Easy to use
provides benefits of filing applications much faster
Avantages
This application has been a good way to notify human resources about licenses, vacations, and permits more quickly and safely. In addition, it makes it easier when there are absences from work to be able to have the notification and have a record of the days missed. With its mobile application that works perfectly, I can register requests for licenses or overtime worked from anywhere without having to be in the human resources office.
Inconvénients
Each function has been useful in my work life and I like all the processes I can do from the application

Our experience with EDays!
Fantastic! Completely changed/streamlined our processes. Professional and friendly, couldn't ask for more!
Avantages
How EDays listened to us and worked with us to provide us with the best system for our needs. The ease of the system, the training EDays provided was spot on, it has worked so well for our business.
Inconvénients
We have yet to come across something on EDays that doesn't work well for us.

excellent business tool to use and easy to understanding

easy for individuals to use, and easy for admin (myself) to get a clear understanding of the group's absence etc.
Inconvénients
the reporting I find hit and miss, and trial and error usually to obtain the information.

Worst Customer Service
Awful. Have implemented and used many other more intuitive and better performing systems.
Avantages
In principal the features are easy to use
Inconvénients
In principal the features are easy to use and seem relatively straightforward, however when you try to use or change any of its functionality in practice, it never works correctly.
The system regularly encounters issues and records change without any admin or user instruction to do so.
The technical support team are never able to investigate or explain these changes. Or provide a satisfactory resolution.
The technical support are unhelpful and provide no service whatsoever.

4 Stars. Good support but could be slightly more user friendly
Good experience overall, but loses a star from some elements being less user friendly.
Avantages
Good support from help desk when help is needed.
Easy to view holiday, sickness etc on the calendar (clear presentation.)
Inconvénients
Using the tools as an administrator can sometimes be complicated and unclear.
Some processes are complicated and require help needed from the support desk. For example, adding a day off for birthdays was harder than I had anticipated.

Great system, fab support team!
I have always found them extremely helpful and willing to engage with us to make using the platform easier. The platform is intuitive and works well for us - especially as we have employees across the globe. Employees find this easy to use and there's lots of useful functionality with reporting, being able to proxy as a user and many other things!
Avantages
The ease of use, and how helpful the support team are with any and all queries!
Inconvénients
Nothing jumps out - the only struggles I have are from being new to using the system and still finding my way around!

A positive experience with eDays
Overall the experience has been positive, it is nice now knowing who we can reach out to if we have any questions/problems. The system is easy to use, while allowing us to personalise it in ways that suit our business.
Avantages
Simple to use, when introducing new employees to the system it is very self explanatory which makes it easier for both parties.
Since connecting with an account manager, we have found out ways to utilise the system even more e.g. setting up workflows, so the system does work well in my opinion.
Inconvénients
Sometimes when setting up new joiners, the system does not automatically calculate the holiday they are owed. The only way we have found out is when employees go to book holiday and it says they are entitles to zero days. We still have not found the solution for this, so there is some manual work still needed but luckily it doesn't happen with every employee.

Keep track of your call outs and absence.
Overall, edays has transformed the way we manage employee leave. It’s user-friendly once you get the hang of it and saves a lot of time.
Avantages
The ability to track everything from sickness to holidays in one system is incredibly efficient.

It has many options to explore, so it takes a long time to master.

Edays Satisfied!
My overall experience with edays is pleasurable. In most cases, it is a user friendly platform.

The customer service that I receive is what I like most about edays.

Great System, Amazing Customer Service
Over as a business we have been happy using Edays. Would recommend for any business solely looking to track all absences, WFH and those who have multi-sites.
Avantages
The system has a lot of built in features and add ons that can be added and customised by the user as and when needed.
Inconvénients
The way in which to 'switch on' certain features isn't always done in the most obvious way, which is made up for by [sensitive content hidden] who will always give speedy responses to help out with functionalities

E-days system
Avantages
The system is easy to use and navigate. You can easily customise it to your needs and the reporting is very good. The mobile phone app is very useful for on the go.
Inconvénients
Administrators don't have their team calendar as standard on the home page.

Simplicity
It is simple to use for both administrators, authorisers and employeesIt is hard to imagine not using it ... it's a great package

Setting up the spreadsheet for the data upload was straight forward and a "once only" taskYou then have all relevant information in one place
Inconvénients
I would like support to be immediate, but who doesn't want thatHowever, you can mark it up from critical (system issues) to not so critical, and they do have a number of training seminars that you can access later and FAQ's

E-Days is a great absence management system

Excellent Edays
Having the App to use is now a great benefit, and the reports are very easy to use
Avantages
We moved to the new platform recently and the transition, implementation and the training was fantastic. It could not have been better. The Customer success Manager [sensitive content hidden] was on hand and so helpful and responsive. Training with Raj was simple and effective.
Inconvénients
Ways around the emailing of self certification, as some users do not have access to Emails or phone during work to enable them to complete the RTW.

Easy to use Absence Management System
E-days has significantly helped our unauthorised leave management, and has strengthened our processes on sickness.
Avantages
E-days is super easy to use for both employees and approving managers.
Inconvénients
You cannot customise built in forms which means we are unable to utilise some of the features ie Return to Work form.

E=days makes tracking days electronicaly a breeze
It has transformed how we manage employees time and attendance needs, from alocating working from home allowance, to managing sickness its very easy to use and clear cut information
Avantages
The easy and bright simple UI, navigation with big buttons that functionaly make sense, very easy to read colour coded caladenar, how it works and displays across various devices
Inconvénients
Lack of mobile app and would love to integrate it with other systems but options seem limited

Every company should have a system like this
Avantages
Even though I’m self employed the company that I work for needs to keep track of my absences so I use edays. It’s very used to see the whole year and get to have a clear picture of everyone’s holidays so no one clashes with each other.
Inconvénients
Edays doesn’t let you book holidays with less than 14 days notice - I think. But that’s actually a great idea so the companies have time to find cover

My user experience wiht Edays
As an HR Business Partner, I am having a positive experience with edays so far. I comply with our legal obligations. It gives me and all our employees a better visibility on our absences and more autonomy to plan our holidays. Using edays has improved data quality for HR and Payroll. It is now much easier to move from one holiday period to another.
Avantages
Edays is a flexible and a user-friendly application. What I like with Edays is the ability to adjust to a local legal obligation. I appreciate calendar and the holiday balances in real time. This feature gives our employees more visibility and autonomy to manage their absences. The Customer service is available and very reactive.
Inconvénients
I do not see major cons. The challenge would be to create an interface with our HR Management System.

Great product and good value for money
Overall experience has been very good

Very easy to set up and use and good value for money. We had more of a manual process in place previously and edays has improved services a lot

Options to include details as confidential when you request leave for example (only for line manager view). reminder emails to those who have not approved something?

Happy Administrator
Found it easy to use and I believe managers also.
Avantages
From my point of administrating the system I find it easy enough to navigate and quick to make fixes and find what I need. If I ever have a problem or something needs changing I cannot do [sensitive content hidden] our support is always quick to help.
Inconvénients
There has been a few things it cannot do that would be useful to our business such as having more than one manager people able to fully manage a employee to the capacity they can both cancel training/holidays.
