Good product for my Online PT business

Overall I'm satisfied to be able to have a tool that takes lots out of my plate in admin processes.

Avantages

Easy to create workouts and deliver them to my clients. Keeping track and accountability are major for keeping motivation. The business admin has been very helpful to keep finances easier

Inconvénients

The customer service communication at the beginning with me was not good, take to long for getting and answer. I see they have been working on it, but still, lots more to do to improve post-sales client service

So much to offer

I enjoy using Virtuagym and so do my clients.

Avantages

I love how much the software has to offer! I wanted a software that does it all to automate some of the work. They have scheduling, coaching, exercises, nutrition, activity tracker, point of sale, online shop, challenges, etc. The customer service has been amazing!

Inconvénients

Because it has so much to offer, it has been a bit overwhelming setting it up and learning. However they offer lots of training videos and 1-on-1 training, you just need to set time aside for that.

Top service, eenvoudig in gebruik

Vanaf het begin is er goede service aangeboden. Het is super om zo'n begeleiding te krijgen bij het opzetten van ons systeem. Ingewikkeld of niet, ze kijken altijd naar de mogelijkheden.

Het systeem is ook makkelijk in gebruik, dit krijgen wij dan ook meerdere keren teruggekoppeld vanuit onze klanten. ''Wat fijn dat wij bij het maken van één of meerdere afspraken een bevestiging op de mail hiervan ontvangen. Ook annuleringen zijn terug te zien en daardoor kunnen wij zelf terugzien wanneer we wel en niet geweest zijn bij jullie.''

Verder is het financiële gedeelte ook eenvoudig en overzichtelijk. Je ziet precies wat er binnenkomt, nog moet ontvangen of waar je nog actie in moet ondernemen. Je kunt het inrichten zoals je zelf wenst. Zo heb je een goed overzicht hoe je ervoor staat!

Als laatste wil ik toevoegen dat het zeker een verrijking is voor je bedrijf en raad ik iedereen aan hier gebruik van te maken!

Inconvénients

Comprè el servicio de virtualgym hace dos meses. Soy entrenadora y utilizo la app para crear rutinas, subir videos de clases y armar la dietas. En la publicidad de virtual gym dice que el sistema arma dietas personalizadas creadas por dietistas profesionales de la universidad de Amsterdam . Comprè el plan màs caro por el descuento que me ofrecieron para tener mi propia app. Te ofrecen un mes de formaciòn para configurar la app de manera personalizada. Aùn estando en perìodo de implementaciòn me dì cuenta que no te arma dietas individualizadas. Solo te hace una valoraciòn general acerca de que porcentaje de hidratos, proteinas y micro y macro nutrientes necesita una persona pero no es una dieta individualizada. He utilizado otros softwares mucho mejores que ofrecen las dietas individualizadas basadas en los objetivos y datos de biopedancia y ademàs miles de recetas. Cuando notè que esto no existe en virtualgym, a dos semanas de haber comprado el servicio y estando en perìodo de formaciòn quise cancelar el contrato y me lo denegaron. Además el servicio al cliente es pèsimo. Estuve una semana tratando de comunicarme por telèfono .
Por otro lado el primer mes ya me habìan cobrado un precio que no era el acordado.
soy entrenadora con 20 años de experiencia y he trabajado con otras Apps y esta no la recomiendo para nada..

Beste gym app

De ervaring met Virtuagym is positief. Altijd kijken wat zou een oplossing zijn voor als we vast zatten.

Avantages

De functionaliteit om trainingsschema op te maken voor klanten, maak het zeer efficient voor ons als bedrijf maar ook de klant zelf.

Inconvénients

Dat klanten niet zelf menus kunnen kiesen die wij als club maken. Met trainingsschema is dit wel mogelijk maar met voeding niet, dit zal het wel makkelijker maken met het begeleiden van klant. Want als club hoef je alleen maar te zorgen dan dat je zoveel mogelijk menus klaar heb staan en dat de klant zeld pak wat die lekker vind.

Valoración Virtuagym

La App es limitada en cuanto a modificaciones, pero por otro lado , aceptan comentarios y trabajan para solucionarlos, cosa de agradecer. La lista de espera no respeta el orden de prioridad, pero me consta que están trabajando en ello. El contrato es anual, con que para la entrevista inicial has de ser muy específico con lo que quieres y hacer hincapié en detalles que para ti son importantes.
Los Retos que se presentan para los clientes son interesantes, además del control de peso y medidas que cada cliente puede usar de forma individual y tener un seguimiento más exhaustivo.

