Complet et Efficace
Je suis très satisfaite, mn account manager Céline est très réactive, Guesty a vraiment pris en compte mes commentaires et a su gérer les problèmes auxquelles j'ai été confronté lors de la mise en place du système.
Avantages
Le design du logiciel est assez intuitif, facile d'utilisation et complet. J'apprécie particulièrement les Messages automatiques qui nous font gagner un temps fou, l'application pour smartphone qui permets aux équipes sur le terrain de bien faire leur travail et le Yield management pour gérer mes tarifications très facilement !
Le calendrier et la Inbox sont aussi très complet et permettent très facilement de mettre à jour les informations de chaque réservation.
Inconvénients
Je pense qu'il y a des progrès à faire pour les clients français car le logiciel est au format americain pour les dates par exemple ce qui est un peu gênant quand on fait des rapports d'activité ou autre.
Il y a aussi régulièrement des bugs techniques mais les problèmes sont généralement résolus rapidement.

Il est agréable d'avoir un contact pour répondre à nos enjeux et nous guider dans l'utilisation de Guesty.
Avantages
Guesty est un bon outil de gestion pour optimiser son temps grâce à la centralisation des demandes entrantes.
Inconvénients
Quelques bugs de synchronisation avec d'autres logiciels qui ont amené à utiliser Guesty différemment, en attendant que les fonctions souhaitées soient disponibles.

Great software - but a few improvements could be made
I have used several different PMS over the years there are Pros and Cons to all of them There are many things from other softwares that would enhance my experience in Guesty but overall I am happy
Avantages
I like the ease of adding a new listing, the access to the direct links to our properties on other platforms. I also like the updates to the owner portal
Inconvénients
Calendar loading is becoming increasingly slow as we add more listings. Some updates are clearly not fully texted before launching as there have been several instances where released updates had bugs and caused pretty significant issues.

very very disappointing, they make things harder, not easier
Avantages
Guesty is the worst software i have ever used. It made managing calender so hard, especially for pricing. it is not making things easier, it makes running business so much harder. The software is very clumsy, hard to use, what is even worse, they assigned me to a tech support in the US and i only get to speak to him once a week. It caused dramatic loss for our business during new year high season as lots of properties were booked at very low price. The prcing setting is just a joke, the airbnb price overwrote all the prcce in other platforms. There was no tech support, we can only communicate via email.
I told them i will stop using it but they keep charging me for 3 months, every months $800 USD even though i didn't use it at all. It is such a joke.
Inconvénients
The process is just so hard, they make things harder to manage all my properties (50 properties). They have unclear pricing, i didn't have any active listing as i quit after the first few days but they still charge me $800 USD each month. there is not tech supprot, no telephone number to call.
We are already busy everday, they make all the settings hidden and even harder than airbnb to manage

Best-in-class short-term rental PMS software
Avantages
We have been Guesty customers for over 4 years, and have remained satisfied throughout our experience. We believe Guesty has been and continues to be a best-in-class PMS solution for short term rental / vacation rental managers. Although its cost may be higher than that of various competitors, the product is a market leading product, and we believe is well worth any premium they charge compared to competitors. Guesty also has a deep bench of talented individual backing the product, and this is foundational to their success - they have a fast velocity of new features, their customer service when something does break (as is inevitable with any product as complex as Guesty) is excellent, and they find creative ways to add value for the customer (e.g. through webinars, conferences, etc.). We expect to continue to be Guesty users for years to come.

Price can be a consideration for some users, but the product was well worth it for us

Excellent to this stage. I have been guided thorugh the onboarding process with a lot of details and patience by [sensitive content hidden] and hope to get the same level of expertise in the future.
Avantages
Guesty is a very complete and professional tool for property managers like me. OTA's are legion; changes are coming fast and Guesty helps me to keep up the pace, analyze competition and organize my tasks in very coherent manner. Saving time and energy is a bit costy, but it's worth it.
Inconvénients
It could appear as too complicated for some users. But with the dedication of Guesty experts, the user experience will get easier with time.

We have enjoyed Guesty, however, we have had a few concerns that seem to not have solutions.

We like the workflows, guest app, and AI communication.

Overall, my experience with Guesty has been great! It’s easy to use and makes managing multiple listings a breeze.

Guesty is a Great Solution for Vacation Rental Management
My overall experience with Guesty has been superb. From the sales agent who negotiated a price within my parameters, to the onboarding team and the support team, I have no complaints. I feel I have a partnership with this company and the main goal is for everyone to succeed.
Avantages
(1) Tech support is awesome. I have monthly meetings with my Guesty success partner which really helps to get the maximum benefit from the software. I have questions, he gets me answers. When I have suggestions for future roll outs, he forwards them to the design team. (2) The company continues to evolve with the demands of their clients. (3) One of the main reasons I switched to Guesty was for the trust accounting component. I need and want everything in one place and Guesty has it. (4) Guesty is always rolling out new features or improving existing features. I love anything that allows me to do what I do better and more efficiently. Working smarter not harder is a primary goal.
Inconvénients
After using 2 other vacation rental platforms, my one con applies to them all, and that is the time it takes to set it up. This is a feature rich platform, so I don't know how it could be made easier or faster. However, Guesty will walk you through every feature to get you set up. It is a process and not an overnight task.

