Overall I am very happy with Guesty.
Avantages
Seems to be the most powerful calendar management software I could find. Best feature is their GCS service. Also synchronization to Rentals United as well as the ability to publish listings directly from software into channels like booking.com etc.
Inconvénients
User interface isn't great. Also only way to contact customer service is via email. (They are pretty good with responding)

Avantages
It's easy to use as you have an excellent onboarding process and super-responsive and helpful customer support. Unlike most PMS-es it has a nice UX, which is a big + for the user
Inconvénients
It took me a while to figure out the financial aspect - i.e., invoicing. That might be improved, otherwise all good.

Powerful tool for Property Managers
We are working more than a year with Guesty and we beleive that the services helped us take the lead on the market. We had rise up from 89 properties to 250 in the In this one year and we had seen a huge improvement on the system and the mobile up that help us grow more and more day after day.
Avantages
I like that you can handle different type of proerties efficiently.
Inconvénients
That still need few time to manage the multi-units.

Great PMS!
Avantages
Whether it's saved replied, automated messages, or owner's portal, the management of listing all in one place is fantastic. The analytics section and owner's portal were the two aspects that seemed above and beyond to all others.
Inconvénients
Mobile app does not have all features, but with the amount of things you can do on Guesty, it is completely understandable.

Comprehensive Channel Manager
Guesty is a very comprehensive channel manager. The support guys took us through 4 onboarding calls, screen sharing to show us the main features and get us up and running. We now have bookings coming in and can automate the messages to guests. Highly recommend.
Avantages
Guesty can do everythng you need from a Channel Manager, and more. The automation ranges from blocking out a listing after a booking, to automated messages to guests & cleaners, reports on booking, etc.
Once we have several listings, we will take advantage of the advance features like Yield Management (price setting) and the Guesty Communication Service (GCS - 24x7 answering service).
Inconvénients
It's a little tricky and unituitive in places, but you eventually get the hang of where everything lives/

Inconvénients
All Property managers tend to have love/hate relationship with their PMS. Adding new integrations can take a long time and is not always straightforward. This is the same for any PMS out there though.

Everything! Especially I really like layout, futures, and stability. I never had problems with this tool and I was a super happy customer. With this software your short-rental business will be automized, your calendars on multiple channels will be integrate and general you'll not complain.
Inconvénients
The price, This system is too expensive for all types, from Vacation rentals till Pro company's, because Guesty charge 3%-5% for each reservation and they charge you also for every cancellation. It's way too much for SAAP platform. Also, you they are not integrate with Trip Advisor and Home away.

Guesty is a life saver. Before Guesty, we were juggling between four different accounts and several documents where we'd keep stored messages, setting alarms to go off all throughout the day to send responses and instructions to guests, etc. Enter Guesty: from the beginning, their customer service was incredible at answering all of our questions and guiding us through the software in a friendly, efficient manner. They're very responsive to any customer support questions we've had and provide a tool that's truly indispensable. Couldn't recommend them highly enough to property managers who are trying to get all of their online property management organizational needs under control.

The reporting tools are a little kludgy and the receptionist service wasn't quite aggressive enough for us from a sales perspective.

The software is good but if you have an issue expect no customer support for weeks literally for weeks, you will lose booking and money .
Inconvénients
Customer support is the worst I even experienced. Only can communicate via email and they are on a different tome zone so if they call you it is a 3 AM EAT

Avantages
Automation is great in an industry that rewards you for fast responses. This cuts down on guest communication and some otherwise annoying tasks of updating our clients.
Inconvénients
The integration with Booking.com has been a headache. Twice there were double-bookings. When we tried resolving the issue, customer service was fine, but I don't feel they addressed it with quite the level of seriousness that a problem like this deserves. Especially considering Booking.com does not allow cancellations, even though they were the last-minute booking on top of our 3-month old bookings.

Our overall experience with Guesty has been very positive.
Avantages
Guesty allowed us to double our business in less than a year. With the automation features, we are able to focus less on day to day task and more on growth opportunities. Excellent customer service.
Inconvénients
With the new direct airbnb integration, there is some loss of editing capabilities and settings.
While the app has improved greatly since we first started using Guesty, there is still room for improvement.

Avantages
I love that it provides my guests with better customer service than I could give alone. Being able to get back to people in the middle of the night for instance. I love the automation that makes me feel confident guests are getting all the information they need before a stay.
Inconvénients
I find the dashboard for me the owner clunky. I always try to figure out on my own to change things but 9x out of 10 I end up having to email support because it's just not very intuitive for me.

Guesty is Great!
All in all, we are very happy with Guesty. I see us being with Guesty for a long time!
Avantages
Guesty has allowed us to automate a large portion of our workflow -- from sending an initial welcome message to utilizing Smart Views to perform payouts. Our Team has been able to focus on more important tasks throughout the day while Guesty does most of the work in the background. The platform is always adding new features, partnering with different softwares or providing new education on the booking channels.
Inconvénients
With any new piece of technology, there will be some minor issues. Whenever an issue has arises, Guesty's team has been diligent about solving the problem. Their support team can be difficult sometimes -- replying with canned answers or not fully investigating the ticket. We have an amazing Customer Success Manager, who always steps in and assists as needed, so the whatever problem we are experiencing is solved in a timely manner.

I’ve been using Guesty for several years now. I get a lot of responses in the middle of the night from my Airbnb guests/potential guests. Guesty has allowed me to keep up with those responses throughout the night and hours that I’m unavailable. I would highly recommend using them.

