Nice app for Online Coaches

Avantages

I switched to this app from Trainerize because it had some features I liked. I also paid for the app and then found out the itunes store doesn't let you keep the custom icon which I wasn't too happy about. The app itself is smooth and I get positive feedback form clients on the look and ease of use. I like that I can quickly push workouts and nutrition information to their phones immediately.

Inconvénients

When it says "Deactivate" client it really means delete and erase. Some of the wording for it isn't logical. When a client has to miss a month it would be nice to have the actual ability just to deactivate temporarily. I had to rebuild a clients complete profile and nutrition/workouts when they came back. I'm not sure I will be renewing it as Trainerize was more user friendly on the back end and has made upgrades.

If a client has been deleted, the client will need to email [email protected] asking to be reactivated as a client and for which trainer they wish to be reactive too!

Don't do it, Use trainerize!!

*Must Read* So when I started the free trial, you could chat with support on demand, they were extremely helpful when I had any questions. Then a deal popped up for only 20 dollars/month if you subscribe for 12 months, I went ahead and clicked it, since it was such a good deal. The second I sign up, I'm no longer able to chat with support on demand. Then 3 months later, my card starts getting charged like 45 dollars a month out of nowhere. Keep in mind, I've already switched my clients over to trainerize because I hated MyPTHubs software so much. I figured 20 bucks off my card until feburary isn't that big of a deal, but this is just ridiculous. I honestly feel scammed, just don't go with this product. They reel you in with the free trial and super low cost for 12 month subscription, then you are screwed

Avantages

The software was OK, I've been on a few different coaching platforms now and with this one has some useful features, the payment processing/breakdowns were nice (although that is really stripe) the messaging feature worked fine, and there were progress photos/graphs which not every platform I've tried has had. I also will say its a sleek looking platform.

Inconvénients

- workout builder gave me a huge headache compared to other ones I've used
- extremely difficult to upload exercises to exercise library, cannot be done from your phone, I had to upload all videos to YouTube first it was super time consuming
- The programs feature is completely useless. You can't easily move stuff around in clients schedule, which is a must for many of my clients

When upgrading, you have a choice of monthly or annual pay monthly, the reason the annual pay monthly is cheaper is it due to it being a 12 month contract, we try to make this is clear as possible on our pricing page and also the upgrade page.

Worst Customer Service

This software has the potential to be an awesome tool. However, a majority of the features possess bugs that alter work or require you to re-input workouts after they've been saved. But, these bugs are just the start of your issues. Customer service is almost nonexistant! Thinking about calling them, don't bother, you'll be put in loop and lose your sanity. Our reps were [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] all share the customer service email, but still lack continuity. I really wanted to enjoy this, as the features sound great, but performance needs to follow. Prior to me moving forward, I was just like you, and researching up and down for a great training software. I even read the bad reviews and still gave the benefit of doubt considering all the features, but don't make my mistake. I've now moved on with PT Distinction, and if your on edge, I hope this review assist in learning you towards better options.

The idea of all the features working would be a great tool and resource for trainers, but.....

Inconvénients

Their features are filled with bugs! Contacting customer service is difficult in it's own nature. Don't understand them boasting about their product, but lack simple phone services for US clients. As trainers we move fast and live off a schedule. After emailing or trying to book a call with customer service, you'll be met with a response within 48hrs, their timezone is different, so take that also into consideration. I have clients I see daily, being able to communicate with your software provider is essential!

My pt hub effectiveness

As a part time trainer, I realised early enough I needed a platform that would make my work easier and effective, my PT Hub is a very useful companion that helps me do my work with ease.

Avantages

In recognition of how Goog my PT Hub is , the platform is so easy to use, one can easily use it without even consulting the customer service, and if it customer service is needed, it is so helpful and offers very nice help, it is very flexible, have a possibility of making block programs.

Inconvénients

Despite being so helpful some features are filled with bugs , it is also not all inclusive and has very little integration with other apps.

Feature rich product with excellent customer service

Business Problems Solved
1. Significantly reduces time spent administering my client community

2. Increased profile of my business with my branded App on Apple and Google Play
3. Easier management and communication as everything can now be managed in a single place instead of a combination of Mircosoft Excel, Email and WhatsApp.

Avantages

1. Significantly reduces time spent scheduling and billing clients Personal Training sessions, so I can spend my time in front of clients providing billable services.

2. It simplifies my Boot Camp class scheduling, booking and class signing in process so that my clients can now self serve with booking and canceling their bookings.

3. The Packages ensure that clients have to purchase their boot camp classes in advance, so that I am not spending time chasing those who have not paid. The financial reporting also enables me to keep a step ahead of the game with cash flow.

