Happy customer

Very professional and I have already recommended to anyone using Airbnb.

One happy customer! I’m still only about 1/2 done with onboarding but the time I have gotten back from guest communications and writing reviews which are now automated with Guesty, has allowed me to work on more strategic stuff like renovations and marketing for high season. As a small business owner with a full time day job, I can’t tell you how much this service has already helped me. Also, I am consistently getting higher reviews because my customers feel like I am dedicating more time to the with the automated communications. Once I am completely on boarded, I will also bring in consistently higher booking rates since the other connection channels will provide me more visibility to sites like booking.com, TripAdvisor, Expedia... Thanks Guesty!

Inconvénients

I wish I had more time to dedicate to to make it go faster. I would actually pay someone to do it for me.

Best Channel Management Software I've used

Life changing system!

Guesty has released me from being tied to an office all day. I can now run my business from my laptop - anywhere in the world! I searched for years to find a system that would actually work & is user friendly for holiday rental managers such as myself.

Avantages

So easy to use & great graphics. The reports I can create for my business & housekeeping tasks are amazing!

Inconvénients

The reports for owners are something to be looked at.

Guesty = AMAZING

Avantages

After trying for so long to figure how to run my growing bussiness I ran into Guesty and eversince I have a constant smile on my face.
Guesty's end-to-end serivce allows me to sleep better at night, knowing that they have my back and for that I would be forever greatfull.

The only tool to use for Airbnb Management

Zero Customer Support

Nice graphics, big clear fonts, easy navigation, somewhat user-friendly

Inconvénients

There is literally no customer support for small hospitality I guess. I had an issue with login for the last 15 days because the pw reset does not send any reset email and there was no email or anyone I can write to or speak to. I am at a lost on how to respond to the inquiries in my inbox! So, the support could be faster when one is logged in, however, in my situation, it is really a cause for concern.

Guesty for me is the best channel Manager /property manager on market. Great futures, easy to manage. Good layout and I'll in 100% recommend to other users.

Inconvénients

For me they have one big problem, they don't have app to control my property when I'm not in a from of computer. It will be much easier to manage. Maybe it will be nice if they can expend financial tab.

Solid Toolset

I was evaluating software for implementation into an agency of 350+ properties, I was aiming to streamline operations and found Guesty to be good, but not the best, for this.

Avantages

Channel Manager that works out of the box with good mapping to multiple channels including AirBNB & HomeAway.

Inconvénients

I did not find Guesty's automation toolset to be as strong as other property management tools in the marketplace.

I really like the integration with multiple channels on the schedule. It makes things very convenient and track-able.

Inconvénients

The most challenging this has been just the time to setup all of the integration. This concept is somewhat new, so there have been several bugs along the way - but the support team is on it.

From the very beginning I've been impressed with all the Guesty has to offer.

More time to focus on growing my business.

Without a doubt, the most impressive feature is the seamless integration with many other property management tools.

Inconvénients

To gain access to the entire suite of what's offered, most importantly the Receptionists service, requires an additional set up fee on top of the 2% markup to the already existing percentage per reservation fee. I think the extra percentage markup is fair; however, the extra set up fee is excessive when most of that can be set up without additional consultation.

Makes Property Management so much easier

Guestly leaves you guessing

It was suppose to solve my rental issues an I dislike it very much.

I honestly only liked the customer service. I am using this for my new rental and I am having a hard time with it.

Inconvénients

The platform is not user friendly at all. I find it to be very difficult to follow and I am a smart person.