Avantages

El sistema para entrenamiento me parece muy bueno.

Inconvénients

La App tiene que mejorar detalles de gestión de sesiones, pero también depende mucho de tu formato de trabajo.

Preis/leistung, Funktionalität, wiederkehrende Probleme bei Verwaltung, Anmeldung, Tracking, Terminplanung, Abwicklungen jeglicher Art bei/von Mitgliedern.
Ständig wechselnder Support! Immer wieder die selben Probleme dem 200sten Support-Mitarbeiter erklären.

No recomiendo Virtuagym

Una pesadilla, a pesar de que no funciona bien estás atado un año a pagarles y acabas contratando otra aplicación y pagándoles también a ellos. No la recomiendo

Avantages

No me ha gustado nada, diseño simple y poco atractivo, no se puede usar bien con móvil, añadir a cada nuevo cliente es realmente trabajoso y complicado.

Inconvénients

La primera es que te hacen firmar el contrato con prisas para que no lo puedas leer bien.
El segundo es que falla en lo más básico realizas reservas y se borran solas. Un desastre

Avantages

De agenda van virtuagym maakt het voor mij heel gemakkelijk. Vroeger hield ik alle abonnement manueel bij. Wanneer ik nu iemand boek worden er automatisch credits afgetrokken van hun account, die maakt het voor mij allemaal veel gemakkelijker en overzichtelijker.

Inconvénients

Er is niet iets wat ik minder goed vind. Alleen gebruik ik persoonlijk minder de coaching module. Dit komt vooral door de manier waarop ikzelf training geef. Voor iemand die vooral op fitness gericht is, zal deze module heel veel voordelen bieden.

My local gym uses Virtuagym to more effectively manage my member experience

I moved to my new gym about 1-2 years ago, and they automatically use the Virtuagym platform to manage member profiles. As a valued member, I've been able to interact with this platform and have definitely enjoyed its ease of use and straightforward features.

Avantages

My gym and trainers use Virtuagym to manage member profiles, and I personally use a customer-facing version of it on my end. I love being able to track my fitness schedule alongside my trainer's gym calendar. Additionally, I'm able to track my membership, monthly pricing, extra gym features, and even fitness goals.

Inconvénients

I wish I would be able to customize my fitness goals a bit more holistically on the app.

The whole manage system, booking system (schedules) & the support by email

Inconvénients

Credit system: when clients pause, they still receive credits. It's different to work with the coach app & on the web (you have much more option on the web).

Prettig gebruik en goede service

Ik gebruik Virtuagym voornamelijk voor het bijhouden van een klantenbestand, het maken van een rooster en en aanmaken en versturen van facturen. Hierover ben ik zeer tevreden, en de service is goed en snel. De rest van de functies heb ik niet in gebruik, dus dan is het wel redelijk prijzig.

Vele mogelijkheden!

De mogelijkheden zijn eindeloos! Je kan alles kwijt in het systeem wat je wil en je kan alles bijhouden mbt de financieen.

Inconvénients

Door de vele mogelijkheden zijn er soms vele stappen nodig om iets erin te kunnen zetten. Dit geld ook voor de klanten die credits kopen en dan moeten aanmelden etc. Er zouden wat minder proces stappen mogen zijn waardoor het gebruiksvriendelijker wordt.

Lacking in development

Avantages

Liked the graphics for the exercises, nice and clear to understand each exercise from the images.

Inconvénients

Had issues for many months just to set up the direct debit to pay for the software. At the time of use the app it was really lacking in development, from aesthetics to functionality. Other competitors had much better functionality such as habit tracking. The only option was to link with Paypal which had quite big payment fees.

Virtuagym helpt me een goede dienst te kunnen leveren.

Ik ben er tevreden met hoe virtuagym zich heeft ontwikkeld, de klantenservice is serieus geworden en helpt goed. Dit was vroeger wel anders. De applicatie werkt fijn, duidelijk voor leden en coaches. Ik ben over het algemeen erg tevreden.

Avantages

Het werkt heel makkelijk, voor zowel de coaches als de leden die gebruik maken van de app.