Inconvénients

It's a minor one it's more a problem of my own making. I reward my boot camp customers with a '50 Club t-shirt' after they have attended 50 boot camp classes. Unfortunately there is no way of importing historical attendance data (apart from adding to individual clients notes field), so it is now a bit harder to record total attendance after MyPTHub has gone live for my boot camp community of circa 200 boot campers.

I have addressed this by informing my boot camp clients how many boot camps they have attended up until the date of MyPTHub go live and it is now their responsibility to inform me when they get to 50 boot camps. Not ideal at a customer service level, but it works and it also reduces my admin time as I now give my boot camp clients the responsibility for keeping score of attendance.

It might be the best out there, but still requires a lot of work

apologies for being critical but i think these features (especially enabling marketing capabilities) would take this program from average to incredible. i will be constantly on the the look out for a software that provides the ability to build custom programs with video demonstrations that has marketing capabilities.

***another great (but not necessary feature) would be for clients to be able to download videos to view offline. could even charge extra for this and would happily pay.

Avantages

I think it does have a lot of features. I have experimented with all the other similar providers (trainers, truecoach, ptdistinction) and mypthub seems to offer the most features for your buck. customer support does seem to get back to you pretty quickly.

Inconvénients

I think there are a number of things that need to be fixed. And i have voiced my concerns and keep getting word from support about an amazing update that i'll be very impressed with. it's been 7 months and i still haven't seen any updates and it's always the same answer from support. and they don't give word on when i can expect the update. this is pretty frustrating.

firstly, marketing. i don't understand why you wouldn't offer marketing capabilities with the software..its online personal training after all..therefore, unless you have offline clients, you will need to find new clients online. in this day in age, tracking , data and automation is key. mypthub offers nothing in this regard. there is no way that I can set up an email autoresponder, for instance, to welcome a new client. or a way to track traffic for retargeting purposes. in this day and age, this type of tracking abilities is crucial for the success of an online business.

other than that, there is a lot of clicking required to create programs and change the reps, rest time, tempo,etc..you have to do this all manually. imagine doing that for each exercise for an entire 12 week program..very meticulous work and takes a very long time. should have a default setting or copy/paste setting to make this easier.

furthermore, when i attach files and schedules to a particular package/program, they do not 'stick' to the package and i have to manually add it after a user has purchased.

PT Hub

Avantages

It's pretty easy to use, with a large video selection. Clients generally found it easy to track their workouts. I like that you can customise to have your logo. Good to have alternative/switched exercise options if needed.

Inconvénients

It would be good to have more of an option for clients to add notes to each exercise, if needed and to upload videos directly to the exercise.

MYPTHUB

We are solving issues with customers that travel and cant make it into the gym to work with us due to work, MYPTHUB allows us to train, motivate and keep focus for our clients on the go. We have found that many clients have had issues with many other software due to lack of direction but with MYPTHUB the directions are laid out so well that before we can assist with a question on how to, the customer is able to find a video that helps them find the answer. Try MYPTHUB and you find that no other compares.

Avantages

What can I say , I have been with MYPTHUB since the beginning it seems and I love the way they stay ahead of the times and technology, plus they care about the customers and take care of you any way they can... I love everything about the services they offer as it is way ahead of any other personal trainer software. You def will love this product for all the needs of your fitness business and all our clients love it almost as much as we do, the features and ease is top notch!!

Inconvénients

Honestly with how fast they adjust and build up the program to fit the needs of the user, I cant say that I have any cons at this time.

I love MyPTHub

I've been using the classic version for about 2 years. It's been hard for older clients to navigate and i recently just upgraded to the premium plan as the interface is a lot better. I used to do programming through IDEA world on the computer and i really hated it. It was tedious and I didn't like that my clients had to have a laptop to view their workouts either. With app based training, my clients who are airline employees can use this anywhere and anytime. I enjoy being able to see their check-ins and being able to message them in-app too.

Avantages

I love that I can deliver a program through the app because my clients are on-the-go (airline employees) I would never be able to afford to make my own app, and having printable workouts wasn't efficient enough for them. This allows for efficiency for both them and me, and I can stay in contact with them through push notifications.

Inconvénients

I wish it was more intuitive for clients than it is. For older people navigating the hub can be confusing. I love the newer version upgrades but still wish the youtube videos were able to be full screen playable while they are going through the exercise. Watching a video and then completing the exercise eats up valuable time. An example of what I'd like it to look like can be viewed on The Crossrope app. I also like Crossropes overview page of their app. I wish that could be included in the My PT Hub app as well. Visual progress keeps clients motivated to stay on track with their workouts.

Cheaper doesn't mean better

Overall I am extremely disappointed with this product, especially as the trial version was completely different to the paid version I paid for. I only stuck with it due to cost and the fact I had already inconvenienced staff and clients to transferring across. Although the support team are quick with replies, they are unwilling to come to any agreements or answers when asked about the differences in the scheduling. They are extremely difficult to deal with, and when requesting a refund for the year of product I will no longer be using, I have been denied and ignored. Very unprofessional.
If anyone is looking at using this app, my advice is don't bother, spend the extra cash on a good app.

