Great Software for connecting Employers with Candidates
Avantages
My company recently needed several new hires ASAP to help fulfill a client's needs. We had never used ZipRecruiter before, but when we did we found the perfect candidates extremely fast.
Inconvénients
No cons. This experience was perfect. Couldn't ask for more.

Does help bring in qualified people
Avantages
Makes is easy to get qualified reviews. Everything submitted in one easy email for review. Easy to qualify.
Inconvénients
There are many resumes submitted that do not qualify for job at hand. Sometimes wading through those qualified and not can be time comsuming.

I'm not sure what it is, but I ALWAYS find the highest quality workers from ZIP Recruiter. This is the best tool to use when looking for new talent. And it has a clean easy to use interface. Love it!

I do not have any pros for this site, it was a nightmare on the free trial
Inconvénients
features are hard to navigate, you dont get as much as youd expect, the CS was not nice, and they locked and kicked me off the free trial because they felt my company was not legit, which was offensive.

We had multiple good quality candidates to choose from

ZipRecruiter always supplies us with a lot of candidates that are usually really well qualified and actually result in a hire.
Inconvénients
I have noticed the listings for other jobs (not ours) seem to flood the job boards with the same job occasionally.

Overall pleased with the results of using it as a recruitment resource.

We were able to get some good referrals and hired two candidates as a result.

There is something that allows ZipRecruiter to be hacked. After signing us we noticed an increase in spam scams.

We have a different job scope so it's becoming increasingly difficult to find qualified candidates, but ZipRecruiter brings them right to us and does all of the manual labor.
