so far so good, it has been okay, way about average but it can be better.
Avantages
It's ease of use and affordability compared to other brands.
Inconvénients
I noticed that while a co-organiser or organiser is speaking, the video tends to come on and go off at intervals. This is not nice participant needs to see the face of the speakers at all times especially if the speaker's video is on and enabled.

Zoho save me Time and Resources!
It has been pretty good. My previous methods of doing webinars was all manual using a free conference program and manually recording all data. It was more time consuming than the actual webinar I was holding.
Avantages
It is easy to setup and run. It is very easy to see how many people register for my webinars and record metrics.
Inconvénients
Sometimes I get a lot of emails from Zoho advertising Training and free trials for other pieces of Zoho software I don't use.

Glitchy and difficult to use
Overall didn’t have a good experience with this product- we wanted to use it as it is part of the Zoho suite and my business is heavily invested but it feels like a bolt on product that doesn’t offer the full functionality of purpose built platforms

It technically integrated with Zoho CRM which my current company is built on
Inconvénients
Clunky and poor user experience, we had quite a few technical issues on live webinars like cameras glitching off and screen share not working

Overall Experience with Zoho has been great so far. The User Interface is Fantastic. Accesibility of Features in Good.

The video file in PPT doesn't work so evertime I need to play video seperately.

So Far, So Good
I am still learning the software. Overall it does what it is supposed to do (similar to Zoom). It has all the major features in a webinar platform; but for a lot less cost. My first impressions with the software is that its a good product

More features than competitors (Zoom); for less. Allows the ability of an antendee to full-user access rights in given permission by the host.
Inconvénients
Using the software in conjunction with internet tabs - moving from one tab to another is very cumbersome. Having to stop sharing a screen in order to click on another screen is very time consuming. It takes 5 clicks each time.

The best price/performance ratio webinar tool
We used it as a trial version and were very satisfied. The free version didn't sufficiently meet our expectations in terms of customization, so we did a benchmark to find a tool that performed as well. However, in our opinion, Zoho Webinar Pro remains the best value for money.

It is not being able to translate email communications automatically.

Great alternative for Zoom!
Great experience. A worthy alternative to Zoom. I have tried many other alternatives, but this is the only one that comes close to zoom.

Inconvénients
Audio video lags sometimes for attendees. Chat and Q&A are clubbed in one - can be renamed as just Chat section.

It has been very useful in setting up webinars. I particularly like the source tracking features that allow me to see where registrations come from.

It was priced in local currency, and allows flexibility with pricing based on need.
Inconvénients
Webinar registrants cannot access the event without downloading the mobile app. There are no quick links to get into a webinar after registration, besides the one sent via email upon registration confirmation.
