Top of the line recruiting software
We had 2 positions to fill and found one of the two hires using Zip.
Avantages
Easy to find, message, invite to apply and track applicant status throughout the interview process.
Inconvénients
The cost of Zip Recruiter can get away from you really quickly unless you sign-up a for a longer-term plan.

The amount of information that becomes available so quickly is mind blowing. It was really simple to set up the postings.
Inconvénients
I don't love the pricing model; but I'm biased because I'm a finance guy. Other than that, there's not really anything I don't like.

A great way to find great staff!
It’s been an amazing experience, we found some great staff, and hope to keep them for a while.
Avantages
Zip Recruiter really helped us find a few great staff members! It’s a great, free way to advertise for your business team. You get email notifications when you get a new match, and can easily check to see if the employee is a good fit for your business. It’s cool because you can also invite people to apply as well!
Inconvénients
Honestly, nothing! This is a great website, and it’s made finding employees easy! There is nothing bad about this program.

Easy to use to look for a job
Avantages
It was easy to search for the job roles that I wanted and to submit my resume. ZipRecruiter allowed me the opportunity to connect with employers that I was seeking and apply for the job I desired.
Inconvénients
You will need to be careful with what information you post online and your resume because you can risk getting a lot of SPAM and SCAM calls. Anyone can post as a "company" and pay their fees so I will give applicants the advice of be careful who contacts you and check them out for legitimacy.

Avantages
I love being able to search job availability in my city. Easy to navigate, and I especially love the "quick apply" function.
Inconvénients
I wish that I could search job listings by when they were posted. I don't like applying for a job only to find it was posted weeks ago.

We posted on Zip in the past and had a little success. Overall, there were better options for our needs.

ZipRecruiter has a massive amount of information available. There are postings from a bunch of candidates as well as businesses.

Easy to search for / enter jobs. Quick response time and many options.
Avantages
I was able to enter jobs / careers I was searching for and get an updated email list each week of openings.
Inconvénients
Not all jobs sent to me were pertinent and after I applied for jobs it still sent me those same jobs as available.

I think that if I continued to use the product I would see more benefits to the product. But we are not hiring that much, so it isn't necessary to continue using the product.
Inconvénients
The fees to use it. I think that for small companies, or companies not hiring a lot of folks, it would be beneficial for them to have so many free postings before you start charging. This way, people would get to use and like the product (more than a trial week(s) period, and probably see the cost value.

I like the fact that I can filter by specific skill sets and find exactly what I am looking for. It makes finding the right resumes much easier than filtering through many that are sent in.

Great app
It’s was so easy to set up . I needed to hire 2 people and the response to my ad was overwhelming but with the help from this app I was able to hire both with in 2 days . It was so much easier than getting a million phone calls.

Avantages
I have been using Zip Recruiter starting January and I have had just a few calls that went my way. The most important feature I liked about this software is that it makes a positive interface and is feels good when you login and apply to jobs.
Inconvénients
The filter of recommendations should be sorted, otherwise it just sends random jobs which we are not interested in. Sometimes its really sad to get notifications which you don't wanna see.

Not for me
I believe that if I had more experience I could’ve had more jobs
Avantages
I did enjoy the easy process of applying to new jobs. You just enter your information once, and it’s a tap to apply to the rest.
Inconvénients
It isn’t really for younger people who are trying to get the the experience. A lot of the jobs required some type of higher education, which I am I’m the process of getting. However I needed a temporary job to help pay for it.

Overall, you have to look through a lot of candidates for the gem.

It gives you a lot of candidates in a very short time. If you need to hire someone fast, ZipRecruiter is the key.

The overall experience has been less than satisfactory.
Avantages
Ability to search job profiles and companies easily and apply for those. There are a lot of jobs listed for all domains.
Inconvénients
No response from any of the companies, even after applying to tens of jobs. Also, the frequent spam mails, which are useless.
