For now, there is nothing. The platform has improved over the years, nilo.health is constantly expanding its offer and the team is super open to new ideas and wishes from their clients.

I'm a big fan of the Roundtables; they consistently offer intriguing insights and fresh perspectives. The knowledge I gain from these online webinars is not only valuable but also significantly impacts my understanding of various topics. Each session leaves me with new ideas and a sense of inspiration.

Inconvénients

I wasn't able to create a routine to go back to the Program I started.

the focus appears to be more short term than long term, understandably so given the limitations of the service offered by employer (limited sessions).

It's a comfortable platform where it's easy to reach out to the support team whenever possible. They are quick to help you to get in touch with your therapist if needed.

There are also many roundtables and resources to give you a bit of guidance in different areas.

Inconvénients

On one occasion, I booked a session that wasn't reflected in my therapist's calendar. Not sure if something happened in the connection there.

Other than that, I sometimes think the roundtables and content touch topics that are often work-related. I would also like to see more personal growth that's not just to "perform" or add a new skill.

I really liked the workshops offered and the topics covered. I also found some of the materials and resources offered on the website helpful. It would be nice to be able to share some of the exercises with your expert behorehand to review them.

Inconvénients

The experts could be a hit or miss. I went through several experts to find one that matched my preferred style of coaching. My advice is to be upfront about what you are looking for in an expert and what you are looking to gain out of the sessions.

The specialists I talked to until now were nice and gave valuable advice that I could put in practice. Also the tools and videos are interesting and helpful, and the interface is very user friendly.

I'm not such a big fan of doing a daily check-in on how I am feeling, it's something I do elsewhere. I keep getting recommendations to do this, if I choose not to I would like to stop getting reminders.

Meditation sessions perhaps? Not saying that they are not good, but there are so many similar products on the market, where I feel like it's not really necessary.

Finding last-minute appointments can be challenging, especially during busy times. Some of the self-help resources feel a bit generic, and the therapist matching process could offer more details upfront or a free session for an even better fit.

Meditationen sind teilweise ähnlich, immer(?) gleiche Stimme, ich weiß nicht welche ich schon gemacht habe und "ärgere" mich wenn ich eine nochmal mache, Hätte gern mehr Bodyscans bzw. abwechslungsreicheres Angebot, irritierend find ich, dass in der App die Nilo.sessions so präsent ganz oben stehen, von der Prio passt das für mich nicht auf den Startbildschirm an der Stelle, macht mir ein komisches Gefühl dass ich das "abarbeiten" muss

Das man 1:1 sessions hat und die Meditationen finde ich auch super, da die Stimmen wirklich sehr angenehm sind!

Inconvénients

Dass es derzeit noch eher verhältnismäßig wenige Roundtable-Themen (wiederholen sich) gibt und man sich doch immer irgendwie beeilen muss wenn man "nur" eine 3/4 stunde hat in seiner 1:1 Session. Ausserdem könnte es noch mehr Meditationen in den einzelnen Bereichen geben :-)

Die Möglichkeit seinem Berater alles sagen zu können. Dieser unterliegt der Schweigepflicht.
Als ich selbst mehr im Bereich Achtsamkeit machen wollte, habe ich nach Techniken und Übungen gefragt und wurde perfekt beraten.

Das die Vielen RoundTables die wirklich interessante Themen bedienen, immer zur Arbeitszeit sind, weshalb ich die kaum wahrnehmen kann

One major disadvantage from our perspective is that the offer can be made only for coporates although only 50% of the organization want to use it. Thus, the rest of the budget is not available for the rest of the team.

Unkomplizierte Buchung der Stunden, kompetente Therapeuten/Psychologen und einfache Teilnahme der Stunde durch das nilo online Portal. Ich habe immer sehr viel Mehrwert aus den Stunden mitgenommen und es allen Kollegen empfohlen :)

Inconvénients

Teilweise ist es ein wenig kompliziert, einen passenden Slot mit dem gewünschten Psychologen zu finden. Aber wir haben immer eine gute Lösung gefunden :)

Dass es super niedrigschwelligen Zugang zu psychologischer Unterstützung bietet. Ich hatte sofort eine Expertin gefunden, mit der ich mich super verstanden habe, aber Termine mit anderen Experten zu buchen wäre auch super einfach.

Es gibt ein begrenztes Kontingent, also falls man mal einen Notfall hat und dringend über etwas sprechen muss hat man für die reguläre Arbeit mit dem Nilo Expert weniger Zeit.

- die Vielfalt an Hilfemöglichkeiten sowohl in schriftlicher Form, ebenso Gruppensitzungen und Einzelsitzungen, um individuelle Themen und Probleme zu besprechen
- intuitive Plattform in der Web-Ansicht mit einer schnellen Orientierung und Buchungsablauf
- Ganz besonders spannend finde ich die Vorauswahl und eigene Beschreibung der vorgeschlagenen Therapeuten durch nilo. Da Coaching immer sehr individuell und persönlich ist, besteht so eine höhere Chance, den/die richtige Person für sich zu finden

Die Nutzung der Smartphone-App ist noch optimierungswürdig, bzw. da fehlen noch einzelne Funktionen und Optionen im Vergleich zur Browseransicht
Manchmal würde ich mir kurzfristigere Verfügbarkeiten der Therapeuten wünschen, gerade wenn arbeitsbezogene Themen heute/morgen eine Bedeutung haben, um darüber zu sprechen

As a user I like the simplicity of the platform - there are no extra weird buttons one need to press to find the searched course.

As a user: Sometimes the experts (like coaches, therapists) are not really "invested" and say some generic response. I've managed to find a great one after trials and errrors
As a HR: the HR platform does't give much information about the trends. For instance, what is the most important topic that most of the people are intersted about.

Love having Nilo as a company benefit, I like being able to switch between support people depending on the topic Iwant to discuss and work on or until I find someone that is a great match for me. Very easy to use and handy to have through an app as well.
