Sogolytics est un très bon outil, pas de point faible - nous nous en servons au quotidien lorsque nous avons besoin de publier des formulaires.

J'ai trouvé que SoGo Survey était simple à comprendre , à configurer et à utiliser .Un support professionnel est fourni par SoGo, et les membres du personnel semblent être disponibles à tout moment pour les appels et les demandes de chat .Les vidéos d' accompagnement sont bien faites et nous ont permis de comprendre rapidement le fonctionnement de l' outil et comment l' ajuster pour répondre à nos besoins.Généralement simple à comprendre et à utiliser, surtout pour ceux d' entre nous qui ne sont pas des spécialistes.

Inconvénients

Peut -être un bref résumé de l' analyse des données et du rapport pour persuader les gens de souscrire à ce produit. Et un mise ajout est recommandé.

What I liked most about Sogolytics was its intuitive and easy-to-use interface. From the first moment I was able to easily start exploring all the modules and tools that the platform has. I especially highlight its advanced metrics and customizable KPIs, which allowed me to easily configure panels with the most relevant information for monitoring my objectives. Visualizing data through clear and clean interactive graphs also made analysis a simple and enjoyable task

What I liked least was that since it is a platform with numerous functionalities, there is an initial learning curve to fully master all the analytical capabilities and segmentation options. While the customer success assistant was always available to resolve my queries, there were advanced features that leave scope for further in-depth knowledge

Of all the software I have tried, Sogolytics stands out in terms of functionality and customer service. What more would a student and researcher seek? It is very easy and friendly to build surveys on Sogolytics and the customer service is just EXCELLENT!!!

Honestly, I have yet to figure out what I did not like in Sogolytics....it is a very thoughtfully designed software and has excellent features.

The SoGo Survey is free to use, especially the free version where you get 15 total surveys and 100 responses, with the company I work for being less that 60 employees using the free and basic version is better; I can create a short survey with questions regarding to my department's overall quality of work, ways to improve the strategy and process of our code deployment. SoGo Survey gives me the opportunity to get my participators involved in questioner, build the trust and getting to know each other. SoGo Survey UI is easy to understand how to use their web-based application, creating questions and getting responses faster.

Inconvénients

I have only used the free basic version, so I haven't yet found any issues or dislikes with SoGo Survey, but so far its great to use.

Avantages

Very user friendly and very nice features to build your survey. The features fit my goals perfectly. It also allows for multiple text within the survey, for example if you needed to explain a question of a concept of provide definitions. I check a lot of software options and Sogolytics stood out by far. And great responses from their support.

Could be useful to have more analytical features than what is currently available.

I like the fact that it is more organized than other surveys. I also think it's nice that students have a one-year trial for surveys because it would help with my research.

Inconvénients

I don't particularly appreciate that they don't show where and how to post a public post, blog, or forum to get a free student membership. I also had issues trying to log back into my survey after the 7-day trial was up and I didn't even know about the student membership.

Compare to other online survey tools, Sogolytics provide more options even in its free version. They also provide free 1 year upgrade to premium for student and NGOs. The multilingual feature is also a huge plus.

Sometime the system can be too slow and unresponsive. However, it is not a huge deal once I get used to it.

Our school has used Sogolytics for 4 years. It has been an invaluable tool for our school to gain insight into how our students, parents and the community feel about a whole myriad of topics.

We have found Sogolytics to be very easy to use, has great templates, is very customizable, and has the question formats that we need. It also has an excellent tool set for sending out surveys and tracking responses. The reporting of the results is also very good. We use the capability of downloading data into and Excel spreadsheet. This way we can format the data in any way we want and generate graphs.

Inconvénients

It does everything we need. I can't think of a feature we would use that it does not have available.

I like how I can preview my survey before it's published. I am not sure if every survey-making website has this feature. I can't see why they wouldn't since it's a beneficial feature.

Inconvénients

I had parts of my survey copied/pasted from Microsoft Word, and the format and font would be different no matter what I did. I had to delete and type them out to make sure it's in the same font and format. It took more time than I wanted it to.

Sogolytics provided a clear and easy way to automate a survey I was manually tabulating. I only wish I found it sooner...I would have saved me hours and enhanced the quality of my survey experience for the users. I will definitely be recommending this to students in my academic program.

There were a few things that were initially confusing (b/c they were a bit over my head)...but I met with a tech support team member who patiently walked me through the different features and how to deploy them for my specific study. (I would love if we could integrate a few images into the survey.)

