Amazing Customer Service
We had a few integration issues with Big Commerce. [sensitive content hidden] over at Poptin was a great help. Even on the free plan they went above and beyond to help us. Thanks again!

Confused and upset.
Before was handy but it is frustrated to me when I found no pop up image to let people know my promotion without reason!

Great Products and Customer Service
The overall experience with Poptin has been awesome. They have great forms and pop ups. Their customer service is wonderful.

Poptin has great products and service. I recommend it.
Inconvénients
We wish there was a better mobile/phone exit intent pop up functionality, but what Poptin has may be the best that is technologically possible on mobile currently.

the go-to popup builder for any app
poptin is a stable extension for any app if you wish for more user engagement and use popups to get it

poptin is a very elaborate plugin with key functionality to boost user engagement on your app. its continuesly developing and has adequate support that is even helpfull in specific use cases
Inconvénients
i cant think of any, but a nice-to-have would be a status indicator if a new version of poptin is published and active on a page. Some indicator that changes in the config of a poptin are actually live on the targeted app

Super userfriendly!
Works on any website, even the ones that run on a lesser known/less conventional CMS. It is easy to install, design and edit pop-ups. Overview and summaries are also very clear.
Avantages
Easy and intuitive. Modern and clean look and feel.

Could only use one domain, but that has changed now!

Great platform and support team
Avantages
Tool is very easy to use, it has many interesting templates, many options. It easily integrates with other platforms. Customer support is very attentive and resolves any queries very fast.

There is some room for improvement when it comes to the editor itself, but they are very minor things.

I enjoy using it. I don't have doubts that it will work well. There is enough room for me to create uniquely creative designs. This app was well made.
Avantages
It is easy to understand this interface. I figured it out in about 10 minutes. So convenient.
Inconvénients
Poptin handle a lot of graphics well and this bogs it down. However, it is important to note that too many graphics would lead to an undesired load for the user anyway.

Beautiful Program
Love this well-thought-out program. I've used others, which caused a lot of frustration. These people really know how to make a great program!

This is an elegant and highly refined program. The results can be spectacular with a very small amount of effort.
Inconvénients
The dashboard may be a bit too extensive - there's a bit of a learning curve. It could be simpler.

Wonderful customer support
Avantages
The best feature for me was the very high quality of technical support. I am not very tech savvy and was having a few issues that the team jumped in and helped me sort out. Now that I have it set up properly, it works like a charm! Very reliable and connects seamlessly with my website and my email management software. This will be a huge asset and fills a gap we had in our former toolset.

I had some issues with formatting at first but got comfortable with it fairly quickly

Very modern and easy to use and can be used free up to 1,000 contacts after that I'll start comparing to other email lead capture products
