Utility that allows you to create diagrams, organization charts, designs, the creation and connection of forms is automatic and simple, such as when creating flowcharts.

For some users it takes a bit to adapt to the program but once several jobs are done, its management becomes easier.

In work I use visio to produce flowcharts for the work we are conducting and the waste management process, it is a brilliant, easy to use software which helps produce a fantastic flowchart/visual representation for a somewhat complex process.

Inconvénients

At first this software is tricky to use, having to learn all of the new process. However, once the initial complications are resolved it is extremely easy to use.

Visio is a very good tool for the elaboration of all kinds of diagrams, designs and you can even make vectorial drawings. It has a friendly and easy to learn interface, and it also allows you to reduce work time as it is compatible with Word and Power Point tools. I advise you to use it.

The disadvantage of the tool is that it is not compatible with other operating systems.

What a great tool to be able to take any form of data and create a visual representation to be able to share with others. It is easy to use, has many different options for templates and is easy to learn. We use it in so many different applications from within the office to working with clients.

It's the standard program every company uses to create flowcharts or org charts. Until recently when companies started using Google, this was the only one they used. Once when you warm up to it, it's pretty simple.

Inconvénients

It's not user-friendly and could be better. I'm a fan of the drag-and-drop function because I don't have a lot of time to do documentation. A lot of times, the arrows don't snap to the shapes easily. It also takes some time to learn, so expect a learning curve.

Uma coisa que menos gostei foi que o sistema inflexivel e pesado para vincular elementos.

Ist bei MS Produkten vorhanden, also ist einfach zu nutzen in bereits vorhandene Lösungen zu integrieren. Auch aus Sicherheitsgründen, weil man an die MS Produkte Vertrauen hat.

Die Pfeile zwischen Objekten lassen sich manchmal nicht so ein- und zusammenfügen wie und wo man es möchte, also muss man länger rumtüfteln.

Visio is a powerful tool for creating and managing flow charts and diagramming. I like that Visio contains a lot of shapes and diagrams that can cover all user's needs with the ability to import external packages of shapes. Visio can export your diagrams and charts to many applications like PDF and this is useful for many users.

I am not facing any problems or difficulties with Visio.

A volte é un po' macchinoso sistemare il grafico, servirebbero dei tool che permettono di farlo più velocemente. Inoltre se si copia il testo da un altro file non permette di modificare lo stile quando incollo il testo rendendolo uguale a quello che ho ma lo devo modificare manualmente, servirebbe come in Word una funzione che quando incollo il testo, lo adatta al mio stile

MS Visio is great for real-time team collaboration. There is a wide variety of templates to choose from, these templates are easy to customize and modify to my specific requirements. It is great for mind mapping, data visualization, and especially for brainstorming.

In comparison with other, similar tools, I do not like that Visio is a desktop application. I prefer comparable products which are a web-app that saves your work online. I like having an online repository of my work and that online web applications allow for better collaboration. Additionally, I feel that Visio had a much steeper learning curve to work how it wants compared to other similar products.