I absolutely loved the fact that it is so easy to navigate around. Everything you needed was there in the same page. I also love the level of customization sogosurvey offered, there are ready made templates that could be chosen for the convenience of the users. In comparison to other online survey platforms, i found that Sogosurvey extremely time saving, to make further changes and modifications to your questionnaire literally take only minutes to complete. I have had my respondents and other fellow research mates telling me how neat the survey form was. It could be easily viewed in a mobile, a tablet anywhere. I especially liked the "smartness" of the software. It catered to every need i wanted. I could also track the responses i had from my respondents, like how many was done on a particular day. which was so convenient! Last but not least, i cannot stress enough on how good the software was in terms of data exportation. I was surprised on how neat and organized all the data was in one excel sheet. Absolutely in LOVE.

Inconvénients

I think the free package given was a little to basic. There was too little options for a new user to play around with. The free package offered could not justify half the greatness the software actually have with a paid package. I think this can be improved with a little bit more options, especially the question options. so that there is a good and satisfactory preview of how the survey will look like. One more thing, i think the instructions and video tutorials would be nice if they were more precise, as a new user, it could be difficult to navigate around looking for things you need as it takes some time to get used to. I would also like it if i could see who has responded to my questionnaire and when they responded.

The sheer number of features was probably the most important. Every question type I needed was present and there were many more that I've never even heard of.Additionally, the method for making a survey is easy and intuitive. I had almost no trouble when using Sogolytics.Lastly, the professional look of the survey is an added bonus. For my studies I really only used google forms, which was definitely an obstacle when I wanted my survey to be taken seriously. (That's not a problem with Google forms of course, there's just a certain response people give when they use it)

Inconvénients

I really have no cons thus far, however, this might be because I haven't used it for very long. The trial period is only ten days and I didn't have much time to try out everything.In short, nothing so far, but there might be cons that I didn't notice yet.

Surveys are easy to create and launch with a very intuitive interface. Even those on our staff who don't have a lot of knowledge of survey techniques find it very simple to figure out the type of questions they want to ask and how to create them.

The ability to set up branching and logic conditions may sound confusing, but SoGo surveys make it pretty easy to understand – you'll be revealing or hiding questions based on previous answers with ease.

I also appreciate the ability to add images and multimedia options in order to engage survey takers.

SogoSurvey also makes it easy to brand your surveys as your own. Every one of our surveys has our logo embedded at the top. I can also customize colors and fonts to match our brand.

I'm impressed by the variety of ways you are able to see your results when the survey is complete. Reports can be customized to see as much or as little of the detail as you desire.

Inconvénients

Sogo has a great free version for nonprofits like our organization. But every year they lock us out without warning and you have to email to ask for a renewal. I wish they'd give you advanced notice that it is time to renew.

What I really like about SoGo Survey is: 1) That you can create very professional-looking surveys and customize them as you like. 2) That it is quite intuitive and easy to use once you get used to the main functions and understand the terms they use to refer to each feature. 3) That it saves you tons of time on data analysis. 4) Last but not least, that they offer us students the possibility of using the software free of charge, thus saving us a lot of time and effort and ultimately boosting our research work For me, it's been a must during my PhD :)

Inconvénients

The thing I like the least is the branching restrictions. I would love it if I could branch several questions on the same page. Also, the restrictions to the number of question display conditions you can set are also a bit annoying when you're trying to target a very specific population.

I have being using SoGosurvey for about two years now. During these years I have developed dozens of different questionnaires, within different levels of complexity. I use them mainly for my phd research, where I develop different types of behavioural tests. I must say that I am still quite happy with the service. I've seen that the SogoSurvey platform has evolved quite a lot within the last couple years, so it is definitively a service that keeps a constant upgrade policy. Hence, the resources to implement efficient surveys are always getting better and better. The graphics interface has also improved quite a lot. Customer's service is fast and 24/7. I am based in Europe, and always get quick answers when I have a specific inquiries, which is simply fabulous! The sogosurvey servers are quite stable. I have worked with other systems (such as Qualtrics), which usually rely on the university's servers, and therefore are significantly less stable. Finally, I can tell you that I will keep on using such services for a longer period time. I am very grateful of having found SoGoSurvey. The other ones available in the market won't go as smooth as this one. Of course, it is also important to mention that Sogosurvey offers special price ranges for students (like, free subscription...!), which is very convenient for researchers that are starting their careers.
