Avantages

Whether logging in as an admin or end-user, the system is super easy to use. There's no steep learning curve or anything like that. It tracks time and works as a keylogger to better track productivity, my staff and I love it because it helped us keep productivity levels at 90%

Inconvénients

I wish there was a way to set up shifts and to process payroll based on those shifts.

Avantages

The app takes up very little space, runs in the background and has enough features for tracking time spent by employees that I don't know how we'd do without it. It has been faithfully tracking time for us for a couple of years now and has rarely run into problems compared to others that we've tried or evaluated in the past

Inconvénients

The one thing that employees hate about Monitask is the fact that selecting a pre inputted task sometimes takes a bit of effort. The dropdown sometimes does not highlight the task, you'll have to click on the dropdown several times to make it stick. The accuracy of the snapshot also has quirks which we have already gotten used to.

It's a very powerful piece of software, I had an onboarding call with [sensitive content hidden] and learned that it has literally all the functionality that I needed - just had to figure out how to get set up. The [sensitive content hidden], has also been incredibly responsive - you don't normally get this type of attention with any software..

for someone who's not very familiar with this kind of tech, i was just overwhelmed with all the options but that was solved by having an onboarding call.

Avantages

I like the options were I can see the employees productivity, number of hrs work and their inactive status specially for over lunch and over breaks. Screenshots help us in monitoring the productivity of our employee.

Inconvénients

The screesnhots. All its features are great.

Avantages

It allows no minimum number of users, which is great for small teams. Many remote tracking tools have minimum user requirements which end up costly and unused.
The screenshots are always accurate and clear and the productivity indicator is really useful for reviewing hours.

Inconvénients

More tools in the subscriptions for smaller teams.

Monitask was an easy to use platform to help us as a small business grow with our international contractors. Having timesheets, kpi tracking and a usable interface helps us reach our operational goals.

There are a few features that are more refined then others but overall usage is incredibly ideal.

It ran immediately when I started up my computer so I could track my time at the beginning of each work day and clock out afterwards without hassle. Whenever my computer was idle, it would track that as well. It also tracked the sites i spent the most time on.

No cons here. It was good for tracing my time.

Avantages

Monitask gives a new perspective in the way of monitoring a task and project. It is a great way for project administration to track the project progress percent and which task is still left behind the time schedule.

Inconvénients

It will be great if the task has an option for mobile version, so for the user that need to go off the sites still can be counted on their task timing. It is not too pressing, but should be good it they have it.

this software is really helpfull for me to manage my small team. its really make a remote work is really possible to do. before i know Monitask, i just thing that working remote is really difficult to trust really my team. but because Monitask, i can really more trust with my team, and i can be more productive and effective to know what is important in development so i can see all my team works on their screen. good job Monitask Team!

sometimes monitask is buggy, where sometimes the screenshot is not loaded or sometimes at my team screen it already recorded, but in dashoard its not. so i hope this software can be better in the future. but overall i realy love the team how they treat me as a user.. where every report i bring to developer, they really heard about that and fix it as soon as a possible.

It´s very useful can get the screenshots of all activities of my remote users this feature increase the productivity

Full feature set, ability to screen capture more than one monitor, and ability to update task comments in between/independent of screen captures - this allows the team to note key items as they come up. Pricing is fair.

minor...no direct way to go from the tool to the www dashboard. Need to click 'enter manual time' then go from there.