Avantages

It was cost effective. This is the only benefit to this second rate app.

Inconvénients

The inability to change session times from hours to 45 mins, cheap looking interface, not user friendly at all. Lots of clients had issues using the app and saving information.

review about evolution of my ot hub

The software program is simple to recognize the setup and fee integration for promoting packages. Customer carrier isn't realtime and is critically not on time consistently. It is notably bendy and customizable however you cannot limition get right of entry to to their workout motion pictures even in case you add your own.

Avantages

I just like the layout, ease of choosing packages and variety of packages available. It has a pleasing aesthetic layout, and I just like the customizability of it.

Inconvénients

Some functions are a bit difficult for clients. Inputting nutrients appears to confuse many as they don’t come to be saving their inputs.

Waste of time and money

Zero from the software itself. I learned a valuable life lesson about doing a little more research about a company before investing money, even if it is a very small amount.

Inconvénients

I do not usually do bad reviews, but the consumer needs to know the truth. I've been in the fitness industry since 1998 & watched it evolve. I'm testing out different affordable software that might be useful for me personally and my staff. This one is NOT! Customer service has no telephone and will only respond to emails. I was overcharged for something I did not intend to purchase (the scheduler). When I realized the software didn't correct itself at checkout, I immediately contacted customer service. After numerous emails, they disabled the product I overpaid for, but continue to refuse to do a refund and keep quoting their service agreement Why would the consumer have something disabled if there was no refund to accompany it? So now I have paid for something I don't even have access to. Obviously, retention is not their main goal. My credit card company is doing a FRAUD investigation & I encourage you to do the same in these situations.
PtHub is a very basic program that you can get for free elsewhere. For example the "arm workout" is a bicep curl & tricep extension. The "nutrition plan" is a one day plan, has white enriched rice as a good option & is not something I would use with neither clients nor myself. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of respect for customer service. I would rate this company a zero if I could. Don't waste your time or money, get a free app instead and make sure you READ THE FINE PRINT!

Ok software but it can be better.

Avantages

Package Maker - It's real easy to build packages for clients
Scheduler - Keeps clients notified with daily workouts
Plenty of workout videos
Nutrition Log

Inconvénients

The software can be very glitchy.
- Server very slow

- App shuts down during workouts (you lose all data)

- Calendar is a hit and miss - sometimes shows duplicates, shows wrong count sessions, very slow to come up...

- Messaging - can be very annoying (when sending messages to all at the same time, some people don't get it. Messaging is only in one place...so when youre looking at your client's finished workout and you want to message that client, you have to go to menu, message, look for client, type in message... so many steps especially when the app/software is very slow. Messaging should also be in the client's page and the hub.

- Workout Log - When inputting data, the cursor is sometimes off screen. lettering is too small. When editing during workout, sometimes it doesn't let you.

Exercise Library - Too many duplicates. I look at exercise history often but when theres so many exercises with different names its hard to figure out which one youve used in the past to see how much reps/weight youve done. example: biceps dumbbell curls and dumbbell curls... It needs to be cleaned up.

-Interface - Its very basic

- graph - It's always wrong.

- Fitbit Integration - Data is wrong.

- a lot more list...

My suggestion: Fix the glitch first rather than adding more glitchy features.

I really want to love this software, but I cant say that right now. I still have hope for this app in the near future. That's why i'm still a user.

Ease of use, lack of appropriate functions

It’s allowed me to combine everything I need for my clients, but I found the issues that kept cropping up not worth it. As it was too glitchy

Too many exercise choices for the same exercise, and then lack of really basic exercises so customising your own takes forever and laborious.

mypthub has over 7,500 exercises which all have a video of the demonstration, there are similar names, however, they do differ as we know depending on where you are in the world you may call the exercise something different.

That being said you can create your own custom exercise which you can upload your own video.

My PT Hub Review

This software is affordable, helps me keep organization while running my business, and cuts out a lot of the hard work when prepping for my clients every week.

Avantages

as a personal trainer, I have used PT Hub for some time now and have enjoyed using the provided features on the site to conduct training sessions with my clients online and in person. The library is filled with great exercises. I have also uploaded my own exercises. Also, I really enjoy the fact that it takes a lot of the brainstorming away that I would normally have to, so when creating new workouts for my clients. The app feature is a must-try. Most everyone would be inclined to look up their workouts on their phone so to have a built-out app makes my job a whole lot easier. I'm sure my clients appreciate it as well. I would recommend this software to any health and fitness coach or trainer.

