Bei Personio gefällt mir am Besten, dass man eine gute Übersicht auf Mitarbeiter hat und die wichtigsten HR Funktionen vorhanden sind. Die Support Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und motoviert. Im allg. ist das Handling nach guter Einarbeit wirklich leicht zu verstehen und das Design sieht gut und einfach aus.

Inconvénients

Manche wichtigen Funktionen fehlen teilweise (Vorlage Urlaubsübergabe als Reminder senden, wenn ein Kollege Urlaub beantragt).

On the top of my personio-experiences is the customer service! Really patient, highly customer oriented and super friendly at all times. Furthermore you have the feeling that the entire company (no matter who is on the phone) knows who you are and is well capable of taking care of your issues. And if this is not the case, you will promptly get a re-call from one of the experts.

Inconvénients

Honestly, there is nothing worth to mention. There are a couple of bugs and usability issues here and there, but most important, you see a young product (and Team) growing and improving from day to day.

The menu is intuitive and compared to other solutions it does a great job of making navigation easy.

Easy and fast to use for all recruiting, time stamp and absence approval processes. For me this is crucial as a supervisor. Because I don’t want to spend time on trainings and bad user interfaces. Great support especially when you have ideas for further improvements.

Inconvénients

Till now there is nothing to complain about.

Absolutely user friendly surface, very easy to start with, cloud based and usable from everywhere, easy to use statistics.

Unfortunately not flexibel on special time tracking (e.g. Shift workers) and missing "Blog-Feature" means individual news-feed not available.

Personio bietet eine übersichtliche, hilfreiche Abbildung der Mitarbeiter und deren Stammdaten. Die Verwaltung von Prozessen zu Onboarding, Urlaub etc. ist sehr einfach und Anträge und Freigaben funktionieren unkompliziert. Sehr hilfreich ist auch die Individualisierung des Onboarding-Prozesses, so konnten wir auf verschiedene Standorte eingehen und den Prozess für alle vereinfachen.

Inconvénients

Die Implementation war mit einigem Zeitaufwand verbunden und die Bedienbarkeit nicht allzu intuitiv. Hat man einmal diverse Rollen eingestellt, sind sie auch sehr starr. In dem Bereich würde Ich mir mehr Flexibilität wünschen.

the hr side is hard to user from the user side and from the admin console, the holydays can't be customized and are very strict. onverall the UI is lacking

Personio is a nice tool in the overall, it has the majority of the expected features of such a tool. It has a decent UI, and most of the times help you to perform the tasks. The calendars and holiday scheduling things are good, the holiday "calculator" is an example of a nice implementation.

Inconvénients

It is very unstable and unpredictable, there are a lot of features, but they are not very well implemented. For example, things like email scheduling, report of email-threads, message exchange and interview-reviews are not good, frequently you have to send a message more than once, or you receive duplicated entries on your calendar...

The interviews-reviews are very poor, you don't have options to create evaluations for different types of interviews, templates or any sort of automation.

The design as well as structure / set up. Their support / help page is one of the most useful and helpful I have used.

As there are so many options, it does take a moment or two to get your head around the complexity.

How easy the implementation was and how fast all colleagues started using and loving it.

This software allows to really customise it to our HR process needs and set up different subsidies in different countries easily. The weekly calls during the implementation phase really ensured that the entire set up worked out as we hoped for.

There is not a single thing I don't like- but one really has to read the how to articles since some settings can be more challenging and complex than expected.

The on-boarding for the employees was quite easy, it´s almost self-explained.
As an admin you can configurate each role with different rights.
The customer support not only in the implementation phase but also after the go-live is very friendly and helpful.

Inconvénients

There are still several features that aren´t offered by Personio but would be very helpful and would facilitate a lot. Besides there should be offered more API´s and an integrated shift plan system.

Personio makes the overall recruiting prozess easier and transparent. What I like the most is the function to share applications within the team. Moreover I like the various templates for feedback, contract etc. - there is a lot of HR knowhow within the tool.

There are a few functions which could be more intuitive - the good thing is that Personio is open for feedback and I hope that they will implement some new features in the future.
