I think i liked everything however, I have noted that the pricing structure and additional costs for certain features can be a consideration. My top 3 points:
1. Creating job ads is cumbersome at times. If you don't follow a detailed procedure, you have to go all the way back to the beginning to e.g. copy the Job ID.
2. Also I would prefer "automatic" saving. Though I am an advanced user, I lost data at times because I forgot to save it.
3. The in-built reporting feature is user-friendly. However, I'd prefer being able to extract all data to run my own analysis.

After three years of using softgarden, I can confirm without hesitation that this system fully meets the needs of recruiting and building a positive corporate image!
The most significant advantage of softgarden ATS is that it can be fully personalized for the organization, and there are no limits on the most critical functionalities (number of users, workflows, roles, messages). Such solutions make the work of recruiters easier and more efficient, especially if there are several of them in the organization and each runs different processes.
In addition, softgarden offers a module for creating a customized career page and an employee referral module, which can be easily implemented in the company. Such solutions enable HR Departments to build and nurture a positive employer image outside and inside the organization.
All solutions offered by softgarden show that the company can adapt to the ever-evolving role of the HR Department and that it recognizes and responds to newly emerging needs in this area.
The icing on the cake of working with softgarden is the individual account manager who is always available and able to find a solution to any challenge.
I am completely satisfied with my choice of softgarden and would not change it to any other software!

The software is very user-friendly and intuitive as confirmed by hiring managers and other colleagues involved in selection processes in the organisation after 6+ months of introduction and roll-out (very popular features are in particular internal requests for approval of new requisitions and the interview scorecard to facilitate assessment of candidacies). The implementation was a very smooth process thanks also to the excellent customer support at Softgarden. Feedback to follow-up questions is always very quick and helpful and requests for customization are also considered and (where possible) realized.

Inconvénients

The Softgarden Shop including the recruitment advertisement channels with a direct interface could be expanded to include more recruitment advertisement channels especially if these are channels highly relevant and frequently used by the hiring organisation (as also depending on the market operating in, in terms of both profiles hired for and desired reach both nationally and internationally). The integration with LinkedIn as very important recruitment channel for many organisations could be more seamless and it is understood that updates here will be available soon.

I value cooperation with softgarden mainly because the solution is tailored to the employer's needs. As we all know, the labor market, which is "the candidate market" - is changing dynamically, and therefore employers are increasingly struggling to find the right employees. The tools provided by softgarden (careers page or feedback solution), based on candidate market research, increase the chances of finding suitable applicants.
I gladly used softgarden’s careers page solution, which allowed me to build a professional careers page smoothly thanks to the good cooperation with the consultant. I also appreciate the accessibility of the account managers and their efforts to find the right solution to a problem.
From the perspective of a person who is also involved in recruiting, what is important to me is the softgarden's openness to change, continuous product development, and striving to improve recruitment processes, as well as care for security in the acquisition and processing of the candidate's data.

The additional "questions for candidates" feature helps filter candidate applications more efficiently and saves time for our recruiting teams. In addition, thanks to softgarden, we are constantly expanding the database of candidates for the needs of future recruitment processes.
Candidates also receive ongoing information about their application stage, which is very important when working on building partner relations with the candidate. Thanks to the candidate feedback option, we know how we can improve our recruitment processes and create a better candidate experience.

I had technical problems, many changes in the tool in a short time. More flexibility is needed to adapt the software to any need. Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit the mail templates. Does not have the ability to adapt your work style as personalization in any special way.

Wie im Titel erwähnt, muss vor allem der Support positiv erwähnt werden. Sowohl der persönliche Ansprechpartner als auch die Mitarbeiter/-innen, die den Support-Chat betreuen, geben alles, eine individuelle Lösung zu finden und nehmen jeden noch so speziellen Wunsch entgegen.
Zudem ist Softgarden ein übersichtliches, intuitives und stark individualisierbares Recruitingsystem, das sowohl für Recruiter/-innen als auch Bewerbende sehr gut funktioniert. Es gibt sehr viele zusätzliche Module (Empfehlungsmanager, Feedback-Solution eigene Karriereseiten etc), die das Recruiting neben dem klassischen Bewerbermanagement abrunden.
Bislang ist der Großteil der Mitarbeiter/-innen sehr zufrieden mit der einfachen und intuitiven Bedienbarkeit des Systems und den vielfältigen Möglichkeiten, die alle in einem System gebündelt werden.