Inconvénients

I have nothing that I liked the least about the software. All the features that PT Hub provides are a plus to helping my business grow and stay organized.

Best Option Out There

I love it. It's such a powerful platform.

I have been using PT Hub for almost 2 years now and I love it. I upgraded to V3 as soon as it launched so I've had a chance to use both platforms for quite a while. Before I switched to PT Hub I had tried a couple other types of training software but this one is by far the best. Just having unlimited clients is worth the cost. It allows me to us PT Hub as a selling feature for my business and lets me keep tabs on past clients. PT Hub isn't without it's glitches but the support team is fantastic and my issues have always been resolved in a timely manner. I do find V3 to lag in the app but not the browser but that's really the only thing can complain about. The pros vastly outweigh the cons. I recommend PT Hub to any trainer looking to go into business for themselves.

PT Hub, if you're listening, adding a habit tracking feature would be so awesome.

All In One Fitness App For Personal Trainers

It is easy for clients to book a session with me on the app. I collect payments on the app. Video workouts help clients with correct form. Branding on app supports and increases my business.

Avantages

My personal training business is done in one app. I brand the app with my business logo. Clients can book individual session with me on app. I collect payments on app. I like the Attendance Registar for my classes. I see who is attending, send reminders, and thank clients for attending. Clients feel appreciated with follow ups.

Inconvénients

Please add more foods to nutrition list. Clients cannot find what they are looking for. Sometimes when foods are added, they do not appear on clients nutrition log. This makes for inaccurate calorie counts for clients if they are not noticing the food did not accept in their nutrition log.

SAVE YOUR MONEY - THIS APP SUCKS

My clients found the app to be confusing with too many features and the dashboard to be overwhelming.

One of my clients workouts never appeared the day I assigned it to her and they could not figure out why.

The app does not track how many workouts they complete, personal records on lifts etc.

The nutrition database is not accurate, if you add a food to the database only you can use it not the entire system, many foods are NOT even on the database.

The support team is fast but contradicted each other on answers so I was implementing what one person was saying just to be told differently by a different person. Wasted my time.

Avantages

Nothing. I liked the idea of all in one software but was extremely let down. This app is still in the works of being built. There are a bunch of glitches in the software and it is not user or client friendly.

You will waste more time trying to figure out how to use the app and how to teach your clients how to use it.

Inconvénients

I regret not sticking with Trainerize. I was intrigued that PT Hub advertises an all in one app but the thought is not executed. This app is still being built as they sell it. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Bugs. False Advertising. Confusing for your clients.

I feel like this app tries to do too many things instead of just getting a couple things really really right.

FLUFF over QUALITY.

When I asked for a partial refund they do not give you any of your money back. No resolution.

Fitness Trainer Review

Great - good support, found my way around the software and app easily. I also use it as a client point of view, as I have a coach myself and it's great. Very professional and much nicer than plain spreadsheets!

Avantages

I love that there are videos to almost every exercise. This can help clients with confidence when at the gym, training alone. Also that all of the contact can be done via the software, there is no need to provide numbers/be contacted to your personal mobile out of hours. It keeps everything organised.

Inconvénients

That you are not able to view nutrition plans as a weekly view. You have to click into each day separately. If I was to continue adding lunch/dinner etc. to a day to make it one week within the plan, it would get confusing with overall calories/macro splits. So I also need to continue doing it day by day, but hoping this can be improved in future - as clients have also said clicking into each day separately is a bit of a pain when getting ready for a food shop.

Supportive and accessible

My PT Hub offers a platform for me to train my clients online in a scalable manner. It provides a solution for time management and consistency where both client and trainer are not available to meet at set time on any given day. My clients and I have more flexibility and I am able to easily hold them accountable.

Avantages

The ability to schedule clients workout sessions and bot physically be there yet having the awareness of when they start each day to keep on track. I love the chat feature in the app to keep them engaged and motivated. Also love the outline of data of their progress

Inconvénients

I did not like that the platform did not have the payment feature available in my country. I also did not like that given that I would be disadvantaged I would still be expected to pay full price. The software is not very fluid on the phone.

Like the one stop shop idea

Client was initially impressed with the professionalism that it had when she first started... some glitches have since stopped me from using it... as she had commented about these glitches. On an overall concept, I like the idea of the software. I will persist for another few months to get the full version now that I have upgraded again....

Avantages

Like that all aspects of my business with training a client can be in one software. communicating, programs, forms, payment plans.

Inconvénients

Thought I was paying for the full software, but it keeps changing and having to purchase more. Would like to know that I have all of the features and then I'd be able to use them all without limitations each time I look at the various options. Embarrassed with the software sends out a message to a client that their schedule for a session at an odd time. been told it's the time zones and that the software was upgraded which caused it. Hate telling clients that it's a software issue.... I look lame and unprofessional. Initially I believe I had purchased the whole software (full version), but the nutrition appeared to be very limited.

