Accurate contact data provider at an affordable cost.
Overall, a very pleasant experience to assist in one's lead generation efforts. Finding contact information through their dashboard and LinkedIn extension is both easy, and effortless, and building a list with scrubbed data is also very easy. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a data tool that is accurate, minimalist, and affordable.
Avantages
The accuracy. RocketReach is not known for its extensive bells, whistles, and integration features. They pride themselves on providing accurate data for organizations that are tired of dealing with subpar data quality. I like that the platform provides the option to freshly scrub new data from contacts when using the LinkedIn Chrome extension. Some other competitors only give you access to their centralized data repository which is only updated on the data provider's back end. This tool allows you to do a fresh scrub of data from various data points on the web that they scrape from. It's simple, pull up a contact on Linkedin, click "add", and RocketReach scrubs updated data from the web on top of its regularly scheduled data scrubs.
Inconvénients
It would be nice to see more buyer intent features and more 3rd party integration options which are lacking in comparison to other competitors.

Lead Generation with RocketReach
My overall experience was fair in the sense that it gives you the value for money because of how cheap and affordable it is. Despite some of those minor challenges, it does save the purpose to which its created for and does produce some good results.
Avantages
What really stood out for us compared to other similar solutions was pricing. RocketReach is and was 10 times cheaper than the other platform that we were using while producing the same results. It is super easy and less sophisticated to use, making it easy for lead gen or sales teams without any lead generation tool experience
Inconvénients
My main challenge while using RocketReach was the coverage and accuracy of the contacts. You would find out that we couldn't find more contact details for certain countries in different continents, and that made it hard for us to find those contact details. You would also find that when you got the contacts, some or most of them were not as accurate as they should be. This also made it a little challenging to have a seamless lead-gen process

Misrepresentation of "Unlimited" Plan - False Advertising
I am writing to formally address a serious concern regarding your company's deceptive marketing practices, specifically the misrepresentation of your subscription plan as "Unlimited" when it clearly is not. This matter requires your immediate attention and resolution.

Auto renewal without warning.
While the product is inexpensive the data provided is very often incomplete

Price was definitely a factor when we went with RR, especially compared to Zoominfo which we used the year prior.

Information was not complete and they auto renewed me without any warning and we I canceled the same day they told me to pound sand.

I seem to be in the minority here, but:
• The company representatives insist that the database accuracy is 99%; however, emails I sent were 56% successfully delivered, 44% returned. Representatives further claimed that I must have done something wrong;
• Pretty sure that I canceled the program within the first week, after which I was invited to speak to a sales rep about special pricing offers. Those offers turned out to be the standard prices already listed on the company's website. Unknown to me, this conference seems to have un-canceled my subscription cancelation, so...
• I fell for the oldest trick in the book, and was charged for an additional month for my "monthly subscription," which I didn't realize I was on the hook for. Attempts to have the charge reversed were of course futile; another 194 bucks down the crapper;
• Searching for my own name in the RocketReach system, I discovered that my contact information was at least 12 years out of date, despite an alert on the page stating "Updated 4 days ago." Also, the "Skills" section of my profile was a random list of words from an old resumé, such as "arrow," "books," "president," "QuarkXpress," etc.
• After contacting support to change that information, my profile was instead deleted, and, of course, I was told that I must have deleted it.
So, in ending, for the purpose of transparency, I would recommend that the company change its name to "Officious Gaslighting Fraudsters."

Inconvénients
Yours don't say up front you need to pay exorbitant to be a single user and be able to capture phone numbers. I am going to cancel my card and membership to you. There is no one available to talk or explain anything. You just ask for more money instantly.

I am please. Ease of use, and information is good.

I find that RocketReach provides me with the critical information I need, mainly correct contacts and email addresses. I use this product daily. In this moment in time, finding and getting in front of potential clients is extremely valuable. Emailing is a important source of interaction, most tenants today are not in the office sitting behind a desk, or they do not want to take a call on your phone, therefore I needed another way to contact tenants.
Inconvénients
I dont use the search feature. Generally, I find that it does not give me firms in my designated area.

Great resource for reliable contact information
I use RocketReach to get contact information in order to reach out to candidates I want to recruit. It's an easy Chrome add-in, and very easy to use.
Avantages
It's very easy to use, they've kept updating and improving it, and I've generally gotten reliable emails.
Inconvénients
Every now and then I have to log back in.
The free phone numbers are often not reliable.

I have used Rocket Reach off and on. I found it to be ok. Being that its main pull is from LinkedIn, I would think it would have more hits than not. my rate of return on good addresses is 30%. They used to have a combo package of emails and phone numbers. That would be richer in response but you need to buy separately. It is average.
During COVID I started off October 2019 with a 1-year package. When I was not going to use it because of COVID, I called in May to see if I can park or put the package on hold. I was surprised of the immediate NO that came from the Customer representative. Explaining I would not be using it as my business was low from COVID. Very dissappointed about that.

Inaccurate Phone Numbers
Meh.. I forgot to login and downgrade my plan on the day of renewal...and was charged the full $99.00 for this month. I asked customer service to please downgrade our plan to the $29.99 (no phone numbers) - and credit my cc. I was told that isn't possible. So now we are stuck with paying an extra $70. this month for a service we don't need and haven't found to be fruitful. Irritating approach to customer service.

We upgraded to the $99. plan to include phone numbers - after using it for one month - less than a handful of phone numbers listed were accurate.

Talking to the right person is 99% of how to start a successful lead. Before using this as a service I wouldn’t be reaching the appropriate contact at most companies. But now I have the ace in my pocket whenever I need it. This has led to more conversations with potential clients then I ever imagined. And the best part, it’s dead simple to use.
Inconvénients
Everything has a price. I do feel a product like this should only be $10 a month but it’s not and sometimes that’s the price of business.

I get very few emails from people of spanis companies, which is where I am looking. Maybe less than 10%. So if it is the same in France, which is my next target, I will close contract with RocketReach