It’s pretty user friendly. If you have questions you can call Guesty and they will walk you through the process or send you detailed instructions.

Great PMS for your short rental business.
Avantages
Guesty has a lot of great features which improve your daily job. You can set up automation rules like messages, payments or pricing. Thanks to integration with Stipe, I can charge all my guests automatically without any action from my side. Another great option is an ability to changing daily rates on Multi-Callendar in just 2 seconds! I really recommend this PMS!
Inconvénients
It's not the cheapest solution for just a few listings. They're always charging at least €3 for any reservation made, so you have to pay also for cancellations and no-shows.

We've had good support from the Guesty platform and team since we started using.
Avantages
Integration with wide range of booking channels and partnership with other PM tools helps us increase occupancy and revenue. Guesty gives us one tool for reservation management (many booking platforms) and one inbox.

Takes time to integrate with booking platform via Guesty and Rentals United, but it does work.

Avantages
Integration with Airbnb was pretty much instantaneous and we liked how the messaging we sent in Guesty went through to the OTA directly.
Easy to set up and has great features including automatic messaging and responses.
Inconvénients
We could not integrate our rooms in Guesty with Vrbo - customer support didn't help at all.
The interconnecting rooms function couldn't work for us as well.

Inconvénients
They are a scam, we cancelled 5 listings in Guesty and had our new host manager create new listings, somehow Guesty was able to import one of the new listings without our consent and then kept charging us commission on cancelled bookings on the unauthorised listing. They still charged us even when we had deactivated all the PMS features.

Application and window base functionality
Inconvénients
1) unable to use the minimum night requirement during the weekends without blocking calendar availability if one vacant weekend night falls between reservations. Right now, my Guesty acct is set up so that Friday and Saturday require a minimum two-night stay. For example, if one reservation is Thursday night-Saturday morning, and another reservation begins on Sunday, Saturday (night) will be unavailable for booking based on the 2-night weekend rule. I have the same minimum weekend night requirement on Airbnb and they have an overriding rule to allow a one-night booking option in these circumstances.
2) There is a price mismatch between Booking.com and Guesty (the cleaning fee is being taxed by Guesty and not by Booking.com). Each Booking.com payment needs to be processed manually outside Guesty.

Guesty has all the key features to run a efficient hospitality company. Support via email, phone and direct assistance from account managers is superb.
Inconvénients
Not much on the cons side. Guesty is building out features to help drive operations and performance further. As with any startup company there are growing pains but Guesty takes great care of their customers.

The customer support has been great and the lightning quick responses to guests from them have really helped us. It's also a place to track and report all of our short term rentals. It's a great software system.

We like the communication feature where Guesty will literally chat with prospective guests and guide them to the best property.

Sometimes the calendar can be glitchy and block dates or not let us unblock dates right from the multi-calendar screen.

Overall, Guesty is our best friend. It has changed the way we are working on a daily basis. All the integrations with the OTA's make our job so much easier and smooth sailing.

Guesty has been a game-changer for my business. Their platform is user-friendly and has allowed my business to work much more efficiently. From the Guesty platform, I can control my 20 + properties. From cleaning & maintenance schedules, automated reservation reports, pricing, calendars, messaging, and much more. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been great to work with. Absolutely a DISASTER, stay away
I was lied to from day one. I thought it was a great company. I was severely wrong. They said that the integration with Homeaway was complete, it was far from complete and trusting their lying word cost me ALOT of money - including direct bookings and more. UNBELIEVABLE. Were they a U.S. Based company I would probably sue them.

The UI was nice. That is about it. They have a ton of features - that rarely work correctly.
Inconvénients
Weekly, and at times, daily catastrophic failures. This company cost me tens of thousands of dollars, run.

It's a very easy and intuitive system, it's great having everything in one software system such as messages, planning for cleanings, bookings, etc!

Easy to use Channel Manager
The overall experience with Guesty was very good and user friendly.

No brainer for any short-term hospitality business
Overall the experience using Guest has been tremendous! We have been our entire startup off of the platform and I believe that with the future of hospitality converging and vacation rentals looking like hotels and vice versa, Guest has an opportunity to become the industry leader in hospitality software

Lots of functionality, their service of answering guests emails promptly, and all the automated messages are awesome. They're also the most competitive in terms of pricing compared to other services.
Inconvénients
I find it hard to find what I'm looking for in their software. Not very intuitive to use.
I used to have problems with them answering guests questions wrong, but that has improved a lot over time. Now they are really good at what they do.

Outstanding Support Team and THE BEST automation
The Guesty software and the Guesty team are the best providers in this space by far. I searched and demoed multiple companies before choosing Guesty. Their support team is very responsive and always helpful. The way that the software systems are built show that this company really understands how to solve the biggest challenges for hosts.
I was able to scale my organization from 2 listings to managing over 50 listings seamlessly. I honestly would not be able to operate in this large capacity without them. Their automation tools have allowed me to communicate with guests more effectively, automate my maid scheduling, and even automate my pricing. I used to pay for Everbooked to automate my pricing, but with the tools that Guesty provides I was able to cancel Everbooked and save money.
I am able to communicate with guests from multiple platforms all in one dashboard. That has saved me so much time and stress! Guesty integrates with Airbnb extremely well. I find myself using the Guesty software to navigate around Airbnb faster than I can in Airbnb!
I honestly cannot thank the Guesty team enough for creating such an amazing well thought through tool for hosts.
