Je susi très satisfait de Aircall, le lien avec un CRM se fait super facilement, les appels se passent très bien (avec une bonne connexion). Vraiment génial pour un sales.

L'enregistrement des appels et l'analyse de ceux ci est génail et crucial dans le métier de sales
Inconvénients
Le rouage des appels est parfois compliqué. Soit cela va trop vite pour apsser à l'appel d'après, soit il ne part pas assez vite.

Le système téléphonie d'aircall est très efficace. L'équipe est à l'écoute et réactive.
Inconvénients
L'affichage des fiches prospects n'est pas optimal pour notre utilisation. C'est la raison pour laquelle nous ne travaillons pas avec Aircall aujourd'hui.

Inconvénients
J'ai pris un abonnement sur Aircall pour un an l'année dernière. Le commercial m'a assuré que le contrat duré un an et j'ai payé d'avance mon abonnement. En réalité je n'ai eu que 6 mois de service car l'application ne fonctionnait plus. J'ai eu samedi dernier la mauvaise surprise de voir sur mon compte bancaire un prélèvement de 1 200 $ sur un compte bancaire que je n'utilisais plus. J'ai appelé Aircall et le service client, plutöt que de s'excuser et de me proposer de me rembourser immédiatement, m'a dit qu"ils allaient me rappeler dans quelques et qu'ils allaient voir si ils pouvaient me rembourser. Je vous déconseille donc fortement d'utiliser les services de cette société qui se sert unilatérallement sur les comptes bancaires de ses anciens clients.

Awful experience - do not buy
We cancelled a few days after the 30 day mark before renewals and now they are hitting us with another invoice since we missed it by a few days. really bad experience in geenral. I run a success team and having QBRs and understanding where customers stand and the challenges you need to overcome is key. Seems like its just not a thing at aircall - also no email reminders that the renewal is coming up - really overall just terrible service

Most Reliable Phone Service Available
It facilitates both inbound and outbound call management. I like how simple it is to make an outgoing call. The time zone and area code are shown automatically, warning us to tread carefully in case of a time zone mismatch.
Avantages
Using Aircall is a breeze. It simply requires a one-time setup. I like Aircall since it is quick to load and has an intuitive interface for fixing audio problems. A softphone I once used took 20 minutes to load, and it was a real drag. I also appreciate how simple it is to use the controls. In my opinion, it has a great user interface. This is the nicest setup for me, and there aren't too many buttons.
Inconvénients
The entirety Aircall is fantastic. If I may provide a recommendation, it would be to enhance the functioning of conference calls. If at all feasible, I'd want to be able to end a call when I'm no longer needed, and I'd like a simpler process.of

Aircall has been a crucial tool for us as we've significantly enhanced our call tracking capability across a significant team. The integration with Hubspot is absolutely crucial. The ability for our team to use Aircall within Hubspot is incredibly valuable and an absolute must for any team that wants to make it as easy as possible for the team to adopt. The other critical thing to mention is, Aircall helps dial much faster which is excellent.
Avantages
The integration with Hubspot is fantastic. This enables our entire team to call seamlessly from Hubspot and all the reporting including activity etc is seamlessly pulled into Hubspot so we get a clear accurate reflection of the output across the organisation. Aircall is very easy to set up administering new numbers in seconds and creating workflows that enable automation and efficiency.
Inconvénients
Aircall can be rather expensive which can be difficult if you want to ensure everyone in your commercial team is using the technology. We have had difficulty with quality of calls at times but this is usually corrected after restarting the call.

Great phone analytics tool
Overall, Aircall is a great tool which is perfect for larger businesses or ones with multiple teams and departments. Its great in-depth analytics are really helpful for understanding and planning your phone strategy, but would recommend using the desktop app only for maximum efficiency.
Avantages
Aircall makes filtering calls really easy. The analytics are transformational compared to our previous system, and it makes understanding your call pick-up rates, peak times and outbound call timings really easy.
Inconvénients
The service is quite expensive, and you will be charged additional add-ons for further in-depth analytics. Their mobile app also has some disadvantages, e.g. not having the option to make call tagging compulsory, which can be confusing for analytics.

Good experience for a CSM
I worked with Aircall for a few months as a CSM, calling from Poland to the UK and USA. It was mostly pleasant, as the sound was crisp, there was an app, and I was able to use it easily even tho I didnt have any previous experience with tools like that.

