Easy to implement and integrate

Love Ecwid !

I love all the features, I am able to customize my items for sale as I am a shirt designer and each piece might have different options based on design and shirt used. I am able to copy a template and then customize when needed. I love the organization features to be able to set up my products under categories and to easily turn off a category without having to delete it. That allows me to turn a sale on or off quickly based on my needs. My only wish is to have better download capabilities in my options section as they all feed to one cell in my download. That would be my only upgrade request. Separate cells for each option when downloading my customer sales.

I like it except

I dom't sell items, I sell classes. So, I have to make some work arounds that don't always allow me to communicate as clearly with my customer as I would like.

Good customer experience

Great customer experience, and I'm always excited to get the email which says something else in our store has sold. We have grown rapidly over the last year and ecwid has helped us along the way.

ECWID is perfect for my online store

I haven't tried anything else but ECWID was pretty quick to get to grips with. It can do pretty much anything and quite often I've needed help. I have found the chat help service to be extremely useful on a number of occasions. They're always there to hand to walk you through stuff. I have recommended them to friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

Easy to use

A very good ecommerce solutiuon specially for people who will start selling on the web. Easy set up, easy integration and the most important, easy to integrate payment solutions. A nice gooddy is you will get a frontstore solution wich is mobile ready out of the box.

I am using the free Ecwid storefront and plan to upgrade as my inventory grows. I have been amazed by how perfectly the free storefront has worked for my needs. I will continue to use Ecwid as long as I am in business. I can't recommend them strongly enough!

Ecwid makes creating an online store “a piece of cake”

Ecwid allowed me to create a basic online store in a relatively short amount of time even though I had no previous experience with web design. I found it really easy to use and very cost efficient. Ecwid’s instant site isn’t really meant to be used for a professional store because you can’t blog on it but many people can still make it work. I’m happy with Ecwid and don’t think I’ll be switching to another platform any time soon. Mainly because you can use Ecwid to connect to Facebook stores, the Amazon marketplace, Instagram and even eBay. Overall Ecwid is truly worth it.

Ecwid was a quick solution

I had a cottage industry making stencils and selling direct but as my client list grew my need for a store increased. Being of the older generation, coding a store was not an option. I did a google search and found Ecwid. I picked ecwid because it interacts with FB which is where the majority of my business is based. It was easy to set up, it takes paypal...with issues at times, overall it does a good job.

What I like: Easy set up, Great customer support, paypal payments, seems great for the USA, code to change look of store.

What I don't like: My store has a USA address but I deal with the EU also so that creates an entire new list of problems for my EU customers. My biggest issue is that I can't have a record of when the order was shipped unless I save all shipping notices. When dealing in the EU, there is no shipping options other than USA ones, there is no option for bank transfer in the EU. I have to take the order in Ecwid but then create a new invoice in a database. It is double work for me.

Overall I am happy with Ecwid and the customer support is great. For my EU customers it would benefit me to find a different host company.

Amazing! Helped grow my small!

Ecwid has been an amazing integration for my website. The company I made my website had its own e-commerce store that I could use but it was awful! It wouldn't calculate shipping, it was cluttered and disorganized. So I went in search of a solution. That's when I found Ecwid! It was perfect for what I needed. They had a free plan that you could use until your business grew to the point where you needed a more advanced plan. I'm currently on their second tier plan and I'm about ready to move to the next Business plan that will help me grow my business even more. In about my first year using Ecwid, my business grew to over $100,000 in sales! Ecwid is great if you need any help they have online chat where you can reach someone at any time. They have a cool app store where you can integrate even more things into your e-commerce store. It's super easy to use even if you don't really know what you're doing, like I did when I first started my business. They were an absolute life saver! If you're not using Ecwid you're only hurting yourself. They have everything you need for any level of business you're running. Highly recommend Ecwid for any online business!

Store runs well, just we probably selected ecwid, when it didn't link into saasu accounting. We should have did more research.
