Avantages

The interface was fairly user friendly. It looks nice and mostly easy to use.

It was missing key features. It says they sync with Apple calendar. They don’t. And the customer service is horrible.

The reminders option is great, I love how the app reminds me to send out messages to my clients at a set time of my choosing.

That client notes are not hidden from customer. Also, it would be great to have more options for reminder dates (3,6,9 month intervals as opposed to 1 year.

Think there should be an option for if clients become deceased. (I’m a dog groomer and sometimes my clients pass away and there’s no clear way of noting it or removing their profile that I can find.)

Also finding it hard to sync Goldie to my face book page not sure why but it don’t give me the option when I follow the step by step instructions provided.

The thing I like most about Goldie is the fact that even if you're not a big business or don't have the money at first to pay for the Pro or Pro Plus plan Goldie booking software still allows you to use their platform to to further your business by allowing you to create a website, and much more by just using the free plan.

The thing that I liked the least about Goldie is the lack of having a source or channel that provides 24/7 support about payouts or etc whenever you need it. Another thing I don't like is how when you enable payments it's not much information about the payout schedule or the different methods that can be used for your payouts.

Goldie allows me to see exactly how much work I have and where I need to book more people at a monthly glance because they allow you to color-code your appointments. I'll admit, I wish there were more colors. But I work as a tattoo artist, and my shortest appointments are very light-colored, medium are blue, and my day sessions dark purple. When I try to book someone in, I only need to look at my whole month and the colours of each day to know exactly how long my appointments are that day and what I still need to book to work a total of 8 hours. It is a GAME CHANGER! Goldie used to be really glitchy, I switched to another calendar app that, unfortunately, didn't have this color-based view that I love, but worked better. I was pleased to see that Goldie has improved so much over the last year and came back as a happily paying customer.

Would like more colors for a more accurate reading of my day and appointment lengths. When I reschedule a day, I am forced to do it on the week by week calendar view instead of selecting a date using a selector. If the date that I am rescheduling is far off, it's so annoying to have to scroll through the weeks.

I like how organized it is and that there’s a really boutique feel to it and you’re not just scheduling on an app everything looks really nice and organized and it’s aesthetically pleasing to the eye

The only thing I’m just liking so far is at a glance as the administrator when I look at my schedule things that are set as a personal event it doesn’t show the label I labeled it as instead it just says personal event I would like to be able to see that as a glance, instead of having to click it to see what the event is.
I would also like the option to be able to set deposits and no-show fees, to individual clientele, and not for everyone

No Online marketing option via sms or email in mass text, mms leaves a mark - everyone knows other patients number which violates hipa laws, I need express payouts, without them i will most likely accept payments via venmo or Zelle

I like that I have everything at my finger tips. Easily accessible and manageable. It’s very user friendly too. I’m able to block time off and have process time to book other client in between.

Inconvénients

I wish I could include my children’s schedule in my calendar (personal event) but not have it take the time out of my calendar for online booking times. I need my schedule to reflect everything I need to know in my life but not that I necessarily would take time off to do. I.e. my children’s sport schedule.