The analytics is very extensive but not available separately now (or on lower plans)

Interruptions - while using the same number at the same time, sometimes calla were dropped

Overall, I have loved using Aircall, they are so much better than our previous phone system, much easier to use, cheaper, and they actually seem like they care about our experience unlike some other companies.

What I love about the software is the fact it is just so easy to use. Being a gatekeeper at my company is not one of my highest priorities as I cover many different areas. But the fact that I could do one onboarding call, and understand how to call, take calls, transfer, tag... basically everything is amazing. Not to mention our CSM was great and always checked in to ensure we understood the platform.
Inconvénients
The only thing slightly annoying is the constant updates on the phone app, which stops you being able to take calls until you update it and as someone who doesnt always have the app open right in front of me sometimes I miss calls because I am unaware it needed an update.

Accuracy meets efficiency!
Our whole team attended the demo for the software and it was great, we had the chance to ask any questions throughout and it was all made really simple.
Avantages
Great visibility throughout the application, so easy to navigate. The ease of transferring calls with the 'talk first' and overall just the intelligence behind it being made for any level of experience. I feel confident if I had a junior intern put onto the phones, I would barely have to cover anything within the app, it's all there.
Inconvénients
Sometimes it doesn't remember my log-in details so prompts me to sign in again when it's been inactive for a certain period but it's easy enough to get straight back in.

Scam Company - Stole $10,000 From Our Company
Our experience with Aircall, a VoIP company, was nothing short of a disaster. After paying $10,000 for an account that we never got to use due to a delay in training and porting of numbers, we were left without the service we needed and with no way to recover our funds.We were told that we'd have features we requested to find out after signing the contract, that these were features they'd possibly have down the road and not something they had at the moment.Training kept getting pushed back due to changes that would have to be made to the account to attempt to have it work for our company, to find that we couldn't get the account to where we needed, so we canceled the port. We never got to use AirCall, yet we were charged $10,000 and were almost charged ANOTHER $10,000 since it was about to be our 2nd month after signing the contract due to the pushbacks of training and porting.We canceled the contract as soon as possible to avoid getting charged again, but we were told there was no way they could refund the original amount due to company policy.Aircall essentially stole our money, leaving us empty-handed and without the service we paid for. We want to protect companies from Aircall preying on their misfortune. After setting up over 20+ software for our company, we have never experienced something like this before.We strongly caution anyone considering Aircall as their VoIP provider. Their lack of accountability and blatant theft makes them an unreliable and untrustw

Positive experience as a whole as it was seamless to get our agents trained on the new software. However, the customer support and billing functionality / control can definitely improve

Bottom line:
If you are looking for a decent business phone system that offers decent quality phone calls and user experience, please look elsewhere. You shouldn’t be reading this review either, I would never recommend this company to any business owners. There are multiple companies around, I would advice you to check them out.

Integrates with salesmsg to send out mass sms

I had moved from Vonage to Aircall for my business phone system. I wanted to use salesmsg to send out mass marketing sms to my customers and the only company that salesmsg recommends to be integrated for voice calling feature was Aircall.
Within few hours of using the Aircall app I find myself using a sub par business phone system. The cellphone app is extremely unrefined, lots of bugs and many features are absent. As simple as copying and pasting phone numbers from contacts tab is a daunting task. I had to memorize the numbers if I need to copy it (that’s how poorly designed the app is)
Second flaw is that voice calls gets disconnected frequently. The phone call always disconnects after the first ring and I am forced to call every customer back as their calls don’t last past one ring. This is real haste, if your business gets good number of calls everyday.
Third major issue here is that their billing team are unethical. My phone numbers were ported 6 days past my billing date with Aircall. Hence I am now getting charged for my full monthly fees although I have no service with Aircall past the first 6 days since the start of my billing cycle.
When I approached the billing team, they declined to refund the balance (for the periods that I have no active service with Aircall) this I feel is ruthless billing policy towards small business owners like myself. I hate to pay two months of service for a poor business phone system that I had hardest time using.

