Easy to use
provides benefits of filing applications much faster
Avantages
This application has been a good way to notify human resources about licenses, vacations, and permits more quickly and safely. In addition, it makes it easier when there are absences from work to be able to have the notification and have a record of the days missed. With its mobile application that works perfectly, I can register requests for licenses or overtime worked from anywhere without having to be in the human resources office.
Inconvénients
Each function has been useful in my work life and I like all the processes I can do from the application

Avantages
How EDays listened to us and worked with us to provide us with the best system for our needs. The ease of the system, the training EDays provided was spot on, it has worked so well for our business.

We have yet to come across something on EDays that doesn't work well for us.

Worst Customer Service
Awful. Have implemented and used many other more intuitive and better performing systems.

In principal the features are easy to use
Inconvénients
In principal the features are easy to use and seem relatively straightforward, however when you try to use or change any of its functionality in practice, it never works correctly.
The system regularly encounters issues and records change without any admin or user instruction to do so.
The technical support team are never able to investigate or explain these changes. Or provide a satisfactory resolution.
The technical support are unhelpful and provide no service whatsoever.

Avantages
The system is quite easy to use, and is actually the easiest I have used.
Inconvénients
Reports include leavers which is confusing. Can't find a report heading to identify line managers.

Versatile yet easy to pick up. The edays staff support are great!
Fantastic support from day one. Initial setup and handover was very smooth and simple to pick up.
Any issues that have arisen have been dealt with quickly and competently. All the edays team are friendly and knowledgeable.
Avantages
The system is very versatile and the online guides are great for training staff to use edays.
Easy to learn and adapt to the company needs.
Inconvénients
The app limitations doesn't allow staff to declare on the self-cert form.

Very, very positive! Edays has been well received by end users, with overwhelmingly positive feedback and has been formally accepted into service.
Avantages
The service provide users with a new modern multi-platform solution for managing leave and provides new capabilities for managers to visualise all of their team members leave requests. Edays is be hosted in the ‘cloud’ and accessible from all our corporate that have an internet connection using Single Sign On (SSO).
Inconvénients
There were essentially only two main issues. Firstly, out of the box Edays was unable to work with the sheer number of different rota patterns in HSE (over 500). However, with close collaboration and a degree of re-tooling, we successfully overcame this. Second, we had to work with Edays to make the application function for adaptive equipment users (JAWS/Dragon etc.), in so far as these users / line managers, were able to book and approve leave. Edays have were encouraged to seek and achieve WCAG accreditation.

Excellent
Excellent - The customer support is great. The team listen to what customers want and implement these to support your company. Employees find it easy to use and love that it can be used on their mobiles. Being able to reach other platforms we use through the e-days is a really good feature so employee only have to go to one place.
Avantages
The time submission feature is great we have been able to go paperless on timesheets since we had this feature added.
Inconvénients
Alerts to sickness trigger points so we can be reminded when meetings need to take place

It is good, and would be better if I was the primary administrator.
Avantages
I like the service first and foremost! The system is seamless, but I was not the primary person using it this year and had to get up to speed. [sensitive content hidden] did this for me!

Sometimes the reporting isn't as seamless.

Alright app, complete its function but could be better
Avantages
Its function is full filled and it has moved towards a friendlier user experience on the app.
Inconvénients
The web version does not seem as friendly and lacks visual organisation.
I find it a bit complicated despite using it for 5 years now.

E-Days Review- first three months
It is easier to track absences, not just for a particular employee, but for the entire population. We're able to see how many planned absences will occur, so we can put measures into place, employees are able to book time offs and await approvals. It has definitely saved time.
Avantages
- It is user friendly and the support portal is very efficient and effective, and the support team works to fulfill ticket requests in a very short time so as to prevent any consequences from occurring.- Reports are extremely easy to pull and aid in the decision making process.
Inconvénients
Entitlements feature wasn't the easiest to navigate once an employee was already added. However, support as previously mentioned, support is readily available.

Super Easy to USe
Its Super!!
Avantages
Has saved so much time for Managers with time off approvals and tracking. Employees love it because its fast and easy to you. Has completely changed the way we manage absences. Highly recommend and the Project and Customer Service Teams are excellent

Avantages
The detail that can go into edays makes this a very cost effective solution for any business

There are limitations to some things, however edays are good at listening and do make amendments.

Excellent Edays
Having the App to use is now a great benefit, and the reports are very easy to use
Avantages
We moved to the new platform recently and the transition, implementation and the training was fantastic. It could not have been better. The Customer success Manager [sensitive content hidden] was on hand and so helpful and responsive. Training with Raj was simple and effective.
Inconvénients
Ways around the emailing of self certification, as some users do not have access to Emails or phone during work to enable them to complete the RTW.

Easy to use Absence Management System
E-days has significantly helped our unauthorised leave management, and has strengthened our processes on sickness.
Avantages
E-days is super easy to use for both employees and approving managers.
Inconvénients
You cannot customise built in forms which means we are unable to utilise some of the features ie Return to Work form.

E=days makes tracking days electronicaly a breeze
It has transformed how we manage employees time and attendance needs, from alocating working from home allowance, to managing sickness its very easy to use and clear cut information
Avantages
The easy and bright simple UI, navigation with big buttons that functionaly make sense, very easy to read colour coded caladenar, how it works and displays across various devices
Inconvénients
Lack of mobile app and would love to integrate it with other systems but options seem limited

Every company should have a system like this
Avantages
Even though I’m self employed the company that I work for needs to keep track of my absences so I use edays. It’s very used to see the whole year and get to have a clear picture of everyone’s holidays so no one clashes with each other.
Inconvénients
Edays doesn’t let you book holidays with less than 14 days notice - I think. But that’s actually a great idea so the companies have time to find cover

My user experience wiht Edays
As an HR Business Partner, I am having a positive experience with edays so far. I comply with our legal obligations. It gives me and all our employees a better visibility on our absences and more autonomy to plan our holidays. Using edays has improved data quality for HR and Payroll. It is now much easier to move from one holiday period to another.
Avantages
Edays is a flexible and a user-friendly application. What I like with Edays is the ability to adjust to a local legal obligation. I appreciate calendar and the holiday balances in real time. This feature gives our employees more visibility and autonomy to manage their absences. The Customer service is available and very reactive.
Inconvénients
I do not see major cons. The challenge would be to create an interface with our HR Management System.

Very easy to set up and use and good value for money. We had more of a manual process in place previously and edays has improved services a lot

Options to include details as confidential when you request leave for example (only for line manager view). reminder emails to those who have not approved something?

Happy Administrator
Found it easy to use and I believe managers also.
Avantages
From my point of administrating the system I find it easy enough to navigate and quick to make fixes and find what I need. If I ever have a problem or something needs changing I cannot do [sensitive content hidden] our support is always quick to help.
Inconvénients
There has been a few things it cannot do that would be useful to our business such as having more than one manager people able to fully manage a employee to the capacity they can both cancel training/holidays.

Great Product, Professional Company
Absence Management is now clearly and consistently recorded which gives us the tools to manage this (we did not have this pre e-days).
Avantages
Because it is an online tool, staff can access it easily from their phones. It keeps clear records and allows us to see patterns for absence at a glance.
Inconvénients
Not always intuitive when something doesn't work but a quick email to support and this is usually rectified with clear instructions from the support team.
