Looks Good. Easy to add new products but you then have to change the orders so very time consuming. you need a really really strong wifi for it to work especially the handheld devices otherwise will keep crashing.

Inconvénients

Not adaptable at all. Once a part payment has been done you cannot modify anymore. Worst customer support ever. Constant overcharges.

Nothing about the product or the company is liked!

They downloaded an app not requested onto my account, they started charging me several hundred dollars each month, refused to try to refund, impossible to get through to the right department to correct, still charging me after I have cancelled all of my account and sold the equipment. Now trying to block them from my account working through my bank.

I like the way the Clover looks. Very sleek and modern. I am most impressed with the reporting features.

Inconvénients

The Clover system just is not suited very well for a repair shop environment. Our employees found the easiest way to ring up customers was to create custom transactions and type in a description for each transaction.

I was very disappointed that the Clover is not able to play video. We had several promotional videos we would like to play for our customers, but were unable to do so on the Clover system. I hoped there would be an app that would play video.

I was also disappointed in the high price of the Quickbooks sync app. For this reason, I have to manually input everything into Quickbooks.

Avantages

Clover is extremely easy to use. It's easy to teach all of our employees also. Its great to be able to toggle back and forth between different accounts as well.

Inconvénients

Clover is not easy to set up on android, I've had multiple employees that have had issues setting up a pin using an android phone. Other than that I have no complaints!

Avantages

This product was recommended to us. We are a Thrift Store. Processes are seamless and reporting is easy to understand and reconcile. We are implementing this into our administrative offices as well.

Inconvénients

integrating with offsite store employees was challenging, but we got it done. All of our stores are now using Clover

Some of the pros for the clover pos are the Ease of use the cost and the simplicity of loading menus and pricing in the system

Some of the cons to the clover pos are the lack of Customer support the fact that the glover go doesn't communicate properly with the mini device

The ease of use. Since at this point it is all I like about this program I highly doubt I will continue with it. Easy use is not enough, I need customer service also.

Clover/Fiserv customer service is horrible. You can never talk to anyone with any authority to get anything done about your problem. They do not answer emails EVER

There are a large number of apps for specific tasks. This POS can be customized to work with our business better than any other in its' price range. The user interface is very clean and intuitive.

Inconvénients

Adding inventory and updating items is cumbersome and time consuming. The bar code scanner is very unreliable.

I loved the design of the machine and how easy it was to set up and start using it! Customer service was amazing and helpful!

Inconvénients

Every now and then it would somehow disconnect from our network but after a lot of troubleshooting we figured out it was our outdated router!

It doesn't run daily reports with name and amount like I need it to. Also, doesn't talk to other apps

I have only used it a handful of times and only at one restaurant. It was for pickup food orders. It was easy and, rather than other payment methods (like DoorDash) was free to use. Also integrated very easy with my Google Pay.

Inconvénients

I would like to see it at more restaurants... but that's not the fault of the software.

I love using Clover! I can order my food or drink ahead of time and also earn rewards all while using the app! It is simple to use and I love having my food ready for me to pickup by the time I get to whatever restaurant I am using it for!

I wish there was more of a selection of businesses that used Clover and offered rewards.

With the clover device I can take care of all tasks in one place, billing, returns , purchases, inventory, accounting pages etc. The clover device has it all included.

They charge you a percentage when card is not present for security reasons, but they still dont place money in the account when supposed to . This will run a small company in the ground . They make promises that they do not uphold!

I loved how easy it was to sign up for a business' reward system. The Clover information would be on the receipt and I could redeem points/sign up after the purchase was complete - which is not allowed for a lot of places!

Inconvénients

I think it's still easier to use Five Stars compared to Clover. Would be great if Clover offered a way to just use your phone number at the restaurant or business to sign up for membership.

What I like most about the software is that integrates into QuickBooks. I also like the report summaries.

it's a simple, sleek design and interface. pretty intuitive for the most part once you figure it out.

the connection between booker and clover is not ideal. customer service takes forever and is never easy. clients get confused a lot.

POS looks great an was easy to use. We initially loved it.