Inconvénients

Bei manchen Funktionen fehlt die HR-Prozess-Perspektive bzw. einige Prozessschritte sind theoretisch und aus Sicht der Softwareentwickung gut durchdacht, aber in der Praxis für unsere Arbeitsprozesse, die auf das High-Volume-Recruiting ausgelegt sind, weniger praktikabel.
Das Tracking und Reporting von Stellenbörsen ist noch ausbaufähig - das liegt aber nicht ausschließlich an Softgarden, sondern auch an den angebundenen Stellenbörsen, die ihre Daten nicht an Softgarden übermitteln.

Die Schaltung von Stellenanzeigen auf allen Portalen ist sehr einfach. Insgesamt sparen wir durch die Verwaltung der Bewerbungen gut Zeit. Außerdem wurde durch die automatische Einholung von Feedback und Übertragung an Kununu unser Score deutlich verbessert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Support, der immer sehr schnell und kompetent antwortet. Außerdem die Beratung zur Optimierung der Stellenanzeigen im Hinblick auf die textliche Gestaltung.

Inconvénients

Es gibt sicher Produkte, die innovativer zu bedienen sind. Zum Beispiel wo der Bewerbungsprozess als Funnel dargestellt ist und man mit Drag-and-Drop arbeiten kann. Auch könnten einige Prozesse, wie das Handling von Einladungen/Terminen smarter sein. Das liegt aber auch daran, dass wir nicht alle Möglichkeiten, wie die Kalender-Integration, nutzen.

Besonders gefällt mir an Softgarden die intuitive Bedienweise und das sehr einfache Handling. Softgarden erleichtert mir die Kommunikation mit den Fachbereichen und den Bewerber/innen immens und vereinfacht unsere Prozesse. Auch Bewerber/innen haben mir bereits mehrfach rückgemeldet, wie toll und einfach sie die Nutzung des Tools empfinden. Darüber hinaus bin ich begeistert vom Kundenservice von Softgarden: Ich habe bisher immer blitzschnell Antworten auf meine Fragen erhalten.

Inconvénients

Bisher habe ich keine Nachteile entdeckt.

Schneller Workflow, viele Jobbörsen, in denen wir selbst direkt unsere Anzeigen hochladen und buchen können. Anzeigen gehen zeitnah auf den Börsen online.

Inconvénients

Im der neuen Version wird bei Dropdownfeldern nicht auf den Pfeil geklickt, sondern in das Textfeld, das ist anfangs verwirrend.

Avantages

Schnelle Implementierung & Einsatz, auch mit Individualisierung. Die Prozesse und Workflows in den einzelnen Jobs sind sehr übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen. Die Kooperationstools funktionieren einwandfrei. Seit ca. 18 Monaten im Einsatz hatten wir keine einzige Störung. Datenschutzsicherheit ist super. Mailvorlagen für die Kommunikation und ein gewisser Automatismus machen die Organisation sehr effizient. Eigentlich macht die software alles, was es machen muss!

Inconvénients

Es sind lediglich Kleinigkeiten; z.B. der Betriebsratsaccount ist nur individuell an eine Person gebunden, keine Vertretungsmöglichkeit bzw. etwas umständlich. Bei der Bewerbung in den Talent-Pool (Initiativbewerbungen) kann kein Anschreiben angehängt werden. Alle Nachteile sind aber im Vergleich zu den Vorteilen sehr geringfügig.

Avantages

Die einfache Einrichtung und die Benutzerfreundlichkeit machen es den Kollegen einfach das Programm zu bedienen. Der Gesamtüberblick aller offenen Bewerbungen ist sehr praktisch. Die automatischen E-Mails sparen viel Zeit.

Inconvénients

Es gibt einige Funktionen, die verbessert oder erweitert werden können. Z. B. beim Verschieben der Bewerbung in den Papierkorb angeben zu können, ob es eine Absage nach Gespräch ist. Hier muss noch jedes Mal eine Direktabsage gesendet werden. Schön wäre es auch, wenn man Bewerbungsmappen einscannen könnte und hochladen ohne eine E-Mail Adresse hinterlegen zu können. Bei der App sind einige Funktionen auch etwas eingeschränkt, wenn ein Termin für ein Vorstellungsgespräch eingetragen wird, wird automatisch eine E-Mail versendet.

