I am very satisfied with the Pause leave management tool that we are currently using extensively. It provides comprehensive features that enable my team to manage their leaves more efficiently. The ability to view their colleagues' leave requests in advance helps them plan their leaves accordingly. As a result, my team is happy with the tool, and it has been an asset in improving our leave management process.

We Can easily track different types of leaves - Sick Leave, Casual Leave, Earned Leave, Excused Leave, and Unexcused Leave user-wise. The number of possible leaves allocation for sick Leave, Casual Leave, Earned Leave, Excused Leave, and Unexcused is not obvious and not practical in some cases.

Lot of focus on UI and features wise quite relevant for small and mid company.

Whenever anyone login it fetches all data of all users across company. This creates security issue and due to this it lags a lot. With just single API I can get whole company information.

1. Access control policies could be improved. The administrators could manage who sees what.2. Ablility to configure OOF emails would be something good to have.3. There should be a feature to apply for work from home. In the case of a hybrid work culture, this one is a must.

For the employee, it's a tool to manage thier pending leave no matter whether it's sick leave or planned leave. It's slack support is a great addition.

Inconvénients

The slack integration although great addition, is cumbersome to use on the channel. The notification system should give the leave approval messages on time.

Email notifications would be ace and some API or integration with 3rd party payroll apps.

Pause has been proved of utmost importance and efficiency to our organisation . Its Leave Tracking and Leave Approvals Control feature provides clear cut summary of the leaves taken by the employees and which ones are approved and which ones are not. Secondly the Employee Profiles Database maintained by it helps effectively in easily accessing to any if employees’ profile anytime. With its simplicity in the Dashboard, it provides its users ( employees) an easy and almost no time taking access to their desired tasks which makes it more effective and efficient.

The only thing i disliked about Pause is it does not provides any feature to maintain and process Payroll for the employees which could make it a one whole completed Software for any company so that one doesn’t need to integrate any other software with this one.

As a daily user in pause the thing I notice when a user apply for leave a notification ping on the approver system but anyhow he/she missed to see the notification so in that case pause should provide and reminder that remind the approver to approve or decline the leave.The employee don't go again and again to the approver to approve his leave.

Pause is very user-friendly - it's fast and easy to apply for a leave. I don't want to spend loads of time when scheduling my vacation, it literally takes less than 1 minute to schedule my days off. This helps me to keep focused on my job while checking this out of my to-do list. Also, applying for any type of leave is stress-free and super fast - this is huge, mostly when I'm sick and don't have the energy to spend time letting people know that I'm off that day.

Inconvénients

Having more visibility on my teammates' days off before scheduling my days off would be helpful (but I'm not sure if this feature is available. I don't have it at my company).
