I have learned more than I couldn't do in any other app.
Avantages
Everything is in the app, I don't need a computer to see.
Inconvénients
To be honest, I have no problems with the apps so far, in comparison to other apps I have used in the past, this is by far the best quality app.

Easy to navigate
I use Entrata almost every day and it very easy to use whether I am on my computer or a mobile device.

It is very easy to navigate and I like the way the dashboard is laid out.

In the beginning it was a little tricky for me but once I got the hang of it, it was a piece of cake.

Not ready for BTR construction

It is easy to use and easy to figure out.
Inconvénients
* I want to see phone numbers on the search...don't make me open the file just to get the phone number. * I want to see the address for each home and it should show on work orders.<BTR>* Email integration does not make sense to me. I get the original email and then a copy in my inbox but I've got to reply inside Entrada. Since Entrada is web based and so is my email...link?

Entrata is very useful in tracking resident items, such as packages and work orders. There are also some great features when tracking prospective residents.
Inconvénients
There are many things that are clunky and hard to first learn when using Entrata. I think that some of the responses and outcomes of contact that we have with perspective residents to not cover what occured.

My review
Entrata is fine for what it is, I think a lot of ease of access or usage should be refined to make it easier for those who do not have a more technical understanding of its processes.
Avantages
I started this business already using entrata, and never had an issue using it, the options and features make sense to me as they are, and I adapt well when new features are added.
Inconvénients
If I organize a list in entrata to contact a resident in a certain order, I would like that list to stay that way when after I click on an account and exit it. I have also been pending a customer support ticket regarding roommate shuffling, and the feature being down for 5 weeks, and not really seeing much progress besides an "in progress" email I get every so often which has been holding up getting ready for move out/move in....so

Entrata not Entrada
Entrata was very love and hate at first, especially the transition from Yardi to Entrata. But once we were trained on the software. The system itself is pretty seamless, all in one place. Very user friendly, great features throughout the entire software.
Avantages
I really like a lot of the reporting, and the texting feature that Entrata has. I also like how you can mass email tenants through Entrata. I also love the fact that I can see everything my residents do in there activity log cause you know resident lie a hand full of the time and we can catch them in it! lol.
Inconvénients
I wish Entrata has an option to only email certain buildings, or maybe my access only allows me to send to everyone but that would be great to separate the emails that way. I wish they have the option to block certain people for apply multiple times, like once they applied and got denied or cancelled it gets blocked right away and cannot re-apply for certain time frame. Sometimes the system glitches and when you respond to leads they are still being flagged as if a response wasn't given..

The Entrata support team has been incredibly helpful and quick to find a solution when I have problem.
Avantages
I love how organized the Entrata dashboard is. Everything is organized to help sort through day with ease of use.
Inconvénients
The only thing I don't like about Entrata is their lack of a mobile app (for more than just maintenance). It can be hard to look something up when on the go.

My main pro about Entrata is it's very user friendly. Learning Entrata has been the easiest property management site to use by far.
Inconvénients
My main con in regards to Entrata is that it will not allow you to have access to past residents or their accounts/ledger. It will sometimes but more than likely it will not give any information which can cause issues when looking back through data.

I have only been using Entrata for under 3 months and am impressed with how it covers all aspects of property management software needs.

Work orders are a breeze
Avantages
The ability for tenants to place their own work orders into the system is outstanding. It makes it very easy to assign and track all of the work orders on the property.

Good product for normal property management
Not a bad product if you are a normal property looking to manage your tenants; it is tough for us due to us having to deal with students in individual beds.
Avantages
The lease process is easy for students to understand and lets us know what to do on the back end.
Inconvénients
For student housing, this product is very tough to be able to build properties that have specific beds and units. Getting things to work for the cosigner and the DepositInsure is also tough.

Its very easy to learn and navigate through the different options of tenant's information. It facilitates that information and documents required.
Avantages
I like that its easy to enter a work order. It provides all the possibilities you don't have to guess. I like that I can request a work order for a tenant and follow its progress.
Inconvénients
When I enter the apartment number if you don't enter it exactly the right numbers with the 0 included it does not let you go any further on the work order.

Entrata for tax credit rental properties
Avantages
I like that everything is in one place and is easily accessible. There are a lot of great features that you can customize to fit your needs and processes.
Inconvénients
Integration was difficult because I manage a tax credit (low income) property and that requires a lot more verification and processes that conventional rental properties don't so we've had to work out a lot of kinks and figure out ways to make it work for what we need.

Entrata helps me see the overall picture on where I stand with my renovation units. Entrata platform shows when each step of the process is due to be completed and who each step is assigned to. Entrata makes my job easier and more affective.

Overall the experience is well.
Avantages
The dashboard is very easy to use. Reports pull information well.
Inconvénients
For make readies, I feel it would be useful to be able to assign subtasks to employees as well as vendors. We have been experiencing issues with transferring residents. After screening there is no button or way to move on to generate the lease. Support was contacted well over a week ago and no resolution yet. Residents are waiting for a lease to be sent to secure their new apartment.

Brieng able to access residents data and see important and pertinent information.
Inconvénients
When. Resident is pulled up it would be helpful to see all renters unit information on one account. I fell like I have to open many tabs to move back and forth with look up people with multiple accounts.
