Avantages

Bokun has all the features that I require as a tour operator and the added benefit of a dedicated support team. As it is a newer platform the Bokun team have been fantastic in taking onboard feedback and insights so as to improve the product that they provide.

Inconvénients

Initially it was time intensive to set up products on Bokun. The team have worked hard on resolving this and making the process easier and more enjoyable.

- Management of tours with flexibility in details such as start times, pricing
- Management of list of tour guests and ease of sharing details with the tour guides
- Managing availability of tours
- Management of team members
- Widgets for the website: this is a killer feature

Inconvénients

It's not their fault but the biggest problem is that 1 Bokun account connects with only one Viator account. As we were venturing into multiple cities and looking at managing multiple Viator pages. That doesn't well. The suggested solution is to create a new Bokun account that is not convenient.

Easy to track reservations, all information gather in just one place. Integrated to all sales markets.
Very reliable, I total recommend it!

Inconvénients

When I started using the program it took me at least 2 weeks to understand how it works, but with a little bit of effort and the amazing help of their support system the experience of using and getting familiar with Bokun became easier.

Avantages

The userfriendly functionality is awesome. And the presentation of our tours and lessons is perfect. Customers having no problems in booking and it is very easy to create new experiences.

Inconvénients

There is nothing I don’t like. But I would like to have more payment providers included.
And the new functionality of planing your resources needs some improvement (e.g. one surfboard per customer etc.)

For us have been difficult using widgets with our web page. We didn’t. I want to find easier the widget integration, so I’ll be able to do it.

Best thing is that it offers a streamlined booking platform that Compares to other platforms that cost hundreds of dollars a month.

Some of the some of the applications are not extremely user-friendly. Customerservice is also a couple days for a response.

The ease of use. I am new in the travel industry and Bokun made it so easy to start uploading products and to quickly have additional options to increase our portfolio through the marketplace (a jewel that allows agencies and providers to estabish working agreements easily).

The best thing about Bokun is the level of support the provide. All of my problems are quickly answered and solved. The booking widgets integrate nicely into my boat charter website.