Inconvénients

Dat je maaltijdplannen er wel voor weken in kan zetten, maar als je het eruit wilt halen moet dit per dag en dat duurt veel te lang. Terwijl bij een trainingschema deze er wel met 1 druk op de knop uit te halen is.

Great product with an awesome onboarding experience!

We have build our health and fitness app for craft beer drinkers on the custom mobile app software. Overall very impressed with all components so far. Professional team of onboarders whcih made the process seamless.

Avantages

Easy to use, great out of the box functionality. Custom mobile app is impressive and works very well.

Inconvénients

Could do with more full integrations i.e. with more wearables (Garmin etc). A couple still have a few bugs that need to be ironed out.

System was not working

It was AWEFUL, they just kept telling me to watch the videos and my clients were not able to log in.

Avantages

Nothing the cost was too high, I spent way too much time with stuff that was not related. Support system is WEAK!

Inconvénients

It did not work for me so if was time consuming frustrating and expensive, a very bad combination.

Consumer Feedback

Overall, I am happy with the functions of the product. The team has shown a tremendous desire to meet any of my goals and needs and works in collaboration with their clients. They have helped me set the system up after transferring from a competitor, the client experience is outstanding, the tools available are great for gym specific needs. I am completely satisfied with the product and only wish to see some advancements in payroll processing to reduce management time.

Avantages

I enjoy the ease of communication between club goals and client goals. The use of the message boards, program design tools, app sign in functions, and scheduling have helped make this product a great success for our team and for communicating with our members

Inconvénients

I dislike the inability to track payroll. Payroll has become a manual process where each day needs to be logged and accounted for rather than automated through services rendered. Further, the inability to adjust previously logged sessions: i.e. book a client, client cannot show up, scheduled time of appointment has passed, and we cannot undue the session. Makes it difficult to track sessions completed and payroll.

Great Choice to Gym Owners to Manage Their Works

I found and recommend Virtuagym to my client who has a own gym. He had be finally very pleased with it after a few bad experiences wtih other softwares.

Avantages

Virtuagyms user-friendly interface and integrations with other fitness apps and devices make it a valuable tool for fitness management. It offers a range of features for all gym owners, trainers, and clients.

Inconvénients

Some features, such as nutrition tracking, are not as robust as other specialized apps. And the pricing could be considering for some users.

Great Customer Service and Focus!

Great experience and very professional and understanding staff!

Avantages

The functionality of the App was easy navigate for members, creating your own programs, engaging with trainers and also the community! The team answered any questions or issues we had within 24 hours and were prompt to fix these issues.

Inconvénients

Creating customised push notifications would be a great feature and something we definitely would pay extra for!

Amo affiancare l'applicazione al mio lavoro. Mi da sempre nuove idee e stimoli per gli esercizi in palestra, che si trasformano in soddisfazione per i miei allievi. Le animazione degli esercizi sono fatte davvero bene.La gestione degli iscritti e la personalizzazione degli esercizi per i partecipanti ai corsi viene gestita molto facilmente.

Inconvénients

L'abbonamento potrebbe essere troppo costoso per alcuni utenti.

Good for Class Projects

Avantages

The onboarding process was quick and easy. There are a few learning curves but these have been easy to manage as the platform itself has been rather intuitive to work with. The platform suits my needs for what I am using it for (class projects) and has been quite easy for my students and end-users to manage from the feedback received so far.

Inconvénients

No major cons so far. I have had some trouble finding specific exercises in the library which can be somewhat time consuming, although the ability to create my own with a video link is a great help. I have had this issue when using other platforms as well.

Facturatie, klantenbestand en incasso's. Overzichtelijk en neemt zoveel tijd weg.

Avantages

De databank van oefeningen. Het is erg uitgebreid! De app is mooi en overzichtelijk en je kan vrijwel alles meten. Ideaal voor coaching idem PT. De leden admin is een pluspunt alles is geautomatiseerd. Dat neemt enorm veel tijd weg. Af en toe even controleren eens in de week en je bent good to go.

Inconvénients

Wellicht de lidmaatschappen instellen. Je moet goed opletten wat je doet. Tevens als iemand stopt moet je kijken dat niet ineens nog een pro forma erin wordt gezet. Maar dit moet je even doorhebben. Voorderest geen aanmerkingen.

