From start to finish Fieldcode made our service processes so much easier.
Fieldcode helps us manage the lifecycle of our IT equipment—customizations, installs, repairs, and de-installations. It has cut down on miscommunication between teams, sped up our scheduling, and overall made everything run faster and smoother. Plus, having a clear overview of each step makes sure we don’t miss anything.
Avantages
The workflow-driven approach stands out for us. It helps us handle not just field tasks but also the entire preparation phase, like coordinating customizations. The way the planning and execution stages are connected makes everything smoother—no back-and-forth, everything just flows.
Inconvénients
There are always new features being added, and it can be hard to keep up with at times. But on the plus side, the team does a good job of announcing these updates during their monthly webcast calls, so we’re always informed and can stay on top of any changes.

It was overwhelming to track which staff members were available and had the right qualifications for tasks. Now the system checks availability and certifications, making things so much easier. We’re now confident that tasks are being assigned and done correctly.
Avantages
I thought it would be difficult to get on board since I don’t have a technical background but it’s been the opposite. I don’t have to chase down who’s available when and where anymore. The scheduling tool takes care of all of that.
Inconvénients
N/A, the training resources and documentation were comprehensive enough and their support team was always quick and friendly to assist.

Fieldcode has made it easier for us to manage all the different stages of IT service management, from installations to tracking tasks. It’s really helped us cut down on miscommunication between teams and sped up our processes, which is crucial when working with dependencies across our IT infrastructure.
Avantages
Fieldcode has really helped us stay on top of our IT service tasks. It gives us great visibility into what’s happening, which is important since we deal with complex IT landscapes.

Improved data entry, management and process of ticket information
With custom lists, the tool automatically recognizes the client and fills in the address, contact person, and other details we need for new tickets. It’s really sped up the process. It’s like having a customer database built into our ticketing system.
Avantages
We have a lot of recurring customers and sites so it’s been great having the tool automatically fill in details for new tickets based on previous entries, saving us a lot of time.
Inconvénients
We’d like to be able to import Excel files to update our lists since they are too big for manual creation. Currently we can’t do that but we’ve been told they are in the process of rolling this out.

Avantages
We deal with large complex projects involving multiple teams and contractors. With Fieldcode we’ve been able to securely onboard temporary workers and subcontractors with everyone completing their work on shared projects. Everyone can access the information they need and easily transfer and report on their work without needing full system access.
Inconvénients
There’s a lot to learn but well worth the time. We also found support to be quick, friendly and on point.

Built a stable base for our future operations.
Given our rapid growth, a lot of information wasn’t being captured or just wasn’t manageable. We required a lot of manual input until we digitized our workflows with Fieldcode. We fully integrated our processes and systems and now we can easily manage our data and have a clear picture of our operations.
Avantages
Information and customer demands are now manageable, schedules and staffing needs are clear, and our staff know exactly what they need to do to complete tasks.
Inconvénients
They don’t have accounting or billing functionalities, but they integrated their software with accounting software.

Field service work is done faster and easier
Avantages
It’s saved us from a lot of manual data transfer, we use Fieldcode for all our ticket management and technicians reporting their work. I like the automation of sending emails to users.
Inconvénients
The software is working well for us but we wanted to use the software in the free version but since we have more than 10 people we needed to switch to a paid account.

It helps us a lot to put together the best routes and control our daily work.
Avantages
We have set multiple workflows in the tool which do allow us to handle various projects. We use Fieldcode to plan our tickets and have the field technicians report their work. It’s connected to many of our customer systems to transfer the tickets into Fieldcode which saves us a lot of manually data transfer.
Inconvénients
At times it takes long for new features to be implemented. I find it complicated to get new things added if it’s not part of the standard software.

Super Support, schnell und sehr hilfreich. Die Software hat bisher unsere Anforderungen erfüllt und wir hatten auch bereits eine Funktionalität, die Fieldcode erst eingeführt hat weil wir danach gefragt haben.
Avantages
Fieldcode hilft uns, die Prozesse mehr zu automatisieren. Wir vermeiden so unnötige Arbeit bevor das Ticket zum Techniker kommt. Die automatische Verplanung und das Kundenportal haben unseren Disponenten das Leben massiv erleichtert.
Inconvénients
Soweit passt alles, wir hatten keine nennenswerten Probleme.

Avantages
We handle a lot of projects and Fieldcode has made communications and staying on top of these projects easier. We share information on tickets and everyone is on the same page. Our field technicians can easily report their work and resolve issues faster.
Inconvénients
There's a learning curve when it comes to using Fieldcode. It has a lot of features, so it takes some time to get the hang of it.

Efficient Field Service Management
The advantages described above have been clear to us and we have been able to increase our productivity while also improving customer satisfaction. That combined with their pay per use model makes this solution so attractive to us.
Avantages
Actually, there are a few points which made Fieldcode very attractive to us.
At first, it is the ease of how the system could integrate with the various tools of our customers.
This is limiting transition costs as well as the time you need to get service ready.
Secondly and maybe most important, the tool has an overall focus on increasing productivity.
In our view, this is the most important topic in volume field services to be cost-effective.
To be able to monitor and continuously improve a global field service setup, you need to have a good overview of what is going on.
Fieldcode has this ability by providing a true real-time overview of everything happing.
This is valid within the tools itself, but also within the real-time dashboards provided.
Finally, the tool is guiding all our technician's through their daily work, which is a huge difference to most tools we have seen. Normally the technician's are “reporting“ something into the tool, but in this case, the tool is telling what to do next.
On top of that, Fieldcode is CO2 neutralizing every of our interventions, which fits perfectly into our company strategy.
Inconvénients
The software itself is designed to effectively operate field service operations, it will not substitute the need for ticket management software. That would be a great extension of its current capabilities.