Overall Review - My PT Hub

My original problems was spending a large portion of my weekend writing programs for the week ahead.
Using this app has helped me massively although I still write out bespoke programs from time to time depending on conditions of my clients. The nutrition plans do help to guide clients to the write course of eating healthy so I'm grateful for that.

Avantages

I like the way that there are videos which I can show my client or they can use on their own to give them a btetter training experience. I like the progression of the programmes.

Inconvénients

I have problems trying to set up a working schedule which is why i'm using a different app to book my clients in. There needs to be more varied nutrition plans as people are all sizes. Tracking of nutrition needs to be on par of my fitness pal to make it more appealing. Regular new training plans would be good to keep me stimulated.

Brilliant product

My overall business relies on My PT Hub. That is how valuable an asset it is. With the addition of a few extra features, it could be perfect!

Avantages

My favorite thing about the product is the ease of use for the client. The software looks very smart and has a lot of features. Being able to customize the app to suit your own branding is a big plus. I have trailed most of the competitors and this is the best by far as well as the cheapest. Win win!

Inconvénients

There are a few areas I'd like to see improved in the software. I'd like more customization in the fields when programming. It's great being able to change sets and reps etc but I'd love to be able to add custom fields where I can add whatever metric I like. I often track RPE scale so having a section where the client can put in their RPE, for example, would be great. There are other things I track to so leaving extra sections as customizable would be great.

Another massive feature for me would be an area for clients to fill in a check-in form. I know the software has forms but it would be great if the same form could be filled in numerous times with the data being stored. Having seperate check-in forms for each week just leaves the overall form list cluttered.

Happy long term user / trainer

I'm predominantly am 1-1 personal train & I love using the app to help my clients with their workouts on other days. I can often still sell programs to people that don't train with me regularly. It also has helped my with my semi-private training, I can have multiple clients training all at once following a totally personalised program for them.

Avantages

I like that I can add in many custom exercises. I never have to worry about anyone being shown the wrong exercise. The workouts are easy for my clients to follow & log in the weight & reps etc that they used. MY PT Hub has also constantly updated & improved it's functions so it's always getting better too.

Inconvénients

I wish I had a way to have clients workouts progressions of weight / reps planned in. This might be a feature of the platinum package which I haven't had.

Used this software as a Personal Trainer looking to scale

I found it hard to create adherence with my clients on this tool because they found it hard to use the nutrition tracker and to track their workouts through an app at the gym. I ended up basically wasting a lot of hours building my own excersise library which redirected to my Youtube channel.
I ended up just keeping my free Youtube channel and charging my clients directly.

Avantages

I liked that I could customize "my own app" with my logo and my clients could have it on their phones. It was very easy to collect payments and assign workouts to my clients through the mobile app and the desktop version.

Inconvénients

I didn't like the exercise library, it was very limited and incomplete at that time (2019). I uploaded several excersises with descriptions but finding them again in order to program for clients was a terrible and long manual job instead of having the ease to search and assign directly.

Manage Personal Training with ease

Overall, My PT Hub has been a positive experience for me. The platform has assisted me in more efficiently managing my personal training business.

Avantages

It is a fantastic resource for managing my personal training business. Because of the platform's simplicity, I can set up training programs and track my clients' progress, making it easier to keep them accountable and motivated. The app's communication features are also excellent for staying in touch with clients and providing them with support and direction.

Inconvénients

While the My PT Hub interface takes some getting used to, it isn't a major issue once you're familiar with the platform.

You get what you pay for ...... CHEAP!

Worst customer service EVER. I was never informed my subscription was set to renew after not using it for over 9 months. I went to cancel my subscription on my account, yet there is no way to cancel online. After filing a complaint and to cancel I was charged another yearly subscription. They refuse to refund my money. This company is a SCAM, do not sign up for any trials and don't waste your time trying to save money on a yearly subscription. It is absolute GARBAGE.

Avantages

The template design of creating workouts made it fairly easy to build and make changes to programs. However you were limited with the parameters of the exercise. (Sets, reps, time, RPE ) anything off of that you would have to include in a separate note. This would not be good for a Powerlifting program, CrossFit, or any moderate to advanced functional training. Basic programming with basic features. If SIMPLE is what you're looking for, here it is.

Inconvénients

Promoted all these features that are supposed to be included, but don't actually work. The hardware integration is a joke, does not sync and record anything. The client dashboard is garbage and includes the bare minimum of features. The videos are slow/ lag and looks cheap. Even if the company made updates to the software I was unaware of it. As a paying customer I was not even informed there was an upgrade. Not that it would have made much difference.

Great Software

Overall this software has been amazing. It is easy for my clients and I to navigate through. If I ever come across any issues customer service is always quick to respond.