We try to make our app as user friendly as possible, but of course there are several factors that are sometimes out of our control and can lead to unexpected user issues. Should you ever decide to give Aircall another try, I'd recommend downloading our browser extension, which would enable you to call your contacts in one click, rather than through copy and pasting. Calls being dropped can be attributed to many factors, but one of the most common is a poor internet signal. Another could be simply be that the contacts you dialed declined your call. In these cases, even the best VoIP tool will run into issues.

A companion for remote job
I do not see myself using another software. It has some flaws but Aircall is definitely my first choice. Its features keep on being improved, the team seems to be very feedback oriented. I am satisfied and looking forward to the next big feature release !

The ability to call from any country and centralizing the contacts with links to our database. It makes remote job easy and. There are even tools to troubleshoot connection issue and know nmthe source of any quality issue !
I love the sms tool available for France and UK, it is very handy for reaching busy customers
Inconvénients
The reporting is not deep unless you pay higher membership. Depending on the company's need it is not that overpriced.
There is no way to have your SMS saved if someone calls you in the middle of your typing and you receive notification for every single sms coming in even though you did not send the sms without the possibility to assign it... Lots of improvement could be done there in my opinion (tags, search for users...)

Aircall as a working tool
Very simple, it is easy to use, I like that I log in and I can start calling, for me it is important to save time when I have many tasks to do in my work.
Avantages
It is easy to use, it is fast. And it has a security check to get in, it's not easy for someone else to impersonate me and that gives me security. Also once I log in I can immediately start making calls.
Inconvénients
On occasion I have tried to log in the wrong way with another option and restarting from the app installed on the computer has been a bit complex, but then I restart it and I have been able to log in without any problems.

Not Terrible, but Not Gamechanging
My overall experience with Aircall is neutral. I wouldn't recommend it, but I wouldn't steer someone else away from using it. It has good qualities and bad qualities, like most tools...but the good definitely don't outweigh the bad. While it is very easy to use and has some helpful features and automations, it doesn't always work. When it does, it's great. But I have encountered too many functional problems to recommend this tool with confidence. However, I have used worse before, so I wouldn't discourage someone from trying it out. It's not overly expensive, therefor the value isn't terrible, which is why I wouldn't discourage people from trying it out. I've yet to use a better internet based phone service, but they have all had serious flaws, including Aircall. However, for the times it has worked well, it's fantastic, so that does count for something in my book.
Avantages
What I've liked most about Aircall is it's level of integration with our CRM (HubSpot) and it's ability to be used across multiple devices with easy access. I use Aircall on my work computer, personal computer, and smartphone. The controls are quite easy, it's very user friendly, and it does record data (call logs, recordings, etc) consistently across all of my different devices. It's also integrated very well with my company's CRM, HubSpot. The calls translate well to our contact or company page associated with the number, it will automatically creat a new contact in HubSpot when dialing a new number, and it stores recordings and what happened on the call quite accurately in our CRM. It's been a nice tool, on this front.
Inconvénients
What I've like least about Aircall is the reliability. It has not been an overly reliable phone system. It freezes often, has audio connectivity problems, and usually, if it freezes, just closing and reopening the application the application isn't enough to get it working again. Both myself and my coworkers have had to completely restart our computers to get Aircall to work again after encountering a glitch. Not only does this interrupt productivity, but it can also be challenging because we are evaluated, often, on the number of dials we make. Aircall's inconsistency can create problems regarding our ability to hit our number of dials goal. It is not a very reliable, consistent tool.

Where do we begin? Aircall has been nothing but a headache for us.
PRODUCT:
- Quality call is SO poor. To the point we just gave up on using the application. Calls would drop out and our customers would complain they could not hear us at all. There would be at least a 2 second delay in calls, the lag was atrocious. Whenever we took this issue up with Aircall it was blamed on our internet. The speed tests they made us do proved our internet was perfectly fine. We use our internet for video calling daily and never have an issue. We have now been using Ring Central, which is also dependent on internet, and according to our users the difference is aboslutely shocking. We have not experienced any call quality issues with them, and they have a really good analytics section showing us the quality of each call. Unlike Aircall, where we had to submit a ticket for every single call that had an issue, and the response we got everytime was that it was our internet problem.
- The mobile app lacks so many features. To answer a call you must answer through the aircall app. On ringcentral, if a call comes through on our phone, we can answer straight away through ringcentral without needing to press onto the app.
- The dashboard had so many glitches. It could not even display the correct time we were making calls. I took this up multiple times with support and for weeks was told it was still being fixed. Integration with our CRM just did not work, our contacts never showed up on our dash