Guesty is the gold standard for vacation rental property managers
There is a reason Guesty is one of the most funded PMS companies in the vacation rental industry. They are the trail blazers and gold standard when it comes to property management software. From the amazing hands on support, to the stability of the software, I am so happy we made the decision to use Guesty.
Avantages
- Dedicated account rep (shout out [sensitive content hidden]🤘) and great around the clock support team - Guesty has all the features a professional property manager needs. We have vetted and used countless other solutions and all of them were missing or weak in at least one area. Guesty has everything we need and more. - The Analytics addon is great and gives our business the clarity we have been looking for on a number of metrics from financials to reviews.- Onobarding onto the Guesty from our previous providor was also great. We were able to easily export our existing reservations and move them over.- The mobile app is great as well, our reservations team lives there and is able to answer guest messages from anywhere. - We have not had any calendar syncing issues acrosss multiple platforms and can rely on having up to date calendars as well as integrating with other softwares like Wheelhouse for our pricing or Breezeway for cleans.
Inconvénients
- The Guesty team has already been made aware and is pledging to roll out some updates, but currently we do not have as much control over reservaiton financials as we had with other platform. We are excited for some updates here. - We came into the relationship knowing about it, but for the unsuspecting user, there is an upsell on every turn. I'm not mad about it, Guesty is a venture backed company that needs to show returns, but just be aware there will always be an upsell, even for some things that other platforms may include in the core package.

Inconvénients
The fact that information changes place - sometimes custom fields are moved for example. Also, when you try to edit more than 2 custom fields at a time, it will not save.

Guesty Review
High level of functionality and staff and good all round service. There are frustrating delays in dealing with issues, customer support cut you off if you do not stay online with them constantly and then the process has to be re opened with another support person. It would be good if we had a group of people managing our account, so that ther eis some familiarity. The price is very high for a South African based company.

Warning: Guesty Free Trial Disconnects Other Airbnb Management Software!!
I wanted to create a trial booking site with Guesty, but their process required I link my Airbnb listing first so the listing content could be used on my new Guesty booking site. But when I connected, my existing Airbnb connection to a different booking manager was lost, and my entire Airbnb calendar showed as available! I started to get bombarded with bookings for unavailable dates. Disconnecting Airbnb from Guesty's interface wasn't enough... I had to go to Airbnb & remove the connection there too. Then reinstate all my bookings & decline a bunch of booking requests which caused a lot of angst & harmed my Airbnb status (thank goodness I didn't have instant book turned on!!!). All my minimum stay rules were wiped out at the same time (even though they'd been created on Airbnb). At no point did the Guesty free trial advise that Airbnb only allows one property manager software to be linked, and if I connected Guesty, it deleted whatever I'd previously set up. Incredibly unprofessional and hugely inconvenient.
Avantages
Fast setup, easy to understand. Price seemed fair.
Inconvénients
Inflexible process for guest to book is illogical if you're a host with only one property (it too many steps, designed for when there's multiple properties to select from).
The Guesty Airbnb setup DOES NOT WARN YOU that by linking your Airbnb account, you'll lose any other active connections you have with Airbnb.

Generally OK
We accept that Guesty is as good as most of the solutions out there and you can spend a lot of time seeking comparable alternatives. It can be a significantly expensive option so we continue to consider alternatives.

Provides just about all of the features that we need
Inconvénients
Rapid support and solutions to issues raised can be problematic. Annual costs can be very significant and cannot be ignored

Robust for medium to large companies
My experience with Guesty has been really good, the customer support usually gets back to us within 24 hours and it's a real person (via email), it checks all the boxes for features we use and it gets the job done.
Avantages
It's robust, has a lot of features that a lot of the other guys don't have yet, like inbox assignment, ability to see listing info from the app, and you're able to click into the guest profile.
Inconvénients
There were a lot of hiccups when we first started with Guesty but it's grown into a great machine, however there is a cost for that. So you'll definitely pay more than the other guys, it just depends on what features you need. I don't really like it when they roll out new features that take away other features I liked.

Reliable and easy-to-use channel manager
Very good. The customer service is excellent and having a dedicated person allocated to me makes a difference.
Avantages
It is very easy to use and makes it easy to manage my portfolio of properties. The accounting module saves me many hours a month!
Inconvénients
The pricing. They could offer more bundled packages to make using other products in the suite more affordable.
