Exactly What We Needed

Overall, this is exactly the service we were looking for and the business as a whole has been very happy with its performance. Thank you.

Avantages

This software is amazing. It is so user friendly, everything is clickable making navigation a total dream. The price is very reasonable. I can't believe we hadn't implemented this sooner.

Inconvénients

There are a few small glitches. For example, with the email reminders in the tickets, it offers to delete down to one reminder, but upon saving, it automatically generates back up to 4 with the new reminders saving as default templates again. I've improvised by changing 2 reminders to the timing that suits our needs and made the other two that don't seem to delete simply a 0 days / default email. I'm not sure yet if this will still email on 0 days or not.
I also wish that there was one more level of admin. Currently I am the main admin and then the only other admin level is team admin... but a site admin for locations would be really helpful. Our company has many tiers.

Expiration Reminder - Tracking with visuals

Overall, Expiration Reminder has reduced the administrative duty and spreadsheets needed to track expiring credentials for our healthcare professionals. This helps us send reminders and maintain compliance. It is a great, easy to use program.

Avantages

Expiration Reminder has a great dashboard to track expiring items in an easy to navigate and view way.

Inconvénients

The website sometimes lags, I am not sure if this is due to the amount of data stored or what causes this.

Expiration Reminder Review

Its been okay. It could be better but it has helped us out a decent bit

I like that the system automatically converts the expires documents into an email and spreadsheet. It saves me a lot of time

I don't like how long it took to get all the info into the system and get it organized the way we liked

Positive Experience

Our experience with Expiration Reminder has been a poisitve one. We transitioned to their services at a critical time allowing us to move away from paper document storage.

Avantages

Expiration reminder is easy to use and at a glance you are able to see what documents need to be updated. I also appreciate the ability to set parameters around how we would like reminders to be sent out to employees and volunteers. Customer service and supprt have always been quick to respond.

Inconvénients

We have only 100 employee but a lot of documents and certificaions to track and it felt like we hit our maximum storage amount quickly.

Manage and Control Important Document Expiration Efficiently!

We are now using it to monitor 8 different categories that see important to our business. This has become a very good control and risk management tool for us.

Avantages

It is somewhat easy to use with good training and query capabilities. It can be tailored for a variety of things that require reminders of some sort upon expiration. The level of automation is also good with a variety of canned or user generated reminder emails.

Inconvénients

It took some getting used to and at times it would have been nice to speak with someone rather than only using electronic methods. However, over time it becomes intuitive.

This is a very usefull software. Manage expiration via Administrative software is very difficult. Expiration Remider made it easy!

Review on Expiration Reminder from a Global Company

We used it as a way to keep our employees certifications, training records, passport and driver's licenses. Our company sends employees overseas for projects all the time so it was nice having a system that would remind us when to review and it was nice to bulk download item as they were often needed by our clients before we can start sending our people. It was easy to use and served its purpose.

The Tool You Don't Know You Need - Until You Do

Keeping track of licenses and all things needed to stay compliant is not something that immediately comes to mind - until you miss something. Having a tool to remind, store, and keep everything current is such a relief.

Avantages

Keeping track of contracts, licenses, and everything that has an annual due date throughout the year can cause administrative anxiety. Having a tool to track, remind, and keep everything in order is essential.

Inconvénients

That I even need it - there's just so dang much to remember!

Remember your dates easily

I can say my experience has been great, the basic has been easy to understand and program it, maybe y need to learn a little more about it.

Avantages

The most i love it about Expiration reminder is how easy is to work with it, we receive at least 5 or 6 documents daily that we need to store until someone come to pick it up, we used to manually check one by one every few months in order to remove the expired one.

We also use it for task tracking that requires to be done at a specific date.

Inconvénients

I wish i could get a reminder a few days before the actual date, maybe it's me who haven't found it yet, but if not, that would be awesome

A software application that helps track documents with expirations.

Avantages

The capacity for storing documents, as well as auto system of sending the expiration report, and the interface for searching needed documents or individual profiles are very user-friendly and professional.

Inconvénients

The latency issue. Its loading and waiting times are quite slow. When downloading bulk documents or searching for large amounts of information, it affects efficiency.

Efficient! I enjoy it for the most part there are just a few quirks to work through.