Customer support was horrible. We were being over charged by them and when we addressed the issue, they stopped depositing our transactions. Their effort to "fix" was disastrous. It cost me money and tons of time. They tossed me around from one representative to another. It forced me to find another credit card processor and POS.

Avantages

Clover is very user friendly, it's easy to make administrative changes to your items and track your totals on an as needed basis.

Inconvénients

We have connectivity issues, sometimes it's daily, sometimes its only once a week. We've checked with our ISP and they said it's software connection issues.
Also, there is a monthly fee associated with the Clover, that Apple Square does not have.

I really liked how we could create and personalize a website that fit us through the use of this software

I did not like how hard it was to communicate with the customer service representatives when I had a question

It looks good ! :) We like the touch screen except there should an easy access return and refund tab.

The reports are way to limited, way to difficult to do returns and refunds, horrible to try to return or refund a single item on a multi Item sale. On returns and refunds you should be able to scan the Item and return or refund and have it return it to the inventory. There is more......

It is a small yet powerful user-friendly but mostly important secure device for paying on the go!

I have had limited use with this at my work, but my experience has been a positive one. Payments are easily taken through CloverMini and the portable CloverFlex and CloverGo are also available for use. It is extremely simple to use from a user standpoint; the UI is simple and esthetic.

Not much to dislike so far in my limited use. Clover has a lot of promise and I will update as needed when something negative is found!

This come with its own hardware and programmed for your store right out of the box, you tell them what you need and it's taken care of before the hardware is shipped to you. tons of good reporting features built in as well. We are a Non-profit and have a great relationship with clover, love the software and ease of use.

this setup can be a little pricey due to needing to use their hardware, but well worth the investment in my opinion

Product set-up was a breeze. We took our inventory from old POS, put on flash drive and installed it right into out new Clover. Adding new products to inventory is simple. My staff needed minimal training. They're all thrilled with this new POS.
Fastest check out in all the years we've been using POS in our four stores. It takes up minimal counter space, so there's more room for impulse sales. It's very attractive on your counter.

As the owner of the company, I can sign in remotely and see our sales in real time without disturbing my staff with phine calls.
Clover tracks inventory and gives many customizable reports.

I don't think there's anything we don't like about this machine.

The ability to search, update and look at donor history is really great. The reporting and ability to sort by date range, amounts, campaigns is very helpful. You can even sort by failed donations. Reporting makes or breaks software and Clover has simple but good reporting! And you can process CC and ACH donations. Also, their customer service has been great and very timely to respond.

Inconvénients

Clover isn't a full service Database if that's what you need but if you're looking for a simple way to process recurring and one time gifts this will work.

Favorite part is the tipping system, people are 75% more inclined to tip something vs. the old receipts and filling in a tip. Just flip the screen around and they do the tip signature and choose how they want a reciept.

The set-up was good. They provide customer service if you need it who will help you with the set-up process, but their online platform as well as the handheld device is laid out in a way that is easy to figure out (plus, the instruction manual is helpful). This provides daily reporting, data tracking, a tool to build customers (at extra cost), and more. I like that it allows me to use the software on my laptop or on the device to take credit card payments, checks, and cash.

Inconvénients

To use the other great features that could enhance my business come with extra costs. So, I don't use those.

Simple and quick way to take payments for events that I run. I use Clover Go and it allows me to take donations and sales transactions which makes me efficient.

I've had to change my password because it expires. It gets annoying to keep changing it.

Clover has worked out really well for my business. We went from an archaic system to Clover and it was a good move. It was a very easy transition and customers as well as employees love how easy it is to use. I particularly like that we can print our daily totals and see a breakdown of transactions at whatever point we choose.

We have had a couple of occasions where the system has froze up but it was an easy fix - just had to reboot.

Machine is great. Easy set up. The feature of being able to enter an invoice number is time saving.

The worst customer service I have experience. I have called every day and all the do is transfer you to someone else. After 3 weeks I have closed the account.

I like how it integrates with my business banking. The reporting is clear and very useful for end of year accounting.

Very easy to use, all transactions are save in my tablet and if any discrepancy I can easily backtrack. Trying it as a 30 day free trial but I will definitely be purchasing this software.