Muchas funcionalidades, hasta que contratas y llegan los peros

Servicio pesimo, despues de 3 meses aprendiendo como configurar la app con videos tutoriales y comprender que de lo que me habian vendido a lo que habia recibido se va un mundo, les indico que eso no es en lo que quedamos y me dicen que a pesar de no haber comenzado a utilizar la app, aunque haya pagado puntualmente todos los meses, tengo un contrato anual y que me tengo que atener a el, aunque la app no haga lo que me dijeron ni la vaya a utilizaar.

Avantages

A la hora de adquirir la app buscabamos una forma de realizar seguimiento a nuestros clientes, no somos un servicio de fitmes, pero si de entrenamiento personal aunque dirigido al perro. Asi que las funcionalidades que nos ofrecia de realizar seguimiento es lo que queriamos, una linea directa del cliente con su entrenador, marcarle retos o ejercicios semanales y saber como los estaba realizando el cliente, que pudiera enviarnos videos de los ejercicios para poder darle feedback de la evolución. Compartir con el videos, y poder vender a nuestros clientes un seguimiento y consultoria por una suscripción mensual.
Logicamente, pudiendo reservar nuestros clientes las clases a través de un calendario y que apareciera en el google calendar de nuestros adiestadores, las horas y clases que tenian reservadas. Los clientes podian contratar una mensualidad y dependiendo de la mensualidad el coste de las clases variaba, los FREE pagarian cada clase, los LITE tendrían un descuento y los PREMIUM las clases gratuitas. Logicamente pagando a través de la app que estaria integrado con una plataforma de pago y TPV.
¿Genial verdad?

Inconvénients

Que la realidad no tenia nada que ver con lo que nos habian vendido.
El calendario no se sincronizaba y nuestros adiestradores tenian que entrar en la app para consultar si les habian reservado clases o no.
Para inscribirse en clases grupales habia que comprar puntos y luego canjearlos por las clases. Los pagos no se podian realizar a través de nuestro TPV, sino que tenia que ser una plataforma de pago con las que ellos tenian contrato, STRIPE no lo tenian y con PAYPAL no podian pagar suscripciones los clientes, debia ser con domiciliacion bancaria (a nadie le gusta dar los datos bancarios en una app) o a través de otra plataforma MOLLY, que tiene un servicio de atención pesimo, en 3 meses no hemos podido contratar el servicio con ellos. Por lo tanto adios suscripciones.
Las clases no varia el precio dependiendo del tipo de suscripción, sino que tienes que hacer manualmente descuentos, poner varios articulos con varios precios, no existe la posibilidad de contacto directo con el cliente, el cliente no te puede subir videos directamente, el seguimiento consiste en que tu le pongas en un calendario a el cliente un ejercicio y que lo cheque indicando si lo ha hecho o no.
Te cobran 100 Euros/mes "por personalizarte la app" y me encuentro que eso consiste en que le cambian el logo a la app, yo lo que queria es que en las pantallas del cliente en lugar de salir imagenes de gente haciendo fitness aparecieran gente adiestrando perros, y me indican que eso no se puede hacer.

Great program especially for an affordable price

I do love the product! Being such a small gym it's nice that there is a company out there that is priced perfectly even for us small gyms. (less then 25 clients). Sometimes that's so hard to find.

Avantages

The ease of adding clients, and being able to set up a schedule a year out, or once a week up to every day.

Inconvénients

The one thing I don't like is I wish when a class/session was cancelled it would text a client, not just go to e-mail. Also I have trained clients under 18 years of age, I wish I could have 2 different e-mails on file. One for the parent and one for the actual client

Good and Bad

The part that we really liked was the coach module. That's why we will keep our business partnership.
I don't trust in the other parts, honestly, I don't recommend for a gym or studio.

Avantages

Coach Module (just the program part), I would say that customer centre a few times did a good job.

Inconvénients

Finances, Schedule, Clint's Session Control (this part was horrible), Analytics never worked.

Happy with our service

It has been very beneficial to every day use. From setting up new membership to taking payments

Avantages

Was easy to set up with the one on one help going over all features and way to use them. It make our book keeping easy and membership and payment management is awesome.

Inconvénients

Tech support not available 24/7 if there is a problem can take days to fix. One of the features my members like most was when they scanned in at gym door it greeted them by name and told them how many credits they had left. One day it just stopped showing and after many phone calls still not back up.

