Since it is a very professional and therefore complex software, in my opinion it is only suitable for people who have a lot of experience in LinkedIn. What I don't like at all is that you can't adjust the size of the instance window.

So far I have not found any missing features. The software is so rich that it'll take me a while to exhaust all possibilities. Perhaps one thing would be that it seems to eat a lot of my RAM when I use it, but it is doing a lot, running simultaneous campaigns for several of my colleagues. I know there is also a cloud option that would solve this (minor) issue.

Customer service is excellent. Always very helpful. It’s important, as they have really assisted with a few little niggles I had at the start. The product is also very good and makes my life easier. I like that I can manage multiple accounts from one UI.

It could be smoother switching / assigning licences. The organisation part confused me a fair bit. Having an organisation to assign accounts. But I have the main page with multiple accounts. Just confuses me a little. I have it right now and it works for what I need it for.
