At time messages are delivered late to you mail.

I haven't had a positive experience with them to date. Their sales staff is overly aggressive and have harassed me several times a week

Harassing sales staff will pester you relentlessly. They'll promise you discounted intro package pricing but quickly increases after the period is over.

I enjoy the speed that people respond compared to other things.

Inconvénients

I don’t like that they try and recruit mainly for one position.

I used ZipRecruiter to land my current job. It has a large database and it's easy to use. For only a small fee you can prioritize your resume/profile which makes you more attractive to potential employers.

Inconvénients

If I'm going to be nit-picky I'm not much of a fan of the colors of the site, but this seems like a silly "con".

I was immediately able to have my ad posted to multiple sites all in one place which saved me a lot of time and money. Tracking resumes in real time is also a huge PLUS!

Actually getting noticed by potential applicants was challenging. I was able to fix this by changing the title of my posting to draw more attention.

ziprecruiter is a platform for job seekers and recruiters. i have not had luck finding opportunities but as a job board, it does what it should

i was unsuccessful in using ziprecruiter but i guess its effective for matching jobs with talent

I like that it searches your filed of interest and sends you jobs that are applicable versus just sending random jobs.

ZipRecruiter is very user friendly, whether you're on as an employer or prospective employee. I have personally entered in my resume and it was very simple to upload all of my info.

The only con I would say would be the amount of spam emails that i have received since signing up with Zip Recruiter. Other than that, the system worked for what I needed it to.

I've used ZipRecruiter as a tool to hire hard to find candidates. I've found the quality of the submissions received as well as the easy user interface to be beneficial.

The only con is the price. It is so expensive to use. I do not recruit often so maintaining a monthly membership was not conducive to my needs.

We have previously used Monster for many of our recruiting needs. Recently we've been investigating new methods and options for assisting with recruiting and have been excited by Zip Recruiter. I like the potential reach to more candidates.

It needs to become a larger job market even if it means licensing content from other job boards. Only by this means can it become truly viral and reach Indeed level proportions.

I worked on a client's website that was using Ziprecruiter to collect applications on new hires, and we had to integrate it into a new site design. The software was very easy to deal with, and everyone was VERY happy with it.

What I like the most about ZipRecruiter is the 1-click apply button, which is similar to LinkedIn as well. It makes applying for jobs much easier and faster if you have all of your information in the database already.

Inconvénients

The free trial does not last long enough given the fact that it can sometimes take several months to find the right job. Given this circumstance, the prices can be a little steep when you just need another month or two to get the right job.

ZipRecruiter is easily accessible to job seekers and is fairly intuitive to use. It makes the job search process relatively easier.

Inconvénients

No cons that I can think of! I have not dealt with customer service, so I cannot comment on that.