Avantages

I like all the features this software has. I use this software for my clients and it is easy to navigate through. The customer service for this is also amazing. My absolute favorite thing is that once you purchase a subscription, they can customize the app to your logo.

Inconvénients

I didn't like that once you "deactivate" a client, it deletes them. It really is time consuming when my client comes back to train with me and I have to start them over. All of their previous information is gone. There should be a way to reactive them without having to restart them.

If you 'Deactivate' a client, the client will need to email [email protected] asking to be reactivated as a client and for which trainer they wish to be reactive too and we can do this for them and it will recover all of their information :)

The APP Which is Designed by Real Coaches

PT Hub is helping me to grow my business rather than focusing on repeating the same details of financials, customizing workout plans and many other things, its a great assistant for success.

Avantages

What I really liked in the PT Hub is the premade plans, the auto calculator for calories and the supporting videos.

Keep your eyes on My PT Hub!

Great ! Innovative and I'm looking forward to the company growing and making new updates!

Avantages

- EASE OF USE : Once you've spent bit of time playing it becomes so easy to use and enjoyable.
- PAYMENTS: Payments can come into your account on the Daily! Weekly or Monthly & its super easy for your clients to input there details.... just send or txt them the share link to your program and your done!
- DESIGN: Super simple to navigate around on the laptop and the phone app looks even neater, my business colours integrate into the website & app so thats great also.
- SUPPORT & CUSTOMER CARE: Any time I've FB messaged My PT Hub they have got back to me within a couple hours and you are speaking to a real person.
- CUSTOMIZATION: I noticed there was an exercise thats not in the list that already comes with the software and adding your own custom exercise is super easy, Name it, Film It, Upload and add the exercise description. DONE (it was Frog Pumps by the way). Obviously add your own logo & can add your own business logo colours to the website and custom app. You can custom a lot of things on here.

Inconvénients

- The website takes a little while to load at times... bit slow on occasions.
- Making a schedule can take some times be a bit time consuming, when you upload assign your own workout to set day it takes a while sometimes.
- Typing in a exercise name can sometimes show nothing i.e when I type "Treadmill" it won't come up but when i type "Trea" it would pick up treadmill when selecting and exercise.... just something that I noticed when making workouts. Im sure it can be an easy fix.

Value for money and a perfect guide

Although it took me some time to learn how to use all of its features, I felt that it's worth spending time with this tool. I mentioned some of its drawbacks but they are not that serious as I felt as a user. Its customer support is extremely helpful whenever I felt any difficulty using some of its features. There is always something new in its update. I would highly recommend this tool to everyone.

* The option of having calendar synchronizing
* Sharing the food diary with a client is easy
* Very friendly customer service

Inconvénients

It's a very good app, although I found some points where My PT Hub can work on,
* The notifications are sometimes empty
* The upgrade is a pain. You have to enter all of your details once again such as weight, height
* Some features are a bit difficult to use for new users

User-friendly Fitness App with customizable workouts and helpful features

I have been using My PT Hub for several months to manage my workouts and training plans. My PT Hub is quite easy to use, with a simple and intuitive interface that allows you to quickly set up your account and start working with it. There is an option to add your own exercises and workout plans, monitor your diet, and track your progress in workouts. There are video instructions for each exercise, which is helpful for learning proper technique. My PT Hub provides the ability to communicate with a trainer through an integrated messaging system. The service offers various types of reporting and analytics, which help to better understand the effectiveness of workouts and plan future goals.

Not all features are free. Sometimes there were technical problems that made it difficult to work with the application

I could not be satisfied using the software!

Overall didn't look very good; they have space for improvement. Authorities should do more with the software.

Avantages

It is very convenient for those who do not have their workout library. Customers can also easily do regular exercises on the trainer's own. Moreover, the customer management does quite nicely.

Inconvénients

The desktop version should be open. It's boring to use on the phone.
The food options are awful! I can't take another food opportunity which is so irritating.

Easy to manage tool

Management of customers easily and maximizing profits and time

Avantages

ProsIt is interesting how easy it is to use the mobile app interface. Customers feel overwhelmed as it is being used in managing their progress and accountability. Most reactions received at the end of their workouts helps to communicate successes as well as concerns, meaning they can be immediately addressed accordingly. Furthermore, I have seen features requested within chats with the app support be added to the app, showing that they are not only listening but also implementing. This is very remarkable

Inconvénients

So far no big deal using the app. Should they be one then, am yet to come by it.

My PT Hub Review

So I originally started with MyPTHub as a new trainer in 2016. As my business grew, the features just simply couldnt keep up with the needs to serve my clients the way I needed. Eventually, I ended up owning a gym in a short period of time and needed features the new company were still developing. Sadly, I had to leave, but that also came with apps that costed crazy amounts of money.

