The system that has it all
I enjoy Entrata compared to some of the other software's that are available. This system allows me to almost do everything.
Avantages
Reports are simple to filter.
Adding Lease/Addendum simple.
Rent Matrix for pricing is simple.
System will generate charges for upcoming move in notices.
Can apply future charges to new residents accounts.
Bulk Move out.
Bulk move in (don't use this, but good option for those who use it.)
Make ready board if we could get more in depth with this and begin using.
Lead activity filters to application & resident profile.
System generates notice when duplicate guest card.
Integration with lead platforms.
Email Property
Lead process is all shown on activity page.
Bulk Notice
Combine & Merge leads & applicants.
Inconvénients
Reports buffer to long at times. Accounting reporting could be improved. Texting must be opted in. Customer contact center stopped taking resident calls.

Ok, Needs some help with categorizing when making work orders.

EZ to navigate... Fast most of the time.

Categories are missing. Have to make work orders that make no sense. Making it hard to keep read W/O's.

I would highly recommend Entrata to any business needing a property management software. It's user friendly and easy to learn.
Avantages
It's very easy to learn and use Entrata software. And every time I call support I get right through and all their techs are knowleable and take the time to walk me through the steps so I understand the process.
Inconvénients
The only con is some of the residents struggle with the application and processing payments.

I don't like not being able to schedule tours or see who's missed calls we have.

I come in , open Entrada to the maintenance section, start scheduling work orders to my crew, & send them off. Very easy!!

The ease of finding things quickly & efficiently.

There is no cons with this program. Now, with Yardi, indefinitely!!

Overall experience is a pretty good one, over time more skills are being picked up and are more easily available for use
Avantages
Makes some functions easy to track as well as knowing when a certain PO was made and as well as the tracking in units
Inconvénients
When creating POs and there is any file greater than 50MB, the file isn't able to be uploaded, it would make it much easier to create and make the PO if there was a bigger cap on the file size

Entrata is the best!
I did not get the opportunity to take any training before being exposed to Entrata. I took all of the video training and test as well as watched all of the videos that were offered on the software. I am self taught and I have learned a lot from the support team. They are wonderful and talking me through tasks or helping me understand something. They are some of the best in the business.

I have worked on many different management software and Entrata is my absolute favorite. I love everything about the software.

I can't think of anything I don't like.

It's been easy to maneuver within Entrata. I'd love to have a set time put aside to learn more about the system

I like the Activity Note Option, and being able to search my notes with key words.
Inconvénients
Having to create a new email for the same lead can sometimes be challenging. Also, having multiple account entries for the same lead can sometimes make the status hard to see if you don't know you must scroll down. Having a count of how many of the same lead are previewed somewhere would be helpful.

Userfriendly platform
I find it very Userfriendly because of its universal search bar. Which makes easy to search any report.

We can pull different type of report. Which helps us in different analysis.

Sometime if we did not type the exact report name it does not provide us the report.

Overall, my experience has been really good with Entrata. I have learned a lot about the system and its continued improvements also help with my daily work flow.

What I love the most about Entrata is its ease of use and how many tools are at my disposal via the dashboard.

It’s a pretty user friendly system. All of the tabs are laid out and very easy to see/use.
Inconvénients
It often doesn’t recognize all activities put in and will keep profiles in the leads tab when we already talked to them that day. It also allows people to make duplicate profiles.
