Je suis ravie d'avoir trouvé cette appli. Je cherchais une solution du genre depuis des années, mais celle-ci est bien meilleure que Buffer ou Hootsuite. Le rapport qualité/prix est extra, et j'ai pour moins cher qu'avant des fonctionnalités que je ne trouve nulle part ailleurs, et que je trouve vraiment chouettes pour augmenter ma productivité.

Inconvénients

Aucun point négatif, je suis vraiment ravie.

There is no inbox feature - that is the major drawback. Additionally, the analytics integrations with platforms isn't as strong as other platforms.

Avantages

Publer provides a great concept of use to maintain and build your social audience from a single location. It is especially good if you have multiple accounts to maintain. Media agencies like mine use Publer vs directly posting on social due to its convenience.

Inconvénients

The billing and support department at Publer is awful. There are long delays to receive a response and most the time, the response provided is not even related to the issue. Additionally, social accounts are constantly disconnected at random. It is a daily chore to have to reconnect the accounts over and over again.

Intuitive, innovative, user-friendly, works well with other platforms like Canva, great customer support!

There is not a single thing that I dislike about Publer.

Scheduling has been way easier than Meta Business Suite and other tools I've used like Hootsuite.

I love the AI tools built in, very handy when creating content for multiple posts.

Some of my issues are with the app. There are some limitations, like i can't save graphics to my phone from the post-draft, I have to already have the graphic handy.

It's so easy to use and highly intuitive. I love the fact that I can publish to so many platforms and edit each post specifically for the platform all in one place. There's a huge amount of functionality and has made social media so much simpler for me.

I wish I had access to more data on the plan that I am using.

Everything just works. I've tried a dozen of apps that did not do what they promised they do. Publer is smooth! Publer is snappy, fast UI. All the features are well-thought and vital. All the major platforms exist. And they all are well-integrated.

I'm fine with everything they've got but, a "tweetdeck" of every social media platforms could be my dream on such an app.

The user experience and ease of navigating the platform, the visual layout of the scheduled content in a calendar form is incredible helpful, the hashtag suggestions & ability to pre-schedule comments is a huge plus! I don't have to be on SM nearly as much every day which means I can be doing other important things for my business.

Inconvénients

So far, nothing in particular is wrong with it. I tend to under-utilize all the features, so, as long as they keep the UX simple and easy, without overcomplicating or fluff extras, then I continue to enjoy it.

Avantages

Publer is affordable but has all the functionality that I could possibly expect from a scheduling platform. The user experience is consistent across a whole host of channels.The web app is fast, and everything is straightforward. The support team (which I very rarely need) is responsive and efficient, while the developers have further improved the platform over the year since I joined. Definitely a recommendation from me.

Inconvénients

Nothing negative at all. I hope that Publer will eventually support Bluesky, but I understand that they will monitor Bluesky's uptake a bit longer.