Fast forward two years and here I am. Back and so impressed with what this company has done to improve the trainer/client experience as well as service their businesses. You have a lifetime customer!

Avantages

All the upgrades and all in one service. This is the first app/training platform that I've found that has everything you need to be a successful trainer.

Inconvénients

I guess if I have to nitpick it could be prettier?

Een mooi alternatief voor Virtuagym

Ik ben nog steeds enthousiast, de workouts zijn erg mooi om te maken net als de evenementen en PT Sessies in de kalender. Het is wel af en toe een omweg vinden om te krijgen wat je wilt, maar de opties zijn daar om te vinden! Ook is de support desk helemaal te gek!! Ze helpen je binnen een paar minuten en komen (meestal) met een oplossing voor je problemen.

Avantages

De prijs is erg goed voor wat je krijgt. Als ik hetzelfde had via Virtuagym gewild, dan was ik bijna 10 keer zoveel kwijt per maand!
Het is makkelijk in het gebruik, hoewel het wel in Engels is, vinden mijn cliënten dat helemaal niet erg. De koppeling met My Fitness Pal en Google fit en Apple Health zijn ook echt pluspunten voor een gebruiker buiten de VK.

Inconvénients

Dat er niet anders kan betaald worden door cliënten dan met creditcard. In Nederland gebruiken we grotendeels iDeal als betaalmiddel, en ook is dat te activeren via Stripe, kunnen je leden niet hiermee betalen in de app. Ik had liever Mollie gebruikt voor dit functionaliteit, maar snap dat als Britse bedrijf dat Creditcard het makkelijkste is.
Ook vind ik het jammer dat er alleen integratie is met My Fitness Pal. Jammer dat hun eigen voedings gedeelte niet andere databases heeft voor voeding. Het beste zou een volledige samenwerking met My Fitness Pal om bijvoorbeeld de database van hun over te brengen in My PT Hub.

We currently do only integrate with Stripe, however, this will be changing!

My PT hub nutrition area has the worlds largest verified nutrition database, however, the option to integrate with My Fitness Pal for clients is there if they prefer. There are lots of other integrations for clients such as Apple health, Google Fit and Fitbit.

A wise investment for my company

Overall, My PT Hub has streamlined the way in which I manage my PT clients. No more endless folders with each of their workouts, meal plans, measurements etc and remembering which folder to take in which night. The entire process at my fingertips! I feel it has added a more professional touch the service I provide. The client is able to log there workouts and meal plans on the go which they feedback to me gives them accountability as they know I'm watching!

Avantages

The ease of use and intuitive interface have made the purchase of the software a god send in managing my clients. The ability for me to view their nutrition plans anytime and place prior to meetings means I'm fully aware of there current situation and can advise them there and then. The updated workout plans with tempo and rep range feature makes it so much easier than referring them to the notes section.

Inconvénients

Sometimes can be a little slow in loading pages (more so when using Windows on my laptop rather than on my iMac even when at home on the same wifi connection) which makes it frustrating at times. Especially if the web page times out and I loose data I'm mid way through inputting.

Training Software

I enjoyed the experience of using my PT hub, I think it’s a great software especially when you’re starting up in the business.

Avantages

I like that is supposed to be all in one product for personal trainers and coaches. One price for everything.

Inconvénients

I didn’t like the system is slow in my opinion. I would also say it could be upgraded. It didn’t quite satisfy my needs as a fitness coach and nutritionist to deliver the best service.

Great software, great price.

I'm able to scale my online training business with My PT Hub. I can handle a lot more clients than I would be able to take on if I was still using email and excel docs. Customer support gets back to me promptly whenever I have any questions.

I do like My PT Hub overall, but wish the mobile app did everything that you can do on the web browser. Don't get me wrong, you can do a lot on the app, but there are a couple features that have yet to be added. I don't expect to wait long though, they roll out updates pretty regularly.

Avantages

- You get a ton for a low price.
- The macro calculator helps when you're updating a large number of client plans.
- The new class/event booking feature is very helpful.
- They are very open to feedback and suggestions
- Always updating

Inconvénients

- App is not as user friendly as it could be
- Client Help videos are only available through a web browser and not through the app
- Some features, for example: updating height, are only available through the web browser
- App doesn't have all the features that the web browser does.

MY PT Hub APP.

I have tried other apps and I have find MY PT Hub the most effective for me, as I train clients online and presencial.

Avantages

I like the most is the exercise library, huge range of exercises. Also is pretty easy creating, modifying, coping and assigning workouts for clientes. I was spending a lot time using excel, now I can easily guide my clients when they are training by themselves. e

Inconvénients

Macros and Meal Plan, quite confusing to input the macros.

Bang for the Buck

It gets rid of all this paper I have. it will increase my productivity by allowing quicker searching and access to clients workouts.

