Application facile à prendre en main pour un novice, s'intègre bien à wordpress.

Easy plug-and-play format makes edits easy
I struggled with another pop-up plugin for over a week before I recreated the intended result with Poptin in about an hour. It doesn't get any better than that.
Avantages
Easy-to-edit interface let me be precise in how I wanted to arrange elements.
Inconvénients
Mobile and desktop needed to be edit separately. Of course, I may have needed to wait until desktop was finished before turning on the mobile version.

Confused and upset.
Before was handy but it is frustrated to me when I found no pop up image to let people know my promotion without reason!

Easily to use before the latest update but I dont know what happened when I found no pop up image I set before and that made nobody know what I am promoting!

Love it! Highly recommend!
10/10 - I've created a few popups and forms so far and they were very easy to set up, there are many customizing options which made the experience even better, the integration process is easy and smooth, and because it's intuitive and easy to use, everything was very fast!

Inconvénients
Maybe if you could add a landing page option for the free version, even if it's simple, I'd love to send the forms to people outside my website without integration.

Poptin is intuitive, allowing quick creation of pop-ups that work flawlessly. Great customer service!

Poptin is incredibly easy to use, allowing for quick and effective creation of pop-ups. The drag-and-drop editor is intuitive, and the customization options are excellent.
Inconvénients
There’s nothing major to dislike. However, adding more pre-made templates could enhance the user experience even further.

Poptin is poppin
Took a chance on a free plugin and it really worked well. I have upgraded some of my sites to the paid versions as well.
Avantages
Templates are great and the chat tech support is awesome. The capabilities and analytics are excellent.

Some of the settings are not super clear but the chat support is very helpful

Love the customer service, love the system and how simple it is to use and the cost is great, especially for the benefit of getting repeat customers for our business
Inconvénients
Nothing as yet. I have had issues setting up one of the opt ins and it is purely my lack of technical ability. I simply get on chat with support and they know all the answers and with literally no wait time. This is what I call good customer service

This is an elegant and highly refined program. The results can be spectacular with a very small amount of effort.