Poor call quality, ridiculous pay terms and cancelation policy
Very disappointed with their services, will NEVER use again
Avantages
The reason we signup with aircall is that they offer unlimited local to local call minutes with one flat fee, which also includes a local number.
Inconvénients
We signed up with aircall with the same email address as of G2 account, while there are at least 3 things we are very unhappy with them
1) our package should include a free local number, while in our invoice, we get charged for that number even though we followed all the instructions from the account manager
2) the call quality is very bad, or even horrible, our sales reps complained a lot of noises, and 50% of the time we used it, we had this problem every 15 minutes, and eventually did not get fixed
3) worst part of it, we told the account manager that we will try one month first, if good, we will upgrade to pay annually with more seats; if not, we will cancel the account. however, when we told the account manager that we wanna cancel that account and asked her to make sure they will not charge us automatically for the next billing month. first, she said yes. and then soonest, she said since we have not informed them to cancel the account 30 days in advance, we have to pay for the next month. So shall we tell them we need to cancel that account at the same time we activated an account? we emailed them several times on this issue, but they chose not to reply us.

Customer Service is non-existent
Avantages
Easy to use, has mobile app but sometimes glitchy. I like how you can set office hours
Inconvénients
My annual subscription renewed without any notice and when I found out on the day it was renewed for another year, I contacted them immediately and asked them to cancel. Even though I contacted them on the day, they refuse to cancel and decided that their policy states they cannot cancel once it's renewed. What an easy money grab to lock customers in for another year. Doesn't take much effort to cancel/refund?
Doesn't leave a good taste in my mouth and I won't be recommending Aircall to my network. There are other companies that offer more features for 1/5 of the price.

I'm not a fan. Zendesk was a joke in many ways but their IVR was better than this, which is depressing.
Avantages
It integrates with our existing tech stack and helps sync info between Front and Salesforce.
Inconvénients
Wildly inconsistent connectivity. Randomly disconnects all the time and makes us unreachable. Call routing is terrible. We get families upset and frustrated because they can't reach us. IVR is inconsistent at best.

The Best Calling Platform
Overall, Aircall is the best and I didn't expect that this platform would make our lives easier.
Avantages
It's easy to use, user-friendly and has not delay when in terms to calls and other uses.

Essential for our outbound efforts.
Avantages
I used aircall daily in my sales role to reach out to prospects all over the globe. It makes it really easy to call from a 'local' number, making it more likely you'll get through to your prospects, vs calling from an unknown abroad number.
Inconvénients
It was quite glitchy, and there were a number of times when I'd have to reload the programme while trying to dial. But no major issues, and would use again.

Aircall Review
Aircall helps us solve the communication aspect with our customers, with very simple routing features, we make sure our customers get to the right people within our company.
Avantages
Aircall is a very easy to use phone system, I personally really like how it integrates with out Salesforce instance so we can review calls without leaving our CRM.
Inconvénients
For some reason, calls that are longer than 1 hour are not always displaying recording links in Salesforce, but they are available directly in Aircall.

One of the best tools to do recordings
Avantages
We use Aircall and it's integration with Hubspot to use in our remote team and it works very very well. Everything is logged automatically and we can even do workflows based on some Aircall rules.We also use it so send automatic SMS's and also to log recordings into hubspot.Everything works extremelly well

Avantages
Aircall is easy to use and integrates great with Pipedrive! By automatically posting call recordings, answering phone messages and any missed calls straight into deals, my team and I can keep a consistent history of all deal activity in one location. Friendly and helpful support when I have needed it too!
Inconvénients
I have found the Aircall integration with Intercom quite finicky to use on Chrome in the past. Sometimes leads are unable to speak. This may need some additional work.

Overall, aircall does what I need it to do but I would not say it is the best phone system on the market.
Avantages
It is easy to use and it is an ideal bit of kit for maybe a new business starting out - It is good because it integrates with the ticketing system we use so we can integrate calls into our other platform which helps when call listening
Inconvénients
Reporting is not great and not always accurate. From a reporting perspective it lags. I have used other phone suppliers in different companies in the past and this is not the best one.
