I love the site because it allows businesses to review your Resume. It is very easy to follow and it always notifies me when new job listings are available. It is nice that it allows you to "apply" for job openings with a one touch option. Looking and applying for employment can be very time consuming and with the step to selecting the "Apply" option it automatically sends your Resume to that Business. I'm sure everyone is always wondering if their application has even been looked at, this site will send you an email when the business looks at your application. I would highly recommend for everyone that is seeking employment to use this site.

I absolutely could not find anything about this site that I didn't like.

I’ve utilized this software from both sides. The first time I used zip recruiter I was looking for a job. I like how you can upload a resume and it autofills your information off of it. I found jobs on there I didn’t see on other job seeking sites. It also has quick apply, allowing you to simply hit one button to fill out an application. Recently I’ve gotten to utilize zip recruiter from the other side as an employer. The two times I used it, I found the right person within two days each time.

Inconvénients

The one bad thing I can say about this software is when they auto filled my information, my job history was jumbled. I had to go back and and re-organize it.

I love it for the non limited resources and resume to search online.

I am most impressed by the quality of jobs being posted on Zip Recruiter. I find that Zip Recruiter has matched my experience and skills with jobs far better than other online job portals.

I found the search function a little limiting. I wanted to search for remote or work from home positions in a particular field and location and found it was complicated to set those search parameters.

I posted looking for a for a construction manager/superintendent type job. Most applicants were nowhere near qualified for it. One person cooked the french fries at McDonald’s, I had to pay for that applicant.
They need to do a better job of vetting these people to see if they are actually qualified before charging employers so much damn money. I paid $600 to get no one.

Customer service was horrible. They are not being helpful at all trying to resolve the billing issue.

It was very easy to use and very straightforward. It took minutes to upload a job posting with the criteria I was looking for and in the areas that I was looking for. I received plenty of responses immediately and honestly was surprised at the number of quality applicants compared to posting to somewhere random like Facebook or Craigslist.
It was also easy to filter through applicants who put more effort into their applications or took the time to upload extra certifications, etc.

Inconvénients

It was fairly expensive to use beyond the hiring period for my small business. It would be nice to see more tier/plan options for smaller businesses that are growing but dont necessarily have the funds to expense this over longer periods.

A fantastic site both for ease of use use but the best candidate pool available anywhere on the web.

They are always updating and making sure that you are aware of the latest trends. Lots of extras and all the bells and whistles with this service. Whatever I need and if I change anything it is updated immediately. I have not had to use the customer service help, but it was always offered and right there for me if needed. There are so many users on both ends that there is never a short supply of jobs or seekers. Very top notch and I would recommend this to anyone who is in need!

I do not have any big comments on this site. So far, I have had good experiences. It always switches you to the site of the employer where you need to fill in forms for application that takes up a lot of time instead of just uploading your CV.

I have used this software as both an HR Administrator and a user. The software is great for the HR Administrator. It is really easy to upload job descriptions, review and contact applicants, and monitor progress. I was able to quickly review candidates.

Inconvénients

The artificial intelligence could be improved for the user. The tool could be a better job of understanding the differences in the job that I was interested in. HR Specialist, HR Generalist, and HR Manager all different jobs. Don't just send me everything that says HR.

With ZipRecruiter you're assigned a specialist that will work with you hands-on to create the appropriate profile to attract the right hire which is a tremendous help. Additionally, the software will send out alerts to candidates within their database that they identity as potential matches so your ad is able to reach more people.

While the services and platform provided by ZipRecruiter are useful, the price and requirement for a contract is a bit of a nuisance. Another potential drawback would be that ZipRecruiter doesn't enforce consistency with candidate profiles. There have been instances where I've received applications with no resume, no demographics, and no screening questions completed. There should be a way to restrict an application from anyone that does not meet a minimum threshold of information provided.

What I liked most is the layout of the UI and how it facilitates the job seeker in how positions are laid out.

What I liked least is that the ads/postings for jobs tend to fall subject to false opportunties with employers.

I did not like ZipRecruiter. I applied after hearing their radio commercials that advertised themselves as a way to get quick employment.

ZipRecruiter sends annoying, never-ending emails even when you report that you found a job. ZipRecruiter also failed to alert 3 different organizations that I was not interested in their position, yet to this day I still receive emails from them asking if I want that position. I've had to call their offices directly to stop sending me the emails.

the software is some of the best around. The software give you so amount options when it come to finding that right person for the job that you are trying to get done. The platform is set up to give you assurance that you are doing things in the right way to make sure that that right person who is looking for you and you are seeking someone with there skill set has a chance to meet and get things started.

I will that ther was a better way to contact the candidate sometime the best way is to talk to them as well that way you can get a feel for them before you even get to the interview part of the greeting.

I love this software as I have subscribed to their website to look for work and they would send me frequent emails each time there may be a new job I may be interested in. Also, once you insert your data you can apply just by doing the 1-tap option in which you do not need to insert any data to apply to a job. Intuitive, fast and efficient!

I love Ziprecruiter because I am able to use it on my phone and tablet. This makes it super convenient because I can apply to jobs, review messages, and respond to employers while on the go instead of having to wait until I'm able to sit down at my computer.

I wish more jobs allowed me to apply through the app rather than directing me to their site. Because Ziprecruiter is structured for use on a mobile device, it's more convenient to apply through the app. When I'm directed to the company website, oftentimes I have to wait until I'm able to sit down at my computer to complete an application.

The program works exactly the way you want it to. It gets the job done. Lots of exposure. For us, we use it to do our hiring. You will receive tons of applicants which is great because it's usually quick and easy to find a qualified candidate. You can narrow your search and be as specific as possible. We always get tons of promos too to use towards our account, which is nice. I would recommend.

Just like I said with Indeed, you can get overwhelmed with applications sometimes if you don't tone it way down. But it seems if you get too specific it can be hard to find a good amount of applicants to choose from. Whereas if you leave it a little broader you will get overwhelmed with some qualified and some not qualified at all. It is what it is. Finding a diamond in the rough sometimes I guess.