False Claims

Don't waste your time or your money. I now have to take the time to find a new product AND convert my clients to a new system. This is not ideal at all! I am very frustrated. I've only been using virtuagym for 4 going on 5 months. Avoid at all costs!

Avantages

I like the idea of the software. In theory it was everything I wanted. Scheduling and interactive calendar for myself and staff. Nutrition coaching at our fingertips. Progress tracking and club goals/community aspects. Billing and business management tools. Everything sounded great!

Inconvénients

I may need more space:

1. It is not real-time scheduling. You cannot adjust your schedule, plan or delete anything if you are not on the web browser version. As a personal trainer I need the ease and convenience of using my phone to schedule at any given time.

2. The nutrition database is atrocious. Clients and staff are both complaining about the incorrect numbers, portions, nutritional details, etc. It is way too tedious to find the right product and measurements and half the time I am just finding something "close enough."

2b. Meal plans do not save entirely once you construct them. Once you click save, some or all of the items you populated onto the plan will be deleted and you'll have to start from scratch. Waste of time!

3. No progress pics can be added from the app

4. When you want to add a video of an exercise you must link it to your YouTube unlike Trainerize who let's you upload directly from your laptop/phone

5. New members have the HARDEST time getting setup

6. I paid for the customized app and all of my clients have a "virtuagym" app.

7. When I complained about the needed features not being accessible, they gave me a completely pointless feature that I cannot use.

All in all, I thought I was getting more with Virtuagym than I had with trainerize but I think I will just go back to Trainerize. I would not recommend this product to anyone who takes pride in their coaching.

Oversold under delivered

Unreliable, oversell under deliver, not willing to be accountable, and dishonest sales people. Avoid this platform at all costs, it will lose your business a fortune.

Avantages

It's quite simple to learn and operate.

Inconvénients

The short comings are many. It starts with their sales team misleading us about it's functionality. I was very specific about the fact that we wanted a one stop shop for POS, database management, invoicing, communications and gym access.
You cannot mass email your database with out using a third party provider like mail chimp, which means you now have to operate two databases.
After 2 years we have had so much reputational damage and have recently decided to remove 24 hour access from our offering I will transition to another platform, as the door access software (again third party) kept going offline and denying customers access.
They never had solutions or explanations for why it wouldn't work, they blamed the telco's, the power, the third party gate keeper they recommended, our PC's, other software, but never took any responsibility.
We never got the App live as they just did not respond for 6 months.

Customer and End User benefits

Avantages

Better than every other system we have used when asking inexperienced or junior staff to pick it up and go with it. The user interface for customers is also much easier and better than others, we have had very positive feedback from our gym members. A good range of tools and options that can be set up and customised without having to dedicate additional resource to operate it. The community noticeboard feature has been vital to our customer-centric approach.

Inconvénients

limited connectivity to big brand wearable tech.
We were also unable to use it to manage our online sports hall bookings.

Nutrition App/Meal Plans

Overall my experience has been well! For the most part about 90% of my clients have been successful using the app. The other 10% really struggle since they are used to the easiness of MyFitness Pal's tracking features.

Avantages

I only use the Calorie Counter app and meal plan software. I like that I can see all of my clients food logs, load foods into their meals plans, and customize their macros. It makes it easy to monitor my clients intake to ensure they are hitting their goals to lead to results. Being able to save meals is great, especially when I have clients who eat the same meals a lot, or if I want to save a quick meal for my clients to have access too. I also like how my clients can see the little icon (yellow) to let them know I personally input that food item or created a meal. Overall I have enjoyed using the software!

Inconvénients

There needs to be a way to create a recipe. One like MyFitness Pal, where you load all of the bulk ingredients of the recipe, then attach the number of servings the entire recipe creates so you can log the single serving. It is too challenging for my clients to log food if there is a recipe involved because it is a VERY length process to create a meal based on serving size when it is cooked in bulk. I believe there also needs to be a feature to track the 3 macros in grams versus percentages. Clients have a better understanding when they know "I have to hit 150g of carbs" versus seeing 100% at the top once carbs are hit. In the app, when you click on the percentage circles it gives a large range of macros to fall within. This does not allow for accuracy to truly see fat loss or muscle gain. When it comes to grams of macros, there is a very small window (5g of Pro/Carbs and 2g Fat) to ensure calories are not way over or under. Right now the app can fluctuate 80g which is HUGE that is 320 calories plus or minus on both carbs and proteins , fats fluctuate close to 22g which could be a 198 calorie difference. If someone continually hit high on those macros they would never lose the fat they desired

When people input foods, there seems to be a lot of confusion when attaching a portion, or just in general since it autofill's to Macros Based on 100g. I have seen many food items input completely wrong, this could really put someone in a bad position when logging .

