La prise en mains est relativement compliquée. Toutefois, il suffit de demander de l'aide et comme leur réactivité est tres bonne, on avance vite.

Avantages

Features that I haven't found on other product : follow, like and then only send connection request. I find this warmup process very nice.
Exporting, including all my company page followers is also very useful.
Export to Hubspot is great too.

Inconvénients

I takes some time to understand, as it is quite powerful

You don't end up in Linkedin Jail. Pricing is great, features are great.

It slows down my computer a little bit, and the programs don't run automatically. Or at least I haven't figured out how to actvate the programs automatically.

I really like the possibilities of automations there. Huge playground which is not possible in Linkedin. This type of tools is great for B2B companies.

It is not cloud tool. To run automations your computer must be running.

I've used them in the past and recently came back to them. What a HUGE difference! The product is extremely robust. I can automate almost any thing - from simply gathering names, populating it with data and sending to my external CRM, built in! I also like that it can look up emails

Works from your desktop with configurable limits and other variables to make it look like it is emulating a user.

Also, their support is PHENOMENAL! 24x7 coverage with prompt reply - sometimes immediately. Very little wait time. We diagnosed an issue over the course of several days and they worked with the developers of my CRM to figure out a problem and provide a solution. Their support team is fluent in english, so no language barriers in asking questions.

I may add, they have a plethora of videos that teaches you everything.

Inconvénients

learning curve takes time, however, they have built in templates to perform so many different campaign events. they have a great documentation and videos that help get you started as well. PLus their team will give you the answer if you have a question.

1. I like the campaign system where I can automate my outreach based on different factors and make it more personalised.
2. The fact that we can connect multiple accounts and use them using a single license is the best thing a small business owner can have.
3. Also it automatically withdraws connection request after number of days we specify, I like this feature a lot.
4. It enables us to set limits of connection to send daily from an account which helps us keep our linkedin account face and secure.

Inconvénients

1. There is nothing which I don't like about it. I mean the tool is meant to help us and already doing a lot at the price they charge.

Avantages

It's one of the best tools in price / quality ratio. Quick support available 24/7 and many useful features (I still have some to learn). Sales Navigator and LH is a killer combination which lets you enjoy the process and saves lots of time sales managers and lead generation specialists have to spend daily doing their routine.

Inconvénients

Email campaigns and warmup features is what really lacks here. You have to use another tool to do it.It would be also great to have a little bit more modern user interface. The rest is great.

I have been using LinkedHelper for three months now and have contacted their customer thrice in different instances—all of which they replied within 5 minutes. That's what I liked the most. Next to that is how I can control my main machine remotely.

Since I work with B2B sales on LinkedIn, I had already used other automation programs, but none were as effective and fast as Linked Helper.
In addition to being complete, having customizable campaigns and being easy to use, and when necessary, the customer service is incredible and has always answered all my questions quickly and clearly.
