Good people management tool
Avantages
Friendly platform, got easier to use throughout time and it is continuously growing/improving its features. Love the Kudos system.
Inconvénients
Nothing specific; maybe regarding the "Dark mode" option, which when applied does not seem to be that user friendly considering the platform's font (all that is not bold gets harder to read/follow).

I am happy using Mirro, it is a great help for my daily activities.
Avantages
The user interface, the access granted for users, the exports, database, attendance records, employee management, feedback area, OKRs.
Inconvénients
The latest changes on uploading docs (as HR) for employees. Please bring back the old bulk upload!

Collaboration at it's best
Overall my experience with Mirro was very favorable. It was very easy to use.

good software, has great potential
I think the product is easy to use and helpful for any type of organisation, I'm happy we started this collaboration
Avantages
Before the implementation, the sales team offered a lot of useful information very patiently. Even the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was willing to meet our team to answer possible questions, and this I appreciated a lot. The implementation support was flawless, responsiveness to emails was very fast.
I like the ease of use, some of the functionalities (like kudos and the interactive homepage) are cool, also the "have you met X" is a nice functionality. It was (in theory) easy to implement the software in our company.
Inconvénients
I already suggested adding some new functionalities that would be helpful for our organisation. Although the sales presentation was impressive, the application has some bugs that interfered with the implementation part. The good part is that their representative (Lavinia) helped me during this process. I think the biggest issue I had so far was that we had co edit some of the information (for all the colleagues) manually - if we were a bigger company, this would have been a lot more time-consuming.

Mirro for Teams!
My team and I used this mostly for brainstorms and organizing our thoughts. We were able to use it live all together and work on our boards async. This was a helpful visualization tool for us.
Avantages
Very collaborative. Helpful for brainstorming and working async.
Inconvénients
It takes some getting used to when using the whiteboard function. But not really a con.

Easy and fun to use
It’s a good experience, gives me the exact information i need, without having to dig too deep.
Avantages
I love the simple interface and how intuitive everything is. I didn’t need an onboarding to start using it. It gives a holistic overview on what’s happening in the company and it’s a fun way to know your colleagues when you’re new, to give and receive recognition.
Small things like social media type of interactions makes Mirro a tool that incentivizes employees to perform tasks that otherwise would be considered “chores”.
I like the ease of use and clear way of displaying information, clean design and logical flows from an UX perspective.
Inconvénients
The fact that upon logging in, even if i tick the “Remember me” check box, I always have to type my email. Seems like a bug, so it’s not that bad, but slightly frustrating to have a feature that doesn’t work.

A Great Performance Management Software For Business
Avantages
When it comes to performance management, Mirro offers the best features.
Despite being well equipped, using and understanding Mirro is easy and it comes at an amazing cost.

Easy to use, I have all my employee information in one place, I don't have to ask someone how many vacation days I have or which team does a person belong to.

not very straightforward approach to OKRs and team goals setup.

Once it was set up, it was easy to manage daily status meeting using Mirro.

Rigidity for vacay types, and I don't like that it doesn't have recruitment support. Also Mirro didn't cover ITM mandatory stuff like attendance sheet.

The friendliest app ever!
I love this app, and I also like how fast your team answers when we have a problem we need to fix. Kudos for that!
Avantages
The design is the best! It's very friendly and colorful, it keeps you in a good mood, and it's making me want to spend more time on the app! Another amazing thing is the fact that we can give each other kudos and feedback, it's very easy to use, and keeps the team engaged. A big plus for the GIFs, we use them all the time in the comment section!
Inconvénients
As an admin, I feel like there is room for improvement in the next areas:
- export payroll: the excel is great and it has a lot of useful information, but after I download it I have to manually make room to see the names or the days that our colleagues had paid vacation. I am mentioning this because Mirro got us used to a cute and cozy design, and when you download the export, it kinda lowers expectations.
- some functionalities are a bit complicated to use: for example, as an admin, if I want to add extra free days, I have to make a lot of steps to make that happen. It would help if I could to that by 2 steps, 2 buttons.
- also as an admin, I feel like it would be great to have a better view on the people who took the day off. Right now I have to check it, but maybe if there was a calendar on the right with the names of the people who have the day of, it would be great.
- Kudos: this is the best feature, and we like to implement it more within the company, so it would help if we would have a database with specific numbers and dates for the Kudos given/received.

Dare for more!
Three big problems have been solved:
- clarity on the area of personal objectives;
- clarity on the leave & attendance area. People used to send weekly questions to HR about the situation of the days off (paid vacation).
- we've encouraged the provision of feedback (Kudos)

Inconvénients
Salary section should be customized according to fixed salaries and the frequency of bonuses.

Mirro review
It's way way better than other products of the kind that we've used in the past. It has a straightforward interface and it's relatively easy to use.
Avantages
Well - I really enjoy the fact that I can request feedback.
It would, however, be more useful to actually get a follow up on those items - because I think they can easily be ignored atm.
Inconvénients
I don't really appreciate the phrasing, to be honest. It just seem sort of like a kid that's trying too hard.

My work buddy
Mirro is an efficient working tool, helping employers track users' activity and also providing great tools for users in order to manage their work, documents, holidays and so on.
Avantages
It is very easy to use and has efficient features.
Inconvénients
It doesn't have the option to pause your activity and restart it at some point later, at least in my case. You can only stop the clock when you check out from work.

Perspective from a new user
A good experience, a lot of useful functions that if not used, would slow down the rate of work significantly and make it hard to track all the employees, especially when the people are working from home.
Avantages
Very helpful functions to organise documents, overtime, leave days, punch in/out for remote work. Additionally, the performance reviews of the employees is easy to use and easy to organize the information.
Inconvénients
The fact that all documents are uploaded in a single place makes them hard to find sometimes.

Good product
Avantages
The feedback and performace review features, holiday requests, flexi time requests
Inconvénients
The are where you define the teams/departments - it should provide more flexibility as there are companies that are organized different than the "traditional" way
Also it should start taking into account that there are a lot of companies that switched to WFH completely.

The best organizational software
Avantages
It's like an internal social network. It's great that it has the feature to give kudos and appreciate the help of your colleagues
Inconvénients
There were 2 or 3 situations when the platform had some glitches, but the customer support team is great and solved the issues pretty fast.

Mirro is awesome
Avantages
Mirro has a user friendly interface and the social media platform vibe where you can see what other people in your organization post and how you can react is a big plus for me. It's also easy to request days off and see which of my team members are off for the day so no topic is left uncovered especially when working form home.
Inconvénients
Improvements can be made to facilitate editing your personal information or the information that is visible to other members in the organization