Das Programm ist sehr intuitiv, wenn man keine Scheu zum Ausprobieren hat.
Die individuellen Bewerbungsprozesse lassen sich leicht erstellen und mit Textvorlagen hinterlegen.
Die Dokumente und Daten sind sicher und zuverlässig gespeichert.
Der Support ist sehr zeitnah und lösungsorientiert.
Das Preismodell ist für "kleine" Unternehmen und Start-Ups super.

Inconvénients

Ich fände es gut, wenn irgendwo auf der Profilseite der Bewerbenden die individualisierte E-Mail-Adresse des Bewerbers für die Kommunikation mit Softgarden zum Kopieren stehen würde. Es kommt aufgrund der Unternehmensignatur häufig vor, dass Bewerbende dann an die Unternehmensadresse E-Mails und Anhänge schicken. Diese könnten aus meiner Sicht relativ leicht durch Weiterleitung an die Adresse hinzugefügt werden.

Die Auslesefunktion funktioniert bei ausländischen CVs eher mäßig und bedarf der Nacharbeit.

Bei den "Tags" fände ich im Filter besser, wenn nur die Bewerber erscheinen würden, die alle Filterkriterien erfüllen. Aktuell muss nur 1 Filterkriterium erfüllt sein.

Am besten gefällt uns die gute Integration in andere Bewerberportale, die teils ganz automatisch läuft und uns damit sehr viel Arbeit erstpart

Inconvénients

Wir würden uns ein wenig mehr flexibilität bei den Workflows wünschen, also dass man einzelne Schritte und Automatismen einfügen/bearbeiten kann und auch mal vom Standard abweichen darf.

Avantages

Dein Einfachheit von softgarden überzeugt. Die Prozesse sind einfach anpassbar und auch individualisierter (Kommunikation). Die Karriereseite lässt sich sehr einfach gestalten und beinhaltetet moderne Style-Vorlagen. Zudem kommt der pragmatische, sehr schnelle Umgang mit dem Kundensupport und auch die Bereitstellung der Lösung hat sich nach unserem Temp gerichtet. Softgarden war mega schnell. Ist wirklich nur weiter zu empfehlen!

Inconvénients

Da gibt es wenig. Es gibt ein paar kleine Feinheiten z.B. habe ich eine Mailadresse falsch angegeben und der Kandidat wird zur Bewertung aufgerufen (der falsche dem Fall), dann kann ich dies nicht korrigieren, sondern müsste theoretisch einen neuen Termin ansetzen und wieder absagen (was die Statistik durcheinander bringt). Der Support von softgarden hat dies sofort aufgenommen und ich denke auch hierfür wird es eine Lösung geben. :)
Die Software ist in der Schweiz relativ neu und das merkt man auch (ist noch etwas sehr auf Deutschland ausgelegte)- ich denke aber, dass die Zahl an Kunden in der Schweiz steigen wird und dann auch noch etwas mehr verschweizert wird ;)

Die Einführung der Software kann auch durch IT-affine HR-Kollegen übernommen werden. Die Bedienung und Anpassbarkeit von Unternehmensinfos, Kommunikationsvorlagen und Prozessen ist einfach möglich. Die intuitive Bedienbarkeit des Systems und der Support- und Hilfefunktion erleichtert allen Usern einen schnellen Systemeinstieg. Auch die Reporting-Funktion ist einfach, schnell und unkompliziert.

Inconvénients

Hier und da fehlen noch ein einige Anwendungen oder Funktionen, jedes System kann und muss ich weiterentwickeln und durch die Kunden lernen. Die Zusammenarbeit mit den Stellenbörsen und der Agentur für Arbeit hat sich stark verbessert, auch wenn einige Punkte noch wünschenswert sind. Gut finde ich, dass transparent alle Kundenwünsche eingereicht werden und dann auch wirklich nach Ranking umgesetzt werden.

Avantages

Bedienung ist sehr einfach zu erlernen und intern weiter zu vermitteln, wird auch von wenig IT affinen Kollegen schnell angenommen.

Inconvénients

Es gibt aktuell keine sichtbaren oder auffälligen Nachteile.
