
The emails can be a little much, and if you are not carefull can be full on spam. make sure you set your notification settings accordingly.

I liked that it was easy to find work from home jobs specifically. It was very easy to see what the expectations of the position were.
Inconvénients
I would like there to be a more clear pay rate available, of course I find this with a lot of career finder websites, maybe it is something you just can't always list.

We have given ZipRecruiter a try but for the most part we use other products that are less expensive as we are a small organization nd need to keep costs to a minimum. We would possibly buy this product in the future as the business grows.
Avantages
The product is useful and works well as you can select many different filters to get to the candidates you are looking for with specific experience.
Inconvénients
There are other programs that you do not have to pay for such as Craigslist which can do much of the same type of search without costing anything.

Filtering is usually my favorite thing from job seeking websites. ZipRecruiter made it easier for me to narrow down all my searches to find the right company/people.

I see a lot of repetitive postings that could be unnecessary sometimes since I am going through multiple pages of the same thing.

If you add your phone number.. you will get random text messages from employers through zip recruiter that seem suspicious.

I received a free first post with them, so I gave the software a try. It was relatively easy to get the job posted.
Inconvénients
Not a single applicant was qualified. I work in an industry that requires specific certifications (which were listed in the job) and not a single applicant was anywhere close to what we would be able to hire.

Zip recruiter gave us the ability to reach a variety of applicants in very different industries over many states. We were able to customize our ads with very little effort.

Overall experience with ZipRecruiter has been positive what more can you ask for instead of gambling on people to see if they can complete the job why not go with a company that specializes in getting you the right person.

What an amazing way to get quality people to work for you they think of everything instead of looking for people for a job this software does all the work for you five stars across the board for such an awesome service.
Inconvénients
Through no fault of the software the only downside to ZipRecruiter is keeping up with the notifications they send you they are very detail-oriented when asking for the desired position they are a very time-sensitive with their replies.