I liked how it was a completely custom set up with a platform for my clients. I like being able to access each clients food diaries as well as have the option to load meals right into their app! It is extremely user friendly on a coaching stand point and I have had no problems navigating it. The price is also much more realistic for me since I am a super small business. There are some small speed bumps I run into, however, I have been good with overcoming them. I do still struggle getting some clients on board to be patient and take time to learn the software.

Not Ideal for Small Business Users

I wasn't happy with the onboarding process as training was mostly independent and delay response time from support team.

There was no option to buy out of 12 month agreement due to dissatisfaction with the product so you're left with a product that you dread to use.

Only made use of their software for a couple months before switching to another product. Currently waiting for terms of agreement to expire so I don't have to see my account being billed by them.

Avantages

I enjoyed the community board feature where updates can be posted in real time to the group/clients which promotes interaction.

The app user friendly according to member feedback.

Inconvénients

Not ideal for martial arts based businesses.

The templates and features within the software seem catered more towards larger chain gyms/health clubs to track fitness stats important to personal training and traditional group fitness classes.

The initial sales call made it appear that it would be easier for a small business to use, but it didn't feel like that at all.

COULD BE AWESOME BUT IT NOT

Lack honesty and integrity: they have been dishonest on a number of occassions adn never admit that they are lying to you. They promised us a payment provider other than PayPal in 2016, and we are still waiting. They dont seem to care that much for clients outside of The Netherlands.
Very poor support: take too long to return communications, many customers IOS APP's have not been updated since 2018 when they claimed to have notified us all about a change in Apple App store policy and even after two years of apps not being updated they belived it was not their responsibility to assist their customers.
During COVID closure they continued to charge full price and even took extra payments out of our account while we were closed and had no income.

Avantages

WORKOUT BUILDER
Extensive exericse library and custom exercises (including videos) are easy to add.
MOBILE APPS
There are Andriod and IOS App for customers and a Coaching App for coaches to use. They are good when they work.
MANY FEATURES
They provide features for Club management, and for coaches and customers. Have not found another software company that address all three well.

Inconvénients

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. Im a small owner operator and they charge me $300AUD a month.
BUGS GALORE .It often has bugs and therefore doesnt work efficiently.
IOS MOBILE APP - Has not been updated since 2018 and it has taken me over 2 months to get them to do it.

DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE

Dealing with virtuagym has been an absolute nightmare. If I could give it less than zero stars, I would.

Avantages

The only positive thing about virtuagym is being able to put our company's circuits in the app for clients to use during open session. However, we were told that we'd be able to film and upload our own exercises and that has only worked once. I've spent HOURS editing and uploading videos only to have them not work. It's beyond frustrating. It took 3 weeks to hear back about this issue and all I received was "Currently, there is a bug that is affecting a few portals the same way and it is almost ready for deployment by our software developers." 6 weeks later and the videos still don't work.

Inconvénients

Everything about this software is a joke. We've had countless issues dealing with them and little resolve. The biggest issue we've had is the "system" copying contracts and adding unpaid credits to client’s profiles. We've had over 130 credits applied which is over $10,000 worth of sessions. I work for a small business and if we hadn't noticed this, we would be out of business. We’ve had contracts ended and added by the “system” as well discounts being added or not removed. It takes days, sometimes weeks to hear back from anyone about anything. When they email asking if the “ticket” has been resolved and I say no, they close the ticket out and we never hear back from them regarding the issue. I’ve been asking for weeks to get a call with upper management for my boss to speak with someone and we finally got something worked out and the call was canceled and hour before it was supposed to happen. I would use extreme caution doing business with them. I was not a part of the company when we brought VirtuaGym on, but they must have a good sales team. However, that’s where it ends.

When dealing with software technology it is impossible to avoid bugs, issues, and glitches even for large companies like Google, Apple, Netflix, and Facebook. That, of course, does not make it any better for you as a business and can take away precious time and occasionally money.
Unfortunately some fixes take time, more time than desirable and the support team do their best to answer client queries in response to the problems.
