Great to search for jobs, I like the fast apply function
Inconvénients
I seem to find a lot of sketchy jobs, and it seems like they sell your email to companies that then bother you with spammy job offers

I first heard of this service through the podcast and it is fantastic. Can't recommend it enough.

It is somewhat hard to figure out the first time but after that the learning curve isn't bad.

The pro of this site is that is offers a lot of great resources of resume samples and jobs.

I have used other products to find resumes and actually ZipRecruiter turned out to be cheaper than other products. I was extremely happy when I hired a management position within 2 weeks of posting the position. I found more qualified candidates than any other of the sites I have used. I will use ZipRecruiter again when we have another opening.
Avantages
It was easy to use and was notified every time a Resume would be delivered in my email. We hired within 1 month a management position.
Inconvénients
Glitch in auto renew, however customer support was on it!

I had heard all fo the commercials about this program and figured that I had to try it out. As a person applying for a job, I was impressed with how easy it was to use. It was step by step and user friendly.

Very Efficient!
I think it is a great tool if you have some patience and you are willing to talk to lots of people about positions.
Avantages
I like how quickly ZipRecruiter got my resume and information out to employers. It seems like my information was available immediately after uploading!
Inconvénients
There were some good hits that were specific to what I was looking for, but overall, it led me to jobs that I wasn't exactly interested in.

The ease of looking for any types of jobs. Key words can be put in depending where an individual excels in and it helps.
Inconvénients
I am not sure if this is on ziprecruiter but the position does not always have the salary posted on it.

I was happy with the ease of posting jobs and the number of inquiries that we received.
Inconvénients
I wish there was a way to better prescreen the applicants. A majority of the responses we received didn't meet the basic requirements of the job or were not willing to relocate.

Hundred times yes! ZipRecruiter will make any HR employers life easier.Easy rating and screening will make it easier to decide who to hire. When I thing of all the hours wasted on interviews (which lead nowhere) it gives me a headache. That is why you need this kind of help. The next greatest talent,next employee of the month/year is a click away! ( I even made it rhyme) Time is money but quality is the winner. ZipRecruiter saves time while providing quality employees. Win-Win. For employers and users as well.

Great User Interface for mobile devices
Overall it was fast, simple and easy to post a job description and let the applicants roll in.
Avantages
We used ZipRecruiter for our last hiring period and it made life so much easier for us. We used to post on handshake, indeed, and jobing but it was not very easy to filter through the resumes that did not meet our requirements. ZipRecruiter made it so easy for us, and I am assuming it is easy for the applicant too.
Inconvénients
The android portion of the UI could use a little bit more tweaking.

Good software but not my favorite
Avantages
ZipRecruiter gave a lot valuable information on companies that helped me better research what I was looking for. I received notifications anytime something new came up in my area and that was something I appreciated. Overall it was a good software if you are starting out.
Inconvénients
Sometimes I received what it seemed like just too much notifications. A lot of the jobs did not pertain to me and it just seemed like spam.

When I was looking for a new job I uploaded my resume to zip recruiter and I have to say their was many jobs for me to apply to.
Inconvénients
The least I like about the software was that there wasn’t that many Jon options in my city or near me many of them were from far away.

I like the volume of leads you get from this specific app. It is very user friendly also and I find it very helpful in my industry.

We only used the program for a short time. The cost for looking for staff was too much when other programs do it for free.