Avantages

The versatility and the customer service. It incorporates nutrition planning and exercise in one place. I can create my own forms and pretty much go paperless. My clients probably will not have to use three or four apps but still need at least two. I can train in person, online and hybrid clients. These are just the highlights.
I tried out several other platforms with questionable customer service. These guys were on it though, With online chat, youtube videos, and even scheduled phone service.

Inconvénients

Not all inclusive and very little integration with other apps. The biggest thing I was in search of was incorporating heart rate monitoring into the platform. Some other companies do but they are outrageously priced. I can handle my clients uploading screen shots of their graphs for now. Hopefully it is in the near future.
It would be great if other apps from popular fitness tracking devices could integrate into PT hub in order to add even more personalized service for motivation to my clients

Vision Changer

MYPTHUB makes it easy for me to navigate and monditor my clients whenever and whererever . I am able to recieve notification on their updates, set up their schedule for them to succeed and become more confident and independent when it comes to their health and fitness.

Avantages

I love how im able to get notifications when my clients complete a workout. I am able to be more flexibile with having clients in person and via the app. They are able to become smarter at learning the names of exercises and how to preform them properly

Inconvénients

I dont like how I am not able to adjust someones calendar or view the entire thing to make adjustments.

I dont going back and forth with programing and workouts like how if im making a program, i have to make a workout first instead of making it with the program section.

I dont like how if a program starts and a client misses a workout they plan continues, i think it should give few days pause time once they notice the person hasnt been loggin in on top of the coach checking in. I think it would be good if the clients can select days they want to workout and then be able to have to orkout generate within the days they have available based on their goals

Non of my costumer enjoyed and find it's not easy to use

Absolutely horrible experience, shocked of service.

Avantages

I am not sure if I like anything about this software after a disaster experience, not costumer friendly

Inconvénients

Non of my client enjoyed to use this app, Google sheets are much better and easy to use, I didn't find any cancellation and they take my money and don't want giving me my refund and it's only one week gone, my clients find its difficult to use this app not compatible all the time need to push something to use, sheets just open and go, I not use this app much because no one like it and waiting long time to finish but then they without notice take my money again, no one contact me when I write them they just send me letter via email we not give you your refund that's all, I was shocked and disappointed about how they horrible treat costumes, I didn't want my money go every year I was signed for one only, was costumer service I ever have had, I won't recomend to any one after such a horrible experience, and I was read they give good costumer service, not at all.

When purchasing the subscription we outline everything to the trainer and the reason we give a 30 day free trial, to ensure that it is right for both the trainer and their business.

Easy Programming

I've trialed it twice and have thoroughly enjoyed it! I have also used it as a client once and loved how easy it was to use.

Avantages

I love how easy it is to program and select exercises for client's workouts. I enjoyed the trial to try and use all the features- I was also trialing another popular software program but I didn't last 2 weeks on it because the layout of this software was easier to navigate!

It was also really easy to upload and create your own exercises and with a few clicks it was done !

Inconvénients

The only con is tracking the workouts given to clients and giving them names to remind yourself what they've already done in your program layout.

Sometimes the app lags on your phone and can be difficult to navigate but overall it's a pretty good software program.

Just average

It was okay. It was neither good nor bad. Everything was just average.

Avantages

My favorite thing about My PT Hub is the aesthetic of the platform. It is very visually appealing to me.

Inconvénients

There's just too much going on that I'm not using - I'm looking for simple, simple, simple for my clients. I love all the options for functionality but I need to be able to turn that functionality ON or OFF. My clients don't need to get distracted by elements they are not using.

Best software for personal trainers

Excellent. If they add the above features it will be perfect

Avantages

Client Booking system
Makes you look more professional

Inconvénients

The booking system only accepts 1 hour slots of the clients. I would like to see a feature that you can select how long each session is going to be for the clients.
The application on iPhone is not really branded.

Unfortunately, at the moment when you book a one to one session with your client, it only gives you the option of 60 minutes.

However, what you can do on our new feature and on the unlimited+ subscription you can create an event and for example call it 'PT Session' which can choose the duration. Once created, you can then add this to your calendar and clients book themselves in or you can do it for them :)

Amazing home games hall

i feel the app might be made tons simpler. i spend longer explaining the way to use the app to my clients than actually coaching them

Avantages

Easy to trace workouts for all of your clients and therefore the refore the client can see it also which allows for nice two-way communication from both the Trainer and the Client. On top of that, the client can even track their diet intake and documentation are often uploaded to the clients account on the app like the Agreement they signed with me (the Trainer) or what their current weightlifting maxes are! MY PT HUB may be a one-stop-shop for all you would like , for the Trainer and therefore the Client both

Inconvénients

I hope there are all languages ​​in order to make it easier for users to use the program
