J’ai apprécié les fonctionnalités de conversion et génération de documents ainsi que le stockage sécurisé des données. Quand je rédige des rapports techniques j’ai toujours besoin d’intégrer des éléments ayant des formats variés sur mon rapport et c’est ici que CloudConvert m’a facilité l’accomplissement de mon rapport. En outre, l’utilisation de ce logiciel est facile et très intuitive mais on sait qu’il est fiable. J’adore le fait que ce logiciel est compatible avec google drive.

Inconvénients

Selon mon utilisation, je ne peux qu’insister que le temps de conversion peut parfois être un peu long mais après ça dépend du nombre et taille de fichier.

Avantages

Vraiment le meilleur convertisseur en ligne. En plus de supporter quasiment tous les formats possibles l'UIX est juste top!

Inconvénients

I use many files and download files from many sources. However, there are times when I need to change the file type. I always use CloudConvert for this task. It has never failed to make the changes I need with perfect quality for instant download. I can't do business without it.

Inconvénients

The free version has a file use limit. To continue using, a CloudConvert account must be created. If you don't like joining various online sources, this may be a problem.

The ability to convert a file when a customer doesn't send one that is compatible with our software.

- Interface design could use a facelift to modernize it, but at the end of the day you're there to convert a file, so who cares what it looks like?

Free file converting should be all pros we need. but also I'm listing some of the (more relevant) files it can convert:

Plus: it doesn't show any ads or inconvinient popup.

it is very simple to convert files, very compatible with A LOT of repositories and A LOT of formats.
The fact that only with a few clicks you can convert your file with a compatible version for you is very practical.

This was an amazing tool to use when I discovered it. I was sent a file in Keynote and was about to ask my colleague to resend it in Powerpoint. Luckily Gmail has CloudConvert built in and suggested I use it. Well I can't tell you what a breath of fresh air it was. It works perfectly and hey presto in less than a minute I had a powerpoint version of the file I needed.

CloudConvert is so straightforward to use as it does not contains any fancy banners and displays. It directly has a specific feature on its dashboard: document conversion features for almost all the file formats, preventing users from getting lost.

Since it relies on the internet speed for its operation, converting large-sized files such as video files can be annoying and sometimes fail in the middle and have to restart the process again.

As it seems very misleading re advertising in terms of conversion 'minutes' - minutes does not mean 'minutes' and that was highly disappointing. Also - found you it didn't seem to have a batch convert/batch download feature and I had to manually download 1000 images. Painful.

I'm not terribly technical. I only occasionally have to convert videos. This was so very easy that I didn't have to re-learn in between uses.

Hmmm. That is a hard one. I haven't found anything that I hate or don't understand. I guess it would be that I would have to pay for it if I used it more frequently.

CloudConvert will convert to many different file types, and provides API webhooks so it can be tied into a Zapier automated workflow. I especially appreciate that you can set preset properties for the file conversion (for example, when converting to JPG, you can set desired color mode and resolution).
