Avantages

The standout feature of Zenzap for me is how it keeps all my work stuff separate from personal chats like WhatsApp. It’s a game-changer for making sure important work info stays safe, especially when people come and go from the company.

Using Zenzap feels super familiar, kind of like WhatsApp or iMessage, but it got extra tools that help me and my team get things done quicker.

Inconvénients

If there’s anything to nitpick, it’s that moving to Zenzap from other apps we used to use took a bit of getting used to for some folks on my team (mostly my [sensitive content hidden] ).
But honestly, these are small things compared to how much smoother it makes working together.

Avantages

The way data is presented in a chat room is genius. A chat room has many topics in it throughout the time of its existence. Having the ability to see to-do tasks, media, and files as separate entities but still in the same chat room, helped me follow a specific topic in the chat in a very simple and easy way. This feature solved a lot of the issues I was having while using other platforms (e.g. WhatsApp)

Inconvénients

In the context of a working tool, I see no cons when comparing it to other platforms.

MacOS app sometimes feels a bit laggy, slow.

The ability to organize chats per subject is a refreshing look to manage all the conversations.

The task management may take you away from continuing to use any existing task management tool you already are using.

There aren't any things I actively dislike although I am very keen to see the next evolution through migrations and new product features.

Using Zenzap is like sliding into a pair of your favorite jeans - it just fits.
Simple, straightforward, and just makes life easier. It’s got everything you need without the fuss.

I had to really scour for this one, but if pressed, the desktop app could use a bit of polishing. Honestly, though? With most of the action happening on mobile, it’s a minor quibble.

Speed of communication and intuitive look and feel of the app - upgrade on WhatsApp which is previously where much of our conversations took place both internally and externally.

Having a mobile-first app is much smoother than web-first like other communication platforms.

Some features are still in development due to the early-stage nature of the business but we are finding them being released very quickly

I chose not to use it with my students (costumers), because I don't want to ask them to download a separate app just to communicate with the school. So we use it only internally.
