Post Jobs and Hire with confidence
Job posting is easy and candidates with good quality resume can be identified and evaluated. Overall experience with Ziprecruiter is fair as I have used it only a single time to post a single job post and I was able to locate a qualified resource for the position.
Avantages
Job posting can be done very easily and it will post jobs on most of the job sites, not much to take care when posting a job description and listing.
Inconvénients
Search functionality can use some improvements as it is still using some outdated code algorithms.

Gives you daily updates on jobs with the payrates.
Inconvénients
Its daily sometimes several emails a day. Sometimes jobs that I am not even interested in that it would match me for. Sometimes just not very helpful.

Overall a fairly positive experience. I have had friends and family get jobs on there.

It was a great program when I was looking at different jobs. I also have friends and family experiences as well.

It did take some time getting used to. Every website is totally different. Once I got tired of it all makes sense.

Like at the end of the day looking for staff is kind of the same thing over and over again, it really doesn't seem to be finding NEW people.

I like how it really opens up our employment field. Being able to have more reach will really help us.

Sometimes I was just having problems will everything together. I think if I were to use it more I would get it.

Being able to recieve multiple job ooportunities or view various openings across many sectors is definitely a plus.

the amount of opporitnuties that are irrelevant and the illegitimate and potentially scam opportunities can become quite frustrating.

Great. I received calls from employers after applying to jobs found on Ziprecruiter.

I like the ease of use of ziprecruiter. The user interface is very intuitive. I'm able to locate and apply for many different jobs on the website directly; or it directs to you the company website
Inconvénients
There isn't much to dislike about Ziprecruiter. I think Ziprecruiter's website is very easy to use.
